I should have waited for Kevin… someone else did my nails and they are just sloppy & they don’t look professional at all unfortunately … next time I will stick to Kevin who is quick and does such a FABULOUS job, every time. Whenever I get them done by him I admire my nails constantly but with this set by someone else, I don’t want to look at them without being disappointed ….Kevin is great!

¡¡¡¡LIARS!!!It was the first time I ever got a full set and i was up-sold to a gel manicure. When i got home, I did extensive research and learned they LIED to me and gave me acrylic.If they would have been honest with me and charged me with the service they provided this would be a different story. They did a very good job on my acrylics, and had lots of colors and designs to choose from.In the end they are liars that take advantage of peoples ignorance. But why would they care? They got their free money on the upcharge for a service they didnt provide.

After the lady couldnt shape the nails the same way some having square edges,some pointy,and she was literallyDreaming half way through her work,the owner corrected fast paced, being done in 5 minutes applying the gel, 2 layers and a top coat. Leaving me to finish however i want the drying,with no instructions. The nails are bubbly,,have holes and they just simply ugly.

I always get my lashes done with daisy they last me about 3 weeks I love them they look so good & the more you go you get a discount. Lashes actually stay on good, I gave birth to my son in them last month & they didn’t even fall or nothing so 10/10 🤣 love getting my eyebrows done there too

Might be suing this nail salon, i got a pedicure from a teenager. I dont know if its the owners daughter. My toe got infected really bad, had to cut off half of my nail. I’ve realized she didn’t use a new tool!

This was my first time at this location and I dont believe I got my money worth. The lady did not do a very good job as you all can see. I have bubbles on my nails, and she only did two layers of the nail polish.

I had my first visit here for a dip mani with tips. Below is a picture right after they were done, and with 2+ weeks growth. So far my experience is only positive. I communicated with my stylist and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Plus they had the plastic wrap on the pedi tubs which is now a must have for me. Thanks for taking care of me!

This place was terrible and I’m glad I only spent it on basic acrylic. They charged me for the coffin shaped nails, so I thought they actually had the stiletto tips that they had to cut and make nice. NO. They popped out with the normal square tips, to then cut it with scissors and do a terrible job. The nails are not even and not clean shaped but I wasn’t about to sit and complain once I saw how terrible they looked. Note: this picture is a couple days after the fact. But the shape still is the same! Then the tech did the acrylic so thin, I cracked a nail just grabbing a blanket the same day. I went back in Sunday the next day, and he redid my nail after they gave me a nasty attitude at the front for my receipt when my tech was staring right at me. He redid it for the same nail to only break again 2 days later. My pinky nail on my right hand was so thin coated and narrowly shaped that it popped off also 3 days later. Just such a terrible place to go. Pretty, and I guess decent for something quick... but for tips and shapes that are actually clean cut and super nice - not the place!

I will not be going back here my nail broke 4days after getting them and my non chip pedicure looks like my 5yr did them Ive never had clumps of nail polish on my toe nail like my toe nails feel like a bumpy road smh this is by far the worst nail salon for me in Chicago ugh...highly wouldnt recommend

I love this place since they opened. Tammy has been doing my nails for about a year. She takes her time and is super nice. My whole family comes here to do their nails. I love their dip products my nails have never been stronger. So clean and great service!

My sisters, nieces, daughter, mother & I have been coming to this nail shop since they opened. We only see Tammy because she does an amazing job with her work. She takes her time with any services you have her do on you and also very honest. Yes we have tried other nail techs but theres really something about her work. When its time to choose a color for no chip she will be honest and tell you what nail polish brand to go with and what not to go with. We all go to her and only her. However, today I call the nail shop to schedule an appointment specifically with Tammy and the owner tells me she no longer works there. Mind you I was just there last week! I asked what happened, and he couldnt give me a straight answer. Its just sad that such an amazing nail tech is no longer there😞

I reside in the neighborhood and needed my nails done last minute. I was welcomed upon arrival to a clean environment and friendly staff. Vu did a wonderful job on my nails. Best part I was out of the salon less than an hour. I will be coming back! Thanks again.

I got my nails done there twice so far, the first time lasted me a month without getting a fill in until I took them off myself. I got them done again today, the is really nice and even gave me a oil for my cuticles as a gift. I recommend.

