Brought my daughter; we had a great time! Super clean, lovely space, professional staff. Great mani/pedi experience! Can’t wait to come back next time I visit Chicago!

I went there to get extensions for my nails. I’m new to the neighbourhood and this place was the closest and had good reviews, so I booked an appointment here. The nail artist was very patient and sweet and did a great job.The reason I’m rating it a 2 star is because when I was checking out, one of their staff was very rude(not sure if she’s the owner). I was at the checkout and didn’t have any cash for tip and don’t use Venmo. When I asked her to add the tip to the credit card - the rude staff told the nail artist who did my nails to tell me to keep in mind that they don’t add the tip to the credit card. She could have said it politely to me as I was standing right next to her. I did tip her 40% using my credit card.I would have gone back there as I liked the service but didn’t like how I was spoken to. So definitely not going back!

I walked into this establishment to get a manicure at 4:20. The place is practically empty and they do not close until 7:30 pm. One the of the ladies walk up to me and states they don’t have anything available for today. Do you want to come back tomorrow? No!! How many customers do you see a day? How quick and efficient can you work? Slow.

The salon I was originally had an appointment with was “closed” because the nail tech quit that morning. So the owner of that salon set me up with Lynn at Blink and it was a great experience. Regan did my pedicure and I’m so happy with it. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Got a manicure and pedicure done with Regan, and she did the best job! The polish was done excellently, and it was the perfect thing to help relax! Ill come back again!

Just came back from my first time here... I had a gel mani and got my eyebrows waxed - safe to say this is my new go to! It was very clean and professional, was very reasonably priced, had tons of colors to choose from, and all the staff was super friendly. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my nails (I actually tried a couple other places in the area before) and Blink and Polish checked all the boxes.

Everyone is so friendly and nice, Reagan does an excellent job and Linh is always so nice. The Dazzle Dry manicure is great, dries so fast and lasts for such a long time. My nails look so good, and I love coming back! Definitely would recommend!

My pedicure was not great. The calluses were not removed, and the water was barely warm. It felt really rushed and the polished bubbled. The decor felt really dated and the polish selection was not good. The layout inside is a little odd also and I felt pressured to leave a cash tip although I wanted to tip with my card. The girl was nice, but I probably won’t rerun.

This salon has the friendly nail techs and the woman who owns it is wonderful. Their prices are also much better than most of the nail salons in Lakeview. A great new business!

Ive been going to Linh for years now and she is a fabulous technician when it comes to nails. She and her give great care to their clients, and the service never feels rushed.

Really friendly and nice. But it was the worst pedicure I ever had. My feet still looked crusty and gross the next day. And the stools for nail drying are very uncomfortable and not friendly for fat folk like me.

After three weeks still no chips. Super nice staff.

I couldn’t have been happier when I walked out today! I was able to get a same day appointment on a Friday! I had a few bad dip and no chip manis so I was really excited to try this place. I had very high hopes going into this appointment.... I would just like to say that it exceeded my high hopes! (I forgot the owners name, sorry) She did an absolutly amazing job; not only did she take her time, she made my nails perfect to how I envisioned them! I highly recommended Blink and Polish!
