Over priced n not worth it. The pedicures are amazing n they have good customer service but not acrylics we’re over priced and work doesn’t match. My nails were done on Friday it’s Saturday and the nail polish is still tacky

My sisters and I had an excellent experience here! It was our first time coming to this salon and it will not be our last. The shop its self is very beautiful and clean. They are also making sure to take precautions to sanitize everything, social distance and to keep a healthy environment. The staff was very friendly, and professional taking their time to help us achieve the look we were looking for and the outcome was amazing! We definitely plan on coming back!

Fabulous job by Kelly and Trina. Their eye for little details is amazing. Makes the difference in appearance. The shape fits my hands and they go over their work 3 or 4 times. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend you make an appointment, you wont be disappointed .I arrived for last appoinment of the evening and I never felt they rushed my service.

Love Love Love this place! Jessica is literally the best and the only tech that has been able to do any design I ask for. I can bring in any picture/design and she never disappoints. At first the lady was very nice but once she started it was horrible she put acrylic on my hand and got nail polish on my hand and she cut my skin put acetone directly on the cut which burned and hit my nails which really hurt my nails I would never go there again.

I made an appointment today for 6:15pm, for me and my sister I arrived they didn’t even greet us, we picked a color, 45 min went by and we were still waiting, I asked nicely how much longer would it take and they turned back and told me “if you have time you can wait if not you can leave” with attitude FROM THE OWNER, I’ve never had this experience anywhere. If I were you I wouldn’t step a foot in here they are rude and they don’t value your time. spend your money else where.(The reply from the “owner” is lies, we never complained abt any 50% discount i don’t know what they’re talking about just trying to make themselves look like this review is not valid, I work at 5 start salon In willmette and I would never treat any of my clients this way, I was willing to pay their prices and tip good anyway if you don’t believe me just make an appointment and see for your selves)

I was extremely satisfied with not only my nails, full acrylic set, but the atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff really nice and they take really good care of you. Specifically, Jessica made me feel really at home and took her time to make my nails and experience amazing. I was initially wary of going given everything regarding the pandemic but I was really impressed by the precautions that the salon has taken to ensure the safety of not only their staff but also of their clientele such as the screens installed at every station. I really recommend anyone who is feeling cautious to trust this salon and staff because they truly care for their clients and staffs health and safety.

I just can’t describe how rude is when you have customers and owner is on the phone loud and talking to employees. I want to get my pedicure in peace and relax but here it’s not possible it is very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Love the lady who did my pedicure but owner needs to respect customers she is not at HOME!

My go-to spot for nail either regular or they do ton of fantastic acrylic nail . They always so nice and ask what i desire for . It clean and I saw them sanitize everything and clean them very well

I love the way that do my nails and they are all very friendly, so I will likely keep going back. HOWEVER, I get the feeling that they make up their prices as they go. Every time I go in, the price of my nails change & they also just added a COVID 19 fee that is a 5% up charge. I’m not sure what that fee is, but is seems pretty unethical.

The owner of this place made me bleed, and she was just way too rough. The design i asked for was simple as well, but she gave me something totally different. She rushed through my friend and I nails and didn’t even looks at what i wanted. I will not come here again and you shouldn’t either! They are also understaffed so the wait was long. Super expensive too!

They offer more services than just a manicure and pedicure’s. There Color selection is amazing! They are extremely current with nail techniques. Owner was very rude because suposily I double parked.Instead of asking nicely to move the car so she can parc her I VIP discovery she said she was calling the towing company!The times listed for a reg manichoure were 15$and 40$ for a reg pedicure yet I was charged $42.I my head 15+40=40 every time.Really wanted to support small business through these times but the owner really got on my nerves.It wasnt the first time I went to her nail salon.But I quess she only remembers the people that being her chocolates.

I am a first time client and was really impressed with how friendly, clean and professional the team at V2 was during my visit. They have a great selection of colors and services. I was placed with a technician named Trina and she was absolutely wonderful. I had a regular mani and their sports spa pedicure since my calluses were really bad and I left feeling like a new woman for very reasonable prices.The place is really clean and welcoming, plus theres great parking. I would advise making an appointment and not walk in, at least during these early reopening phases. I am so happy I found a great neighborhood nail salon and am looking forward to my next visit!

The environment is very nice and the ladies are very nice. However, and this is a huge however, today a man did my gel full set and oh my goodness. He was so very rough with the nail file and the drill file; so much so that it was almost intolerable to sit through. The sad part is that even after he became aware that he was hurting me he did not ease up on the filing. My pointer and ring finger on my right hand are now scabbed and each finger on both hands is painfully sore. I will continue to come here for pedicures. Also, I dont think its cool that a gel full set is $35 and then you have to pay 15 extra dollars for a color.

