AMAZING SERVICE. I called last minute for availability and they told me to come in. I got helped by Mark as soon as I walked in. I showed him a reference picture and he did exactly that! Great conversationalist, took his time, and did an amazing job. Overall great experience.

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time I have gone their customer service, friendliness and sanitation has always been wonderful! They are taking all the protocols they need to, to ensure that they follow sanitation practices and keeping everyone safe.

I’ve come here three times now and each time I’ve been, everyone is always very thorough, on time, friendly and easy to talk to. The polish lasts longer than anywhere else. I scratched my nail fixing a volleyball net and they fixed it free of cost, and would’ve even take a tip. I live in Lincoln Park & will continue to make the drive for the service. quality & many mood polishes & options they provide.

The pictures on this website belong to another salon named Gloss Nails! Please stop stealing the work of this salon and posting it as your own! Gloss salon has been in business for years, so obviously the reviews and pictures you posted are not of your own simply cause you were not in business. It’s bad enough you named your salon the same as the one pre-existing for many years in this neighborhood and now are trying to pass their technique and reviews as your own!!!

This nail salon is NOT GLOSS nail salon!!! Glossy on Archer and Sayer took over Gloss nail salon on Archer and Neenah’s reviews and website. If you want fabulous nails and friendly people got to GLOSS NAIL SALON ON ARCHER AND NEENAH... not these pirates that are taking away business from a great salon that has been around forever. Shame on you Glossy!!

Rude people. Called and received attitude only to be hung up on when asked about their websites and photos. Name basically stolen from A nearby salon. Sad to see these internet pirates prey on nearby salons that been around over 10 years. Build your own reputation!

If I could give 0 stars, I would do that. This business is extremely unprofessional for stealing from Gloss. Also, to take a name that is so unoriginal and essentially a copycat of Gloss is pathetic and deplorable. I would rather take my business anywhere else than Glossy.