Truly enjoy coming into this friendly and warm professional place. They are all very nice and make sure everyone leaves content and satisfied with their work. I also love the fact that they a card where they write the #of your color so if you have to come back to get a nail fixed youll know exactly which color you used. They use this same card to give you a $5 discount after your 5th visit.

Went in there for a color change. Payed 33 dollars and the color was literally coming off. The Polish was soClumpy. After an hour the polish started to peel off!

This place is a JOKE!They cut my big toe nail diagonal which ruined the entire pedicure. And it took 3 nail techs to assist with my nails after the man who spoke ZERO English (so could not take direction) messed up my full set. I had no discount or apology provided after the horrible experience. incompetent staff! A waste of $60!!Not to mention my nails broke/cracked the SAME week!

Ive gotten manicures and pedicures at T&T Nails several times. My favorite nail tech is Kim. She does a terrific job! The salon is clean. The staff is friendly and polite. They have a huge selection of polish and offer a variety of services. T&T Nails is my new go to spot for a great mani and pedi!

So disappointing. I was really hoping that this place would work out since it is walking distance from my home. The first time I went to this place I got a pedicure. I was convinced to do the spa pedicure which I never do at these nail places because the quality of the products they use is not good. The next day, I noticed that the polish I had before this pedicure was not removed. I was so annoyed! The color I picked was a very pretty pink orange color and through that you can see dark patches of the color I had before. What kind of tech does NOT notice this?! I did not go back to show them theyre crappy work because of work, I do not have time to go back and sit there for an hour or so for them to fix it. I went back a week later on a Sunday to get a no chip manicure. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I was asked to sit at one of the nail stations and kept being asked to move down to the next station. Finally, this guy started to work on my nails and he was so rough which I was not pleased given that your nails can be sensitive from having them done consistently. On the third day (Tuesday), I had a chipped nail. On the fifth day (Thursday) I had four chipped nails! I was very frustrated. Finally, I had time to go in on Sunday to get them fixed. A lady, which I believe is the owner was the one who tended to me. I showed her my nails and she seemed annoyed to have to fix them. I took advantage of the time and told her about the pedicure and again she seemed annoyed at my complaint even after I showed her. She said I should have came back the next day. I REALLY did not have the time around that time to do so because of work.I will definitely keep my regular nail lady because whatever she does, my no chip lasts almost three weeks. I will maybe only go to this place as a last minute resort if that.

I’ve been going to this nail shop for a couple months and i am very pleased with the service I’ve recieved. I got my nails done Saturday evening and by Sunday my no chip polish was chipping and all of it had chipped off by Monday other then 2 nails. I went back to the shop on Tuesday and asked them to fix it. Jason repolished my nails with no problem. I appreciate the customer service. I will continue going here and recommend it to other people as well. They take care of their customers!

My first time I went for individual eyelashes an I loved them an they stayed for 2 weeks. My second time a different lady had did them and I had to go back the same day because they were falling off and weren’t full, it’s only been 3 day and Half of my eyelashes have already fallen off.

I had been there four times getting full sets before they gave me their discount card.Every time I go asking for nail art they tell me they can’t do it, which is frustrating, as they are rather simple designs. The last time I went and had picked out a design, the guy told me that he couldn’t do them, and that they were tacky...First off I’m paying you for a service, and idgaf if you think it’s tacky or cute, just do it. Second, They offered to do their own art on my nails, and it was some whispy white feather, it looked like something my grandmother would pick out....After being repeatedly told they could not do my nails how I wanted them. I will not be going back, which is a bummer

I’d give zero stars if I could. The tech rushed through my no chip and was so rough my fingers actually hurt. She trimmed my nails so uneven and shorted than I asked for. Then barely filed them. So they were uneven and sharp. She pulled at my cuticles instead of GENTLY removing them. Then there’s the half assed paint job. Omg lumpy and didn’t paint the entire nail. Ridiculous.

It was my first time there and I loved it.Kim was my girl, she did an awesome with my mani and pedi no chip. This is my place now!

