Horrible service. DO NOT go here. I’m someone who gets my nails done every 15 days. I was at this place for 3 1/2 hours and I still came back home with incomplete nails. They’re over aggressive. The lady cut me off like 10 times and went to fold towels in the middle of my nail session. I showed her a picture on my phone for reference and she started muttering under her breath. I paid $137 for a full set and a pedicure + tip and came back home with incomplete nails. Let’s not even get started on the hygiene of the place. Waste of my time and money. Highly dissatisfied!!!!!

I always go to this salon to get my nails done. They make the acrylic look like your actual nails. It’s not thick and bulky and weird, it’s seamless and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this spot!

I have been at client at Nail Perfection since 2017, using both locations. The staff is extremely friendly, locations are convenient, salons are immaculate, from both a decor and cleanliness perspective, and the owners are absolutely outstanding. Both manicures and pedicures turn out perfect, lasting far beyond the typical couple weeks, and if anything seems to come off a little sooner thab it should, the salon is happy to fix it for you and make it right. Christy’s attention to detail is always above and beyond, causing a smile every time I look at my hands! Absolutely recommend.

I live just a few doors away from nail perfection, and I routinely get manicures and pedicures there. I appreciate both the quality of the work that they do and their friendliness and availability. I have a friend who owns a salon, but I will keep going to nail perfection to support the small businesses in my neighborhood.

Very disappointed. I’m always overcharged for simple services. When I asked why, she said it was for the “shaping” of my nails. Really? A stiletto Nail is filed the same as a square or rounded Nail is filed. You’re going to file ANY nail. Just looking for reasons to overcharge.The other girls always rush and never take their time! Only one girl was sufficient.

HORRIBLE. Salon is outdated, and horrible decor. Got a pedicure, and dip manicure with tips added for length.Pedicure is fine, hard to mess that up. Now the nails... this tech was totally not experienced in doing dip. She only did two layers (every other place Ive been to does three). She kept getting fuzz and hair stuck on the nails, then painting over it. I would point it out, and she would take tweezers and dig into the polish to get it out, then try and smooth it out. Got these done yesterday, and two have already chipped. I usually go 3-4 weeks with no issues. The nails are not smooth at all, and look very cheap.Oh and the nails alone were $55...

Very reliable, always do a great job! They have every color you could think of in regular polish, dip, and gel. This is a hidden gem.

Since no one has written here for awhile, I wanted to post this review. Its an interesting layout. Cute. Needs an update in decor though. The technicians are suitably proficient. My manicure was decent. I had to continually point out errors though. I couldnt find the health code anywhere and it seems like they need an updated antiseptic class. The prices are high...not for the area, but for the results and decor.

First time for a pedicure ever and they were very friendly

I got an acrylic full set here, big mistake. Normally I get gel and it’s nice, no complaints. I asked for a simple French tip, square nails. She put my nails so far back on to my cuticle they’re already lifting, and my nails are so wide on the side that my skin is attached to my nail, very painful. I pointed out mistakes and she seemed annoyed.. + they overcharged. Don’t go here.

Im someone who gets their nails done every couple of weeks. I was in the area and badly needed to get a fill in last minute, because I had an event to attend that night. After sitting there I was cut THREE times and my nails are filled sloppily and not straight at all. After, it was all over they charged me 50 dollars, that price is unacceptable for a fill in and one of his employees told me it would cost 29, after telling the man this information he said well it must of been a misunderstanding because its 50, and I already have you a discount. Do NOT waste your time here.

Awful. Terrible pedicure and no chip mani. Completely careless about the quality of their work. Just awful.

Do not waste your money here. I just went to get my eyebrows done and the lady talked to other coworkers and clients while attempting to do my eyebrows. She rushed through and finished within minutes (literally 3 minutes). Not only did she miss sections of my eyebrow, but took a huge chunk out. My eyebrows look terrible and I will now have to wait 6 months for them to grow back normal. After expressing my dissatisfaction I will still charged $19. Terrible service and high prices.Use your money elsewhere.
