This was my first time going here and my service was perfect. Sherry will be my go to nail tec for the foreseeable future, no doubt. I only needed one nail fixed and a fill in, gel manicure, and I am actually 100% satisfied with the results. She filled with precision and got under the nails, was gentle with my hands/fingers, shaped them perfectly evenly/symmetrical, was on point with the actual polish and overall I’m just super happy to have found this place because I’ve been looking for a good go to place. 10/10 would recommend

I love this nail salon! Although I’ve tried many other salons through the years, I keep coming back because 1.) They do a great job. 2.) The value can’t be beat. 3.) Everyone is so friendly!Recently I got some Minnie Mouse inspired nails for a Disney trip and I had to share here! I had to come back 4 days in a row and it still wasnt right! I spent $65 on UV gel nails that all fell off the 1st week. The UV gel also had bubbles and would never lay flat. The nail technician drill a hole in my natural nail. I was told to come back, I just counted it as a loss. This picture is from the 1st set of nails, but it never got much better. While she did attempt to fix the nails, they never did come out right.However I did receive the best pedicure of my life from a different technician.

This is the best nail shop I’ve been to. They actually take their time and don’t rush,.. more variety of colors to choose from. It wasn’t crowded and the wait wasn’t long. I will definitely be back!

Soon as I walked in the vibe was very peaceful, the music playing was therapeutic and just the right amount of people in there to not make you feel like you will be in there forever! I love how my nails look and ask for May to get the best pedicure! This is my new nail salon, PERIOD!

They were friendly, efficient, and I love my no chip! $35 with designs on each ring finger. They gave me a punch card for the 10th no chip free!! Will update in a couple weeks and be back if the manicure holds up. So glad I stopped by tonight.Update: 2 weeks later, still in perfect shape! 🙌🏼🙂

As a black woman who gets their nails done regularly I wanted to throw up after seeing the end product of my nails. I just googled this place and they were the latest shop open... I just wanted my feet done originally but I wanted to feel cute so I asked for a french tip acrylic. I got them short because of my job and they look like the equivalent of kitten heels. During the process I would tell her the filing was off and the tips looked too chunky and she just kept telling me she wasnt finished yet. The french tip is uneven and crusty looking. She must have hated me, I really dont know what I did to this woman. They did my toes nice though.

I called before coming to this establishment to see if they had some openings. The lady said 3:00pm is the next slot I told her me and my sister will be there. I gave the lady my name and she said see you at 3:00pm. We arrived at 2:55pm the lady said pick a color usually when they say that you will be taken no longer then 5 mins afterwards. So we picked our color and sat down after that nobody acknowledged us or even said anything. After waiting and waiting we left because not only was they taking they sweet time it’s the principle. When you give a time stick to the time shop is too small and when need more fast pace workers. First time and last time only came here because my shop was closed won’t be back at all.

Because this establishment has ZERO respect for their customers I would give ZERO stars but since that’s not an option... My first encounter was so bad that we just left in the middle of getting our nails done. We gave the nail techs a generous tip BEFORE they worked on us. While working on our nails the techs were so distracted conversing with each other that one tech snipped a finger until it bled. She didn’t apologize at all, she just tried to play it off as if it didn’t happen. There was obvious pain and blood, so me and my friend just left with our nails undone. The second and most recent occurrence was waiting over 40 minutes after my set appointment time just to watch multiple people walk in, without an appointment, and receive immediate attention. I’ve been nothing but respectful and generous to this establishment only to be met with disrespect and carelessness.

I get my nails done here all the time. Consistently good service with great prices! I always get a full set no chip and it lasts until I take it off. It never chips and Ive never broken a nail. The pedicures are amazing they use a sugar scrubs that makes your legs sooo soft! Highly recommend.

