I showed up for a pedicure at 4:45pm. Their sign clearly states that they close at 6pm. I walked in with another person and they took him, but told me everyone was going home. Do not go here as all customers are not equal.

They do amazing work here! I work with my hands constantly in water and my nails have held up amazingly. My coworker also comes here and her nails look amazing all the time as well. These manicures last and the ladies arm work here are amazing nail artists!

Does great nails but if they feel like you have money they will definitely try to get over. Kinda ghetto. They dont do pedicures. They dont have set prices so one time you go you can get a lot oh designs and rinstones for $60 and the next time you in up with less on your nails and theyll charge you a hundred. So please no what you want ahead of time and ask the price first.

Great Techs but after nail care customer services is awful my rhinestones started falling off the very next day contacted the nail tech because I was going out of town that day and said she couldn’t fix it cause she was not in shop and was going out of town as well so okay no biggie only 2 had fallen off until 1day into my trip ALL of them had fallen off ......Furious at this point so I scheduled for when I returned from my 2-3day trip was asked to come to the shop after her last client because her ride was 30mins away I only lived 7mins away when I arrived to the shop she then says “your going to have to come back boo,my ride is here “ so at this point my highly irritated because she gave me false information and my time has been wasted when she could have contacted me and informed me. She then say since it took ME so long KEEP IN MIND I LIVE 7 MINS AWAY FROM THE SHOP I had to now pay to get my nails fix and had to pay for each rhinestones replacement originally I paid $75 for this set for that much I should not have had any problems!

This is a totally scam. They dont publish the prices and they charged me $85 for a job that was not worth it at all. They think they are located in downtown thats why they charged like that. I will never come back and i will never recommend this place to anybody! I almost forget it was my real nails...... and they charged $$$$$$$$

A absolutely horrible I have a funeral this week so I took the day off to get myself ready for the next days I was not greeted when first there my appointment was at 10 at 1030 I ask is this routine to wait this long lady says yes The woman like took my appointment did not take my phone number down properly so I was not contacted after about 10:45 am They put the blame on me somehow because the lady both the long number down and told me she decided not to come in so I wasted the day for nothing and she still try to schedule me for another day even after I told her I could not do that. For something that was not my fault and totally there mess just horrible..

Went here for my birthday last year. Waited over an hour after my set appointment. They had no consideration for the customers. Consistent swearing, talking dirty. The place is all run down. The lady that did my nails claimed to have 15+ experience but made mine so thick and crooked. Wanted to charge extra for a simple design. And prices are stupid high for such poor quality service.

Worse nail shop ever! They dont let you know online its appointments only. The staff was shady and rude. The ones that did have an appointment were just sitting for hours for their turn. No bottle water or snacks for the waiting customers. Never again! Please learn to be more professional and update your website

I love coming to Naughty Nailz, its never a Dull Moment. I enjoy being in their company, I love my Nail Tech Gina, all I do is have a seat and she works wonders. I dont have to request certain things from her, I been going to her for over tens years, and she knows exactly what I like. Naughty Nailz Ladies keep up the excellent work.

Make an appointment as the card, Facebook and the sign on their door states. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and make my appointments for every 2 weeks 2 months in advance. The ladies nail work is fantastic and they book up quick. If you walk in expect a wait, if you call and they tell you to try coming in at a certain time expect to wait. They are making an exception to their policy if they attempt to get you in and its worth the wait. I enjoy the shop it puts me in the mind of men at the barber shop and the conversations are meaningful.

So unprofessional. This is not the first time. I called in for an appointment. They said I could walk in for 3pm, but were laughing and playing on the phone. Didnt even ask if I could be on hold ever, before switching the phone to another girl. Who told me I couldnt come in and no one was available. The worst part was she tried to argue with me and her tone was so rude. I heard they do great nails, and Ive seen there work (beautiful). But being professional need to come first to back up your work. I will never go here to get my nails done.

Nubi did a great job on my nails. Actual gel nails, shaped beautifully, jewelled, and mirror nails. Probably nothing she cant do. Ill be returning.

I used to go there before.. ginas nice. I scheduled an app. And a new girl did them...The nails were alright.. but DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $105. Ive been doing my nails nonstop for over 20 years. Ive been everywhere and have had some beautiful out of the ordinary sets And Ive NEVER paid so much. I was really upset. I know your new and all but instead of making your clientele your gonna scare them off..its ridiculous.Never again!!!

