The people were very nice but obviously rushing. It looks like a little kid did my nails. I could have done a much better job myself at home. On top of it they sliced my finger open with a buffer which is incredibly painful.

I’m just in town for a few days for work and stopped by here for a regular mani/pedi. It was $45 which is a little steep in my opinion but the technician who worked on me was very good, attentive to every little detail, went the extra mile to put a little powder over a broken nail, gave a little massage with hot towel and even covered my toes after since I was wearing closed shoes. The pedicure massage chairs were very nice as was the overal ambience. A+ service !!

I’m so disappointed! I got a pedicure here twice, and both times the polish didn’t last longer than a week. Mind you I’m a stay at home mom, so i don’t do much walking in shoes etc for them to chip so easily. Also they are pretty rude. I think both times I’ve been there I’ve only had experience with one nice lady. I’m so sad because this place seems super clean over all and so close to home. They also raised their price from 30-35 for pedicures.

I visited for the first time today, and CiCi did a wonderful job! The space is clean and bright, and they’re taking appropriate safety measures. You should make an appointment, because they’re making every effort to keep people distanced and you don’t want to be turned away if they’re at capacity. I’ll definitely be back!

First time visitor. What I LOVED... No SMELL Of Acrylics being done. My servicer Lilly... Did an excellent well paced job, on my Mani & Pedi.. The relaxing music and chair and overall peace and tranquility were just what was needed. The 2 other techs were working on their clients, without additional conversation(s) from tech to tech... Great first time.. I will return on another Sunday... :)

Their no chip manicure was popped out of my fingers after 3 days

Their site states that gel nails is an additional $25 to your service. I had a combination manicure and pedicure which is totaled $40. When I went to pay, my service cost $90 so the up charge was apparently $50.. my manicure didn’t even last an entire week. At that price, I would hope the service would last me the three to four weeks that gel nails typically do. Disappointed and will be finding a different salon for future services.

5 stars for beautifully taming my talons with a same day appointment around my desired time.

I have come here twice and have been extremely satisfied both times. The techs really take their time and are very caring in their services. I never felt rushed or hurried and I was very pleased with the experience. The salon is beautiful and is a relaxing environment. Everyone was friendly and polite. Excellent experience.

Love Loyal! It’s a quick walk from where I live, and I always get the destress pedicure. The women are awesome and provide really meticulous service, and they will give a shoulder massage when you’re waiting for your nails to dry.

I really really wanted to love this salon. It’s so close to home, really bright and clean, and just has a good ambiance. The ladies that work there are wonderful and very kind. I got a regular pedicure which was a great experience and has been in great shape since I had my appointment a week ago. The reason I’m giving three stars is because I got a no-chip mani that deteriorated after 6 days. I did go back to get them repaired, and they redid the entire manicure for me, which was great. BUT, here comes the but, the same woman that did my mani the first time, cut and nicked me terribly on 2 of my fingers. An entire layer of my skin was nicked off and I’m now experiencing throbbing pain from it. It happened the first time too. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing, not painful. Anyway, beautiful salon and great ladies, but I won’t be returning.

This is how I left the place. $40 plus tip for this?! I don’t think I’m going back

We went here to check it out and absolutely loved the place. The staff was very friendly and professional and did an amazing work. Prices were also very reasonable and definitely worth the value. I highly recommend this place, its absolutely amazing

I was very happy to discover a convenient nail salon that DOES NOT Do Acrylic nails! I had been going to another place that did a really good job, BUT, the chemical smell from the acrylic process was just too much!! Thank God there are places like this that can take care of those us who do not wish to experience unpleasant chemicals. All the staff is very professional and friendly. Getting a complementary shoulder massage with every manicure is an additional pleasantry as well!

Lovely! Such a cute place and a nice staff, especially Moggie. She gave me a gorgeous manicure and we had a great conversation. She’s the sweetest.

Excellent manicures and pedicures in a relaxing, peaceful and clean space. Great attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble. Massage chairs for pedicures and shoulder massages for manicures. Fairly priced, especially considering the level of service. Highly recommend!

Great nail spa & services

If you want nice nails, then this is a great place. But if youre looking for a warm and welcoming environment this place is not for you. The man that was doing my nails didnt even ask if I liked he just kept doing his own thing. He clearly did not care about the quality of my nails because when he was done he just threw my shoes back at me after my pedicure. I would give them 2 and a half stars if I could. Like I said, they do a decent job, but friendliness is also very important.

Walked in and was served promptly. Did a very nice job on my nails and now offering long lasting nontoxic polish (need more colors of this)

Ive been here a few times so far. While the nails always look really nice when they are done and the staff are polite, the no-chip has started chipping and peeling in about a week and a half every time. Within two weeks, they will fix them for free, so I have done that, but its a hassle to go back and wait for service again. Then, at exactly two weeks, they all start going bad. Sometimes, you can stretch the no-chip manicure for a few weeks, but I can hardly get to two weeks when Ive gone here.Its also worth noting that the selection of colors is more limited than other places Ive been.Its a very clean, pleasant space with massage chairs for the pedicure stations and they provide a back rub after a manicure.

I have to say Im really not impressed. First and foremost, the pricing for the area is absolutely outrageous. My no chip mani-pedi and eyebrow wax was over $100. Charging me that much would be acceptable if the quality was incredible and it is not. My nails are already chipping and its been exactly 5 days. The women who did my nails was not conscientious to the blister I had on my foot and went right over it which obviously was extremely painful. She was also extremely rough with my cuticles. Even though this nail salon is the closest one to my house, I dont think Ill ever be back.

The people who work here are very kind. A mani-pedi for regular short-wear polish is $40. Ive been twice, and had great experiences both times. On Saturdays you can BYOB and bring snacks if you want them!

Spoke with the front desk as a walk-in they told me 10 minutes wait, no problem at all. Sat down and about 5 minutes later, they told me it would be a 45 minute wait and to come back. I told them I would and when I came back 45 minutes later they told me they forgot me and had no time today. Terrible first time experience.
