Best nail spa around. I love my no-chip manicure and pedicure. They have so many colors to choose from.

A friend and I came in at 6:48PM on a Friday. They told us they don’t have time to complete a pedicure for us each. They don’t close until 8PM.

A gentleman did my nails whom I was very pleased with. I usually don’t trust males with my nails! I give it a shot. He did amazing. Took his time, and constantly asked if I was satisfied. I travel for work and love that it is close by the airport. Pleased with my service and I will be returning

My absolute favorite nail salon! Every other nail salon I used to go to would always irritate the skin around my nails causing redness and swelling. Ever since I have gone to LVX Nail Salon, I have NEVER gotten any irritation. Everyone is always so wonderful and nice. Vanna always does my no chip PERFECTLY! She takes her time and corrects any imperfections.

Wonderful salon! So clean and beautiful! Sweet family run owners. None of that “talk behind your back” stuff so prevalent at other salons.Open Sundays! Nice selection of colors, and operators take their time with each client. And did I mention they are open Sundays? (;

I got dip nails done and they were incredibly sore after the nail tech worked on my nails. Then, two days later, my nails started to split. When I called to have the situation remedied, the nail tech told me that he could only repair them if I came in. I was visiting a friend in Chicago so I don’t live in the area and will not be able to come in. There was no other remedy offered and now I will have to go get my nails redone four days after having them done at LVX nails. Horrible customer service and overpriced for mediocre results. Will not be returning.

I’ve been to so many different nail salons all over Chicago, and had by far the worst experience at this one. First, I walk in and am not even greeted - just stared at. I had to explain that I had an appointment, to which the lady pointed at one of the “tables” (not sure of the proper word?) to sit down at, never spoke a word to me but okay no big deal.Shortly after, the nail tech comes out and tells me to go pick a color (which I was expecting to do before I sat down, but apparently they do things differently). I come back with my polish color, and tell him how I’m wanting acrylics, but that I usually get them longer than the average person and asked if it’ll cost extra - I was told no.Fast forward into the actual acrylic process - he’s filing/drilling(?) my nails, goes over my actual skin with the drill causing me to bleed, then gets upset and blames my skin for being so sensitive. I mean.. you just drilled over it with a fast moving tool, but yeah my apologies, totally my skin’s fault.After that, he’s applying the nail tips and comments on how my fingers are “weird looking” - like, excuse me? At this point, if I didn’t already have some of the tips glued to my nails, I would’ve gotten up and left.Almost done, but not just yet. Once he was done with my nails, he told me to put my hands under the dryer and he’ll be back in a few minutes to check them. Well 10 minutes later, and he never came back. I only received weird looks from the ladies working there.Now to finish off that lovely experience - when I went to pay, they charged me an extra $15 for getting longer length acrylics despite him specifically telling me it wouldn’t cost extra. An extra bonus to all of this was that the acrylics lasted about a week before completely falling off. 0/10 - find a different, competent and friendly nail salon in the city; it won’t be too hard.

So in love with place, my no chip can last up to three weeks. Friendly people and an impeccable place.

Horrible experience. Gentleman nail tech took almost two hours attempting to apply acrylic nails. Owner then charged me a higher price than I was quoted-she did the same for the other two women there, also. Best of all, acrylics stayed on only three days before falling off. Waste of money and two hours!

Save your money and go somewhere else!!! They say one price, and when you are done its a totally different one they are not professional
