Totally & utterly UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST. Refused to give me a refund of over $250 AND would NOT TELL ME WHY!! The lady I was working with said We cannot further process this transaction. I said, its a REFUND -- there is NO TRANSACTION. She refused to elaborate. I was APPALLED. From now on, Ill go to Publix to send Western Union. Id NEVER put my money at risk with Amscot again. Frigging ridiculous. Im still hot about it....