This is a picture of my NO CHIP powder nails 1 week later from getting them done. My friend got the no chip polish and hers is still in tact, her nail technician did a good job. My nail tech on the other hand refused to put more powder on when I asked because I could see the black underneath of the powder. She didn’t like that I “complained” about her work, so when she was giving me a pedicure after my manicure was done, the water was very hot and I asked her to make it colder and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She was also talking the entire time and only massaging my legs with one hand at a time and slamming my foot down on the sink. The place seemed clean but unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady who did my nails, but hopefully none of you get her if you go there.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been. I went for a manicure last Sunday. I just moved and found this salon which is nearby. Thats the only reason I went there. The lady ask me to pay for the service before actually put on nail polish, so I didnt tip her at that time because the service was not finished. Then she turned really mean and kept asking me if it was my first time ever to have a manicure, hinting that I should tip, and kept mentioning she didnt feel like to work. First of all, Im not obligated to pay tip. And the tip is completely depend on the quality of the service!As a result, she did such a bad job on trimming my cuticle. My fingertip was sour for the next day because she over trimmed! In addition, look at how messy my fingers and areas close to my nails are! Look at those small skins that was not trimmed properly and stood out at the end of my nails. This is the worst manicure I ever received. Im not going back ever. I dont care if they are cheap in the area or this is just because of that one lady, I am not going back. I cannot believe I still tipped the lady at the end out of courtesy. She doesnt deserve it at all.

Please do not go to this nail salon. You have a appointment and they take you in 2 hours later plus not the very best manicures!

It was my first time going here. I can say I love how my nails came out! The one thing that I felt disappointed in was the fact that I walked in but didnt get greeted, so I sat there patiently for 5 minutes until I decided to get up and show one of the nail techs a picture of how I wanted my nails and asked if I can get it done.

Where do I start! My friend and I made appointments for manicures and pedicures. We both arrive on time for our appointments just to find out the appointments were never schedule. Wait one small discrepancy when I made my appointment for a particular nail tech, I gave the wrong name. Human error. Sherry (the owner) informed me that was why my appointment was not placed in the appointment book,because I gave the wrong name of the nail tech. Ok so here is where things went wrong. We arrived at 12:30 and didn’t leave until 4pm. My friend was happy with her service. Me on the other hand will never return. I got a botched job. My no chip looks a hot mess. The polish is so THICK AND UNEVEN. I informed my nail tech that I was unhappy with my service and she started to speak in her native language with the owner. I said to her I’ve been here for over 3 hours I’m ready to go! She then replied that she had been servicing me for 3 hours she is tired! I was outdone. So unprofessional! I’ve been going to this nail shop for a while now and have never had a bad experience until now. I want to give the owner the benefit of the doubt she stepped in and tried to rectify the situation but the damage had been done. Lastly she tired to correct her employee’s botched job by just going over it instead of starting from scratch. Oh I forgot to mention that when I spoke to Sherry about the appointment mix up and us having to wait longer to be serviced. She abruptly says that I wasn’t waiting that long because she could see us on the camera. So she is at home watching us!!! Creepy!!! I will not become patronizing this nail shop ever again.....

They were really helpful with my nails and their work is really great. I noticed that some people who dont speak Mandarin will be misunderstood by the nail techs sometimes and that might result in a bad experience, but the nail tact art I had was very helpful and my gel nails lasted for SUCH a long time, my pedicure lasted for 6 months afterwards and my manicure lasted for a month, and this is with me being a clumsy musician! Overall, I really love going to this place to get my nails done.

This nail salon is perfect for relaxing. Ladies are very nice and they smile and greet you. But its better if you make an appointment. The place is clean and there is only paid street parking in this area.

I like my nails, and Ill probably return. One thing I really liked is the diversity of the patrons. Black, white, Latino.. Male and female. As a black patron, its important to me to find a salon where the staff is respectful to all customers and rude or condescending, which Ive experienced at countless other nail salons on the south side of the city. I can say Dreamscape delivers on that front.My only issue here is that none of the techs speak strong English. The nail techs rely on each other to communicate with the patrons, but none of their English is strong enough to answer the simplest of questions. Very frustrating as I like to customize my nails, and was unable to successfully communicate my vision. I ended up with plain nails to be safe.Also, the tech that worked on me kept twisting my fingers and burned me a couple of times with the nail file. I spoke to her about that and it was reflected in her tip, but I wanted to note that as well.

Dreamscape is my go to! Super friendly staff, reasonably priced no chip manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. They always make time for their customers even if they are busy. They also take their time and really pamper you by giving you a long & relaxing leg, foot and hand massage with your pedicure and manicure. They also, of course, have the classic massage chairs. I definitely recommend you trying this gem in Bridgeport!