It wasnt a long wait, even though I was late for my appointment. I got the most perfect full set ever. The design was neat and they use crystals instead of rhinestones (huge difference, trust me). Id recommend Alexis to anybody!!!!

I called one of the nail tech to make an appointment she ask me to send a picture of myself before booking my appointment she then text back and said oky I can squeeze you in 😒😒..I didn’t make that appointment because of the customer service there very ghetto, rude and very pricey. Horrible . Hated it. Some girl named Cindy was supposes to do my nails. I set up an appointment and when I arrived she gives ghetto rude attitude saying shes not doing no nails today, I have to go to the hospital when I ask why I wasnt notified not to come her answer was the last who took my appointment wasnt there, so it was a blizzard that day, I waisted my time and money, paid for an Uber to go there to be told I cant get my nails done and everyone else looked so lost and dumbfounded like they didnt have any space or time available to do my nails. Please close this horrible ghetto nasty place down. Its not worth it.

I used to come here often to get my nails done back when they were located on Armitage and I loved it. I decided I wanted to start going back to Naughty Nailz. I called Alexis the day before I planned on coming in and we discussed what I wanted and set up the appointment for 130. When I arrived she asks me to wait until she finished with her client. I waited an hour and then she started up on someone else. She then goes to say she thought I meant someone else was going to do my nails. And she didnt think it was supposed to be her (even though we had clearly discussed what I wanted the day before) I said I wasnt coming back and felt no sincerity in the apology she barely mumbled from her mouth as I walked out the door.Find somewhere else to go to get your nails done where you wont waste youre time and feel respected as a client.

Peaches who goes by Badazznails on IG is very rude and unprofessional. My daughter was scheduled to have her nails done by her and speaking with her for the first time on the phone she was rude, and disrespectful so my daughter decided not to use her service. She needs to update her pricing on IG to the correct price. A first time customer wouldn’t know your prices if you never provided that information. The IG account says a certain amount, but verbally she gave a different amount. You can’t trust people who don’t have an accurate price list. I see other reviews talking about the unprofessionalism I truly believe it!!!

Really mad that i came here at 1:30pm on a monday and they were closed even though it said they were open on the website, called twice with no answer. This is very unprofessional and a waste of peoples time. We shouldnt rely on customer reviews to tell us that its appointments only.

I had to pay 150 dollars (FOR AN OVERLAY ON MY REAL NAILS )and only one of my nails have swarvoski rhinestones and my nails are not, I repeat NOT long. The girl that dead my nails was ghetto as hell and rude and cocky and impatient. I think her name was peaches... she kept throwing shade at other nail shops and she said her nails last a long time but within a week some of my stones came off. I am very careful with my nails. My nails were also kind of lopsided but It wasnt super noticeable so I didnt complain. there is not a price list 🤔 and they start at 65 (is what I was told) 🙄. the restroom is raggedy. the other reviews that talk about how they just throw prices at you if you look like you have money are true. I try to support local businesses especially when they are ran by my sistas 🙋🏽, but you guys need to do better. I found a nail shop that can do the same exact thing for 35$ and they do pedicures... and they take walk ins... and they dont have an attitude and if they do its in another language so you wont be bothered 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️. The crystals are like 5.99 online so I say order yours online like I did and let someone else that will give you want you pay for to do it.... this place is over rated and over priced and I wont be back... for 150 my nails Should have stones on every one with ombré and piercing 😩 💅🏾 And they dont even do fill ins sometimes thats all people have time for 🙄🙄🙄

Please dont be fooled....our nailz are on point!! If you want a great set of nailz then come check us out... We are extremely laid back and like to conduct ourselves as a nail shop.... Not a spa... So if you want nailz that are shaped hot..crystal blinging...and how you Always wanted them...we do appointments only... Leave the judging to God and come get nailed the right way!!!

Very unprofessional I was not impressed with the appearance of the shop supa ghetto with lawn chairs to boot. Do not go in looking like you have money because they will try to shake you down. They make black owned businesses look bad with all the business you getting upgrade yo shop that is all.
