Key Key was wonderful! I appreciate her attention to detail and making me feel welcome. She gave great service as always. This time her nail tech serviced my Mother. Her name was Alexis. My Mother was happy with her pedicure and manicure. Glad to see her doing well. Years ago she worked for another shop, but we all knew she was running the shop. She has worked hard to have her own salon, and she deserves it. 💞

Okay so my first time there i will say that I like the name of the shop my appointment was at 10am but wasnt done until a quarter to 2pmThats was kind of a downer..I love her demeanor! But I dont think nails is her thing.I love the colors and im kinda of a stickler about things being neat especially when Im paying my money for it not really good with nail art but im not either but I M diabetic and I tell any nail tech to cut me but she hurt my toes alot nice lady but I think I should further search thank you for your hospitality.

If youre looking for a decent black owned licensed nail shop on the west side, this is it! This was my 1st experience at a black owned nail shop. Its got a barbershop / beauty shop vibe to it. I was greeted by the owners husband upon entry and asked if I wanted water. Since it was appt only due to COVID-19, Alex started on my pedicure right after I chose a color. She was detail oriented and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and liked the nails. Top coat dried in 10 minutes. Overall, pretty decent. Check it out!

Staff is very nice, service is great,, and prices are comparable to others.

My nails are crooked and uneven, she was about to over price me for my nails but when I was shocked at the prices, she lowered the nail price. I tried to support black owned business but they over do it and dont give A1 service. Didnt do them how I normally get them done and I didnt want to pay the money I paid but I had to pay something for the service I did receive. I will not be going back there. If there was a negative star, thats what I would give them.
