Absolutely love coming to this location. I come here about once a month to service my work truck.Carmen is really sweet, friendly, smiling big and a hard worker. Probably my favorite.Dalton is always the first person I see, everytime, friendly, big smile, courteous, and professional. (I jokingly roll my eyes when he calls me maam.)Everyone that works here is thorough, respectful, and professional. I never have any issues when I come here.Keep up the good work!

Wow! Im not sure 5 stars is enough to really express just how good the service is at this business. I havent driven much since my last service and even though it has been a year, everything was still in great shape - no need for an oil change. And thats exactly what the attendant told me. I cant tell you how refreshing it is to go to an auto service establishment that values the customer instead of finding ways to take advantage. I believe my technicians name was Karl and he was very friendly and very helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes which made my morning errands so much smoother! I especially appreciated that he pulled the engine air filter to show me what rough shape it was in rather than just telling me it needed to be done. I brought my brothers car in as a favor to him but Ill be sure to tell him to come back for future services!

Karl was very helpful in explaining every step of my oil change and didnt try to over sell me on anything that was necessary for my vehicle at the time. He also explained everything in great detail about all the perks I get that come along with my oil change and how often they will top off and check my vehicle for me. I was very impressed!

On June 20, Karl C was my main attendant and the other two were Jonathan and Edwin!! Very nice and efficient and explained each step along the way!! I felt very comfortable during the whole event!! They have greatly improved their customer service over the past year. Im so glad I have them a chance again. It was quick even though it was a bit busy. They were also friendly and helped me to make sure my engine was up to par.

I stopped by today to get a tuneup ! Guy was super helpful and friendly! He gave me a quote for spark plugs and once everything was done it came up more than I was quoted but I just thought it was maybe a part was more than they thought so I just paid it ! Well once I got home the store manager Justin had went out of his way to let me know some how I was over charged and they made it right within 20 mins . I never would have known . Super sweet manager and honest !!! 10/10 would recommend.

Guys were very nice and knowledgeable about my high mileage car. They were timely and had precautions in place for Covid which made me feel good. Karl was very helpful and the whole team did a great job! A little pricey at $80 for a high mileage oil change, I will just get regular oil next time instead of high mileage. Overall good experience.

I love the team members at Jiffy Lube. They are always friendly, professional and efficient. My tire has had a slow leak in it for a little over a month and theyve put air in it for me and let me know that the slow leak was due to having picked up a screw in my tire. They gave me enough air to take me through the weekend safely so I could get my tire repaired on my next day off. I think they are a wonderful crew and I go only to them for my oil maintenance and air filters.

My first time at this location. The staff was very nice. Carl was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things in great detail. I got the oil change and the wipers replaced (yay! cant stand doing that myself). Ill definitely be going back for a few of other services that were on my to-do list as well. I had no idea they offered more than just oil changes. Very pleased w/the visit - thank you! :)

Even though they werent able to flush my transmission because of manufacturer specifications the gentlemen at Jiffy Lube were absolutely fantastic.I recommend them without hesitation. They are of exemplary character!

Went in for a last minute oil change after the dealership I usually go to said they couldn’t see me for over 2 weeks. Everything was fast, both the men I talked to were INCREDIBLY kind and friendly, and I drove away having saved both time and money. I don’t think I’ll be going back to the dealership!

They were very thorough. Very quick oil change. They helped me find an oil leak and walked me through what was going on. They even helped me with insight on a mechanic to fix the leak as it’s not a service they provide. I will definitely go again.

I normally do my own oil changes, but I was on the road and the mileage was getting up there. They had a synthetic oil option and a good filter to install, so I left them to it. They were prompt and courteous, plus my oil level was right on when I checked it later that day. Highly recommended!

It is true that they were fast but that is the only good thing I can say for them and Id much rather have quality affordable service rather than fast and overpriced service. The guy talked so fast I could hardly understand anything he said. I tried to tell him politely that I would go elsewhere to get my oil changed since the quote was over twice as much as I usually pay for an oil change. He must have misunderstood me because they immediately started emptying my oil and doing the change. I will not be going back, and Id definitely not recommend them to others.

The crew went above and beyond w/customer service. They offered new services w/out any pressure, answered all my questions, explained/educated me on how functions of car work (thanx Nick), worked quickly and efficiently, and most importantly were very kind. Thank you!

I always like to go to jiffy lube when I need an oil change and I trust them to help me with other services for my car when theyre needed, too. Today I had to get quite a bit done to my car but it was much needed and worth the money to maintain.

Excellent customer service. Came in as soon as they opened and they were ready work. They check everything with my vehicle and even got a complimentary windshield cleaning.

The guys here went the extra mile! Though extremely busy, they took the extra time and effort to work around the skid plate on my old van. The bolts had seized up and could not be removed. They worked like a well oiled machine ;-). Thanks guys.

Great service! Karl is extremely polite and friendly! These guys were working on car after car, always polite not only to me, but they’re visibly polite and kind to each other as well. They’re working in a hot, tight space, abiding by COVID requirements and wearing masks all the while. I’d like to give them all an extra applause for remaining so consistently positive and friendly despite the conditions!

Terrible nobody seem to want to work no peep in step early in morning and still seem too not care.

Got my rear differential fluid changed here. They informed me about the state of my current fluid (level and how bad it looked) and changed it quickly. They also did a general checkup of my vehicle and all fluids while they were at it. Staff were friendly and a pleasure to work with! Definitely will be returning to this great shop in the future!

I was waiting in line when the mechanic asked me to move to a different lane which I did. Then the store manager yelled at the mechanic from across the parking lot in a very condescending way . It was very uncalled for and quite unprofessional to scream at his employee in front of several customers. I ended up leaving because of the managers aweful management skills and felt terrible for the mechanic who was just trying to help.

Went to Oak Harbors Jiffy Lube today for the first time. The men working were fast and answered all my questions. Its nice as a women to go to a shop and not be treated different. Thank you for your services!

Both Nicholas and Brian were quick to help me. I came in for a oil change. They decided to check my coolant and even fill it back up when it showed it was low. All in all I would give 5 out of 5 stars and most certainly will be coming back.

Service was over the top on our visit today! There was lots of extra staff on site as they were training their entire crew to perform some new services. I didnt feel pressured to purchase items I didnt need, and felt that they were being upfront about items my car did need. I Iook forward to using this terrific Jiffy Lube location again.

This location has bad technicians that didn’t install my dip stick, which caused an oil leak that ruined my alternator when it got coated in oil. Then they didn’t reinstall my air box after they checked the filter that caused my engine to run hard. I wouldn’t recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone.

2014 F150 FX4 Full Synthetic oil.Customer service was top notch. I got right in and staff knew what they were doing. I would have given 5 stars but their service is about 35 dollars more than I pay at other places.

The best Jiffy lube I’ve ever visited hands down. Justin goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of in a timely manner with quality care and great prices. He goes above and beyond with his customers, in my experience he had even helped me locate an exhaust leak I was unaware of purely off of listening to my vehicle pull in for an oil change. The rest of the staff treats each customer kindly and makes sure they know exactly what is going on with their vehicle and what will need to be taken care of in the near to distant future. I have come to this store for three years being stationed here and will be sad that I’m coming up on my last visit.

These guys do good work but the quality of their filters is low, I normally bring my own WIX filter to have them install. They are always trying to upsell and some of the services they recommend are questionable.

Worst place ever... Biggest rip off ever... They over tightened every thing and stripped my drain plug, didnt put my bolt for my airbox back in, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Rude and dismissive amd didnt listen to my request to not touch anything else except the oil filter and change the oil.