Its possible that this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. First I waited 10 minutes at the reception desk until someone even spoke to me. Then they had me wait 35 minutes in the waiting area when they said 20. Then they put me in a chair and just left me sitting with my feet in a tub of lukewarm water for a FULL 47 minutes. Finally someone started my pedicure.It was painful and unpleasant. She kept dumping dead skin from the towel into the water that my feet were soaking in and then stopping to scrub her dirty tools in my foot water while my feet were still in it. Then put them back in her nail kit!!She also left all dead skin that was sticking to the towel my feet were on until the very end. The leg scrub was about 10 seconds then she rinsed my feet with the same dead skin water she cleaned her tools with! It was disgusting. The paint job was mediocre with lots of uneven color and unpainted edges. I have never in my life left a nail salon without tipping until now. I will never set foot in there again.

This place is horrible. They do NOT speak English well AT ALL. They can’t even understand you when there is a problem. Krystal is correct. They cut your big toe nail at an angle. Also, they try and tell you how long your natural nail should be. They are always trying to cut them down to the quick like the women that work there. The women here are TOTALLY RUDE. They need etiquette and customer service training. Then, they dont have a line item for tips on the electronic payments because they want tips in cash. Everyone knows you can’t trace cash from an IRS tax standpoint. I didnt give them at tip because of their complete RUDENESS. Even if I would have, it would not be in cash! I have to pay taxes on all my wages and so should you!!!!!!!!!! Stop trying to get over!AND NO SMARTY PANTS...I PUT THE COMMENT ON THE RIGHT NAIL SALON. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND THEY JUST MIGHT COME BACK. YOU GUYS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN WITH YOUR RUDE SELVES!!!! JUST NASTY AND RUDE TO PEOPLE! I got a mani-pedi today did a good job

I honestly think its to expnsive for a poor job all the nail salons in logan squer charge 22 for no chip manicure they charge 30 and say they giving you 15 % discount what a joke it came out to 26 $ i will not be going there again .

I called at 6:30ish roughly closing time and I asked if they would still take me in and if not what time did they open tomorrow. They said yes. I got in 15 min prior to closing and asked again if I should come back they said no. I got directed to the lady nail tech after choosing my color and she didn’t speak much, but it doesn’t matter as long as you know your job it’s ok. I respect that. The shape of the nails was nice and when I paid I didn’t bring cash so I asked if I can tip with card(they did accommodate that) . Acknowledging that I came after closing hours I tipped above the standards, and I got a free cuticle oil. That was nice of them. BUT the problem is my nails were done wrong. The one other color I usually get on the ring finger was done on the index. I get it I was going late, but I’m not sure if she noticed it as I noticed after I was in my car. Also the other index finger was not coated properly. I will go tomorrow Sunday to see if they can change the color. That’s the least they can do. I really do understand but please turn me around rather than doing an error and noticing it and not taking action. I will update my review once I go back.It’s fair to make note that I noticed that my nails were lumpy from the acrylic powered that was not filed properly and the nail glue was past my cuticles from my initial visit. I went in the nail shop Sunday as stated and I had Jason, who I believe is the owner. Jason took care of me. Jason acted defensive saying if I’m not happy to simply tell him. I tried to explain that I noticed the poor job once I was in my car. The previous nail tech wanted to fix her mistake, but I was not going to deal with it all over. I requested another nail tech and Jason stepped in. Jason changed my nail color and when drying my nails I had a dent and he tried to fix it: this dent was beyond fixing sonhe removed it and redid it. He did overall a good job. I know it may be his business and wants to make his costumers happy to build up a clientele, but he came off as defensive and I tried to explain myself that I did not notice this mistake until I was in the car. As for the lady she didn’t recognize that she did a poor job and Jason just took care of it, but not much was discussed for constructive criticism. Jason offered to take care of me next time. I will give it another shot when it comes to have my fill in and update my review once more. I want to like this nail salon because it’s so close to my house, but it’s quality that gains costumers. I left this establishment semi-satisfied as I had to go back to fix their error, but Jason made worker with what he had (referring to the pre-acrylic job done on my nails)I just read Jason’s response: “Since you came back on Sunday not to fix, but to change the whole colors. Can you revote for us!Thanks”Jason,No I didn’t go for a nail change I went back because your nail tech left me with lumpy, uneven nails, and the colors were not consistent because of the number of coats on each finger, also my second color choice was done on opposite fingers (not requested done that way). You care so much about reviews rather than costumers satisfaction that even when I was drying my nails you insisted I write a “very good” review. Sorry? But that’s not up to you. I had decided to cut you a break since you did fix the nails techs mistake but for you to say I went ONLY to get my color change that’s unfair because you had to redo my nails as they were done VERY POORLY the first time around.