I got a no chip cat eye mani. It looks pretty good well see if it lasts a while. The place was easy to find and is very clean on the inside. They have tons of no chip options. I went in as a walk-in so the wait was a bit long but I wasnt in a rush so that was not a problem. If you are in a rush maybe make an appointment just in case. I will definitely come back. They also do punch cards.

Made an appointment this weekend for the first time. Finally - a place that is actually mindful of people who make appointments AND makes sure theyre taken care of on time! Yay! Annie did my nails and did an excellent job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it (no pun intended).This shop is tastefully decorated and CLEAN! It was very busy, but had a relaxed vibe.This will definitely be my go-to nail place from now on!

UPDATE: A week ago I got my nails done and today all of my gel has come off. My gel overlay started falling apart the next day. I have to go to another nail shop and get a brand new overlay because Dreamscape my made gel so thin that the break like potato chips. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!Original post: If you care about your nails PLEASE DONT GO THERE! I came in for a pedicure, a soak off and a new overlay full set and it was a horrible experience. For starters, they barely know how to communicate with you. Secondly, when I asked for a soak off, the lady came over to me and tried to rip the gel off my finger nails with the little nail clipper that they use. I told her I didnt feel comfortable with her doing that seeing that those are my real nails. She ignored me and proceed to do it anyway, but she wasnt successful. My pedicure looks horrible and my overlay is already chipping and cracking. I have never had this experience until I came to this establishment. I am going to have to get my $30 overlay done all over again this week and I just got it done 2 days ago. On top of all of that, they have an attitude problem. They lady was getting so frustrated with the fact that she couldnt get the gel off my nails that she started filing the top of my nails like a maniac and cut my finger. I told her I was bleeding and she continued to do my nails anyway. I thought that was very unsanitary. They also charged me $5 to soak my nails off just to put the new overlay on. Ill NEVER come back here again.

NEVER walk-in for any service on a Saturday or you will wait at least an 1 or 2hrs! The male tech started the water for my pedicure, put my feet in the water, then left to go and do the next walk in. After 15 minutes of my feet soaking, I did inform the receptionist of the situation. I was told that the male tech was doing an acrylic manicure, and the next available nail tech would be doing my pedicure. If I didnt have an event to attend to, there is no way I would have stayed. So I wanted to give everyone else a heads up. I hope that no one else ever have this same problem.

Just got done my pedicure and noticed on my way back home how ugly they made my legs look. Never gonna pick it again. She’s such a lazy lady when I asked to do calcus treatment, she replied that legs are soft. She was just trying to finish fast.

Saw some good reviews and figured Id try them out. I called to see what would be a good time to come in. I was told 30 minutes. I come and one lady comes to ask me what I wanted about 5 minutes after I arrived. I sat in there for over an hour and no one so works there said anything to myself or the other customer who was sitting there for about 45min. No one came or asked her anything or greeted her. Very rude.

First time here was a horrible experience. All I requested was for my nail to be fixed and the shape to mimic my other nails. The owner rushed my nail process. She didn’t sand the nail completely down so that it was smooth like the others and didn’t even give my nails 10sec to set under the uv light. Do not go here it was a total waste of money. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay twice for a simple fix 😡.

They will secretly judge and laugh about you in their language. They are unappreciative of any tip given and will make you feel uncomfortable.

It sucked. We called ahead to make sure that they can take us for a manicure 2 pedicure. They said yes but it would be a a thirty minutewait.we took 8 minutes to get there. We walk in and let them know what we want. they have us wait. then after im getting my mani the girl asked if I can make an appointment for the my pedi because they close at 8 ..Im like no i cant thats why I called before and had I known I would have had you do my pedicure first instead of My manicure. The entire they are all having this whole conversation while having customers in front of them . Not a word to the customer in front of them..except for relax your hand or move this way or that way. I dont mind people speaking in their native languages as long as youre not being rude to anyone. NOT HAPPY AT ALL This place is too cluttered and dirty. One towel to dry YOUR hands for everyone thats nasty. NEVER AGAIN

Went in before christmas on a saturday for a no chip and my nails started chipping went in a week later to show them to have them redone and i was ignored people that came in after me were taken before me i waited 40 minutes before i walked out! They wont get my money anymore poor customer service!!!! Do not go here the quality is horrible and they wont do anything about it! I will find somewhere else!