Im only giving 1 star so it can post! Ive gone to this place 2 times, the first time was good enough to make me go back however I regret it. I got a no chip manicure 2 days later it chipped so I go get it fixed, After fixing my nails she tells me the polish is probably old and it chipped again a day later. I will not be going back nor do I reccomend this place!

During this covid pandemic they proved to be very careful & clean they were friendly & very welcoming. I was made to feel very comfortable with the way they handled me as a customer. I drove almost an hour to get here & I would recommend my friends to come here too

Beware the workmanship of Jessica (the one with the long hair, who calls you boo/baby, and always wears the knockoff Burberry dress and ugg boots). She is horrible. She cut me twice while doing a full set and said nothing. I had to return TWO DAYS later because one nail broke off. I wasnt even doing anything laborious with my hand because I was sitting in trainings all day. She charged me $3 to fix that nail. Needless to say, I will not be back. They do not care about customer service or loyalty. Avoid this place if you value your money or your time. Dont waste either here.

Not sure how many guys go here, but man was it awesome. My lady and I went together. They did the foot thing, Manicure, I think. This was the first time Ive ever went and it was amazing.I dont recall the ladys name, but she was lovely and took good care of my feet--a thing on my body that no one has ever touched.Highly recommended it. Only Jay and the other male technician (not the owner) know what they are doing. I was just there with ample time to get a no chip manicure and pedicure only to be told that I had to wait for another technician when I made it clear that I needed to leave at a certain time. Know how to run a business. Dont take on too many customers when you dont have enough technicians and technicians who are not skilled at providing all the nail services. If you work at a gas station, you better know how to pump gas, put air in a tire, sell a lotto ticket, and change the soda machine, right?

Horrible costumer service. She charged me $35 for a full set no chip, depending on shape and length.it wasn’t that long. Did my nails horrible. The color is fading away and it hasn’t been 24 hours. While that lady did my nails she was very aggressive. She went over my cuticles andI stared bleeding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Even if it’s your first time

I have been to this place a few times and I like the atmosphere. The first time I went the nail polish on my toes was weird because you can see the different layers and cracked on the side.( Not chipped, it cracked and see the lines.) I went again and now Its happened to my finger nail polish.The lady who does acrylic nails is impatient and did not really listen to how I wanted the nails done and recommended that I use my natural nails after she got frustrated with me. Which made me frustrated as well. She wears a mask which is understandable but its really hard to understand her asking questions with the mask on. The next time a man did my acrylic nails and was really nice and listened to what i wanted and did it. I think he was in a rush though because he didnt shape the nails as well as the other hand.

I had a horrible experience getting my no chip manicure today.Please dont go to Jenny she was super rude and did a horrible job with my nails. Not only did she hurt me when removing my cuticles and the old no chip polish. She didnt even paint my nails all the way and they came out all crooked.When I asked for her to paint them all the way to the top she snatched my hand and still did it her way. $30 was not worth it!Very disappointed because last time I came here Cici did a way better job and was more polite.VERY VERY UPSET, NEVER AGAIN WILL I LET JENNY TAKE CARE OF ME IF I EVER GO BACK!

This is the 3rd time I have went here. The first time was great, the 2nd time I went with my friend and 2 of her nails came off completely after a week. Counting forward to the 3rd time 4 days after getting my nails done the acrylic came off of my nail and causing damage to my nail. Dont go here unless you want to pay $50 every week to have to get a full set done because that is how long they last and they wont fix their mistakes stating oh its time to get a fill in even though its only been a week.

Got an infection from this salon, stay away.Went into Bar Nails with my mom and two daughters. When I was getting my manicure the technician was on his phone texting and while cleaning my cuticles cut me. After a few days my finger started to ache and within a week it was swollen and infected around the nail. After going to the doctor to confirm that I had an infection I went back to Bar Nails to ask for my refund and my medical expenses, which was a total of $70 at that time. The two people I spoke to at the front desk were extremely rude to me, they refused to tell me the name of the owner or their own names. They would not take ownership for their mistake and completely dismissed my claim. Please, please, please stay away from this salon!

Have tried giving this place multiple chances and each time I regret the decision. They’re terrible at doing dip and apparently bad at no chip too. The woman hurt me while cutting my cuticles and made me bleed. There’s still blood encrusted in the nail polish. It’s only been 4 days and it’s chipped as well. I’m sad to say not to waste your time or money here.

Manicures suck I go home and pick skin off and pedicures are just for temporary mosturizing of feet same caluses and hard skin come back in two days. Male techs get mad when you have a suggestion about your nails you are paying them to do. Do not have a question about how your nails look their attitude is horrible just like the quality of their work.