I walked in there with my niece it was her birthday and her 8th grade graduation and I said I wanted a Fill and full set and they said about an hour then 3 Customer walked in and was taken right away they were all getting pedicures. I guess there were girls in there that didnt know how to do full sets with gel but they were speaking like it was a problem or something and then two weeks later I take my polish off and I got four fingers with fungus I been getting my nails done for 25 years or more and Ive never experienced 4 fingers having fungus maybe a little bit on maybe one I know how to take care of my nails and they need to clean their instruments more like serious! Never again will I go there when Im back in town!

Please dont go here if you are turned off by confusion and bad communication. The place is beautiful no doubt and they probably do great nails and other services. However, i arrived under the pretense there were two people who are able to render eyebrow threading service. I feel everyone knew the truth that only one person could do it and she wasnt even there. They continued to keep asking me if i wanted a full set when i had conveyed to 2 people i was clearly there for eyebrow threading. I dont know if they were stalling but be respectful of peoples time and forth coming esp. if u told me on the phone there were two people there that could do the threading. Someone finally said can you come back at two... I said thank u and walked out. Ill never be back. Bad first impression.

Came to Chicago for visiting my friend, and we went to this nail salon for our no chip mani. This place looks nice but the joe done is not that good, my no chip polish not all the way to my cuticle, and the color looks so thin, its like not enough polish on my nail.

They are super professional, take their time while protecting your nails and their pedicures are simply to die for.

I will NEVER return to this establishment & I highly suggest that anyone else does either! My sister and I called and made 11:30am appointments at 10:20am, we even arrived 10 mins early to avoid arriving late. Not only did they take a walk in who apparently had been waiting before us but also began my nails and stopped right in the middle of filing to go and do someone’s eyebrows. I knew because once they returned the woman had a fresh set, still no apology or anything from the nail tech. Another woman walks in with a 12:00 appointment and now to add even more INSULT this lady asks me to go to another seat to wait on someone else! Are you kidding me!! I’ve never been more insulted, I explained to the woman that it made no sense as to why MY 11:30 appointment wasn’t as important as anyone else’s & how I would not be patronizing their establishment then or anytime in the future! In her defense she states that the woman had to go as if I enjoyed waiting when I made an APPOINTMENT! If I could give 0 STARS HERE IT IS!!!

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH MY SERVICE, IT TOOK THE NAIL TECHNICIAN 25 MINUTES LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE TO GIVE ME A FULL SET WITH NO POLISH BECAUSE SHE STOPPED AND TALKED AND WAS ON THE PHONE. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY, THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE FOR MY SERVICE. I SHOWED HER MY BANK APP CHARGES, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND OR GIVE ME CASH FOR MY DOUBLE PAYMENT! THIS TOOK 10 EXTRA MINUTES! I WAS LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. NOTHING WAS CORRECTED AND MY SERVICE WAS NOT EXCELLENT! I WILL NOT RETURN AND I WILL SHARE WITH EVERYONE TO NOT SEEK THEIR SERVICES!!

Went here for the first time recently, though i have lived 2 min away basically my whole life. never really wanted my nails done until now, so decided to give my local one a try. i made an appointment on the phone and they already seemed very welcoming and kind. day of the appointment came amd it was nice to know that they spoke my language, as well as english quite well. i asked for full set acrylics with gel polish, amd the lady doing my nails executed it very well. she was careful and never really cut me. not rude at all, very patient. they have a very large color selection, amd i decided to go with a nice peachy champagne shimmer. however, as she applied the gel polish, it looked very very red. she jad taken the correct color, but it looked nothing like the swatch. pretty sure this does not apply for all their gel polishes, but it did to the color i had chosen. the nail lady insisted that the color would change to the desired one after a day or so. it has been a day and my nails are still the red polish that i did not want. overall loved the experience aside from the coloring issue, and a crooked nail.

No chip manicure was wonderful....great job and excellent hand massage! Didnt get a pedicure but definitely will be back in a couple weeks for a pedicure and manicure!
