Best place for nails I have been to so far in Chicago! I moved here year ago and have been to a couple nail salons but I liked this one the best. I needed my nails done last minute and I called at 7:30pm to get a no chip manicure. Ryan took me right away and offered a pedicure too - which I was elated about because I really wanted a pedicure but knew there may not be time! I was so happy I was able to get one along with my manicure. Lily and Mary did my nails and feet - at the same time! The pedicure was so great and thorough. Even though it was near closing time, my pedicure didn’t feel rushed at all. I felt really relaxed! I love that the pedicure and manicure was happening at the same time because I often struggle sitting through one after the other. Ryan did the designs on my nails. Him (and it was either lily or Mary), stayed and worked on my nails even after the salon closed. I was so impressed - they took time on each nail and achieved the design I wanted. They did exactly what I wanted design wise. I love my nails so much and have gotten many compliments on them. They really take the time here and make sure you get what you want. It is very reasonably priced especially with such rich quality. I found my regular spot in Chicago, finally. I’m so happy. Thank you!

Nice people, but I won’t be returning. The quality of work was not up to par. My pedicure polish is dull and I still have ingrown toe nails. The lady who did my nails could not do a simple almond shape and did not give me a manicure. She just literally glued nail tips on and acrylic. Didn’t cut my cuticles or anything.

Favorite nail salon I have found in Chicago so far at a fair price! The owner is incredible at nail art and very kind. The other nail techs are great and timely. 10/10 recommend!

I come here every two weeks and am never disappointed! Chris did this super fun minimalist mani (green for St Paddys Day of course) and Ryan has always been helpful when I call to book ahead! They have a reward program too! Highly recommend for fast, friendly and professional service 💅🏻

This nail salon is by far the most comfortable I’ve been to. It was late when my friend and I went here and the owner still took us in and took his time to work on our nails one by one. We were immensely satisfied with the customer service and the variety of colors and designs. There are so many of them! I also went on my birthday and felt like I made the right choice! 😊

Very clean and beautiful spa. I didn’t feel rushed even as a walk-in. However, I paid quite a bit for my no-chip gel manicure and it chipped within 3 days 😕 not sure I’ll return since most of my manicures last 3+ weeks from other spas!

My mom and I had the best experience at Erie. The owner Ryan worked on my mom and gave her the cutest short nails. It was exactly as she wanted. And the manager Nick worked on mine. It was the first time I did something like this and so I was a bit nervous and unsure of how it would look but they were so experienced that they looked at the picture I had and gave me exactly what I wanted and even changed it a bit to suit my hands better. I would definitely recommend to everyone. The only think you should know is that if you go in for nail work they won’t actually take care of your real nails or cuticles. I’m not sure but maybe you need to ask for a manicure to get that sort of thing. However they did put on cuticle oil and lotion at the end of the nail session.

Such a lovely experience at Erie Nails! I was offered something to drink and a very relaxing experience. My manicure and pedicure looked great with zero wait time! I was also surprised that I was given a gift once I left the spa. Very thoughtful and kind. I would absolutely go back again and recommend!

I always liked this place, very friendly and reasonable for downtown area. the owner and staffs are amazing and always put the quality above the standards. Hand sanitizer, table shields and pedicure shields are clean and set up during the season. I also got offered free beverages and the manager kept checking clients to see how they comfort. Lovely experience

The team makes me feel relaxed and taken care of the minute I walk in the door. During this insanely stressful time, the salon is always immaculately clean and the tools they use are in sanitized packages - making me feel extremely safe. It feels like your in the best of care with old friends (who are amazingly gifted). See you all sooner than later - 2weeks and counting. ;)

My first time going there it was a great experience but that’s only because i went with a male who paid for everything. I went their 3-4 times after that and I was over charged discriminated against and received very poor work. I wish they we’re respectful and treated people right because I would love to return.

First time customer and I most definitely will be coming back. I called to make an appointment at 12PM for 1 o’clock and when I arrived a few minutes earlier, they were ready for me. Ryan did my pedicure and no chip and he was amazing and experienced. I finished in no time and there was no delay or mishap. Looks like I found my go-to place now for my nails.

I can’t recommend this place enough. All employees are lovely and do an incredibly thorough job. Today Chris did the most amazing nail art for me and was such a pleasure to speak to. I pod $54 for no chip nail art that would cost double anywhere else! Love love love.

Excellent location. Exceptionally clean and professional. While there are multiple services offered, I go routinely for pedicures. I always walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed. A complete and thorough pedicure with a nice leg massage. Walk-ins are welcome, but I do call ahead to confirm appointment times. I find their prices very reasonable in the Chicago area and very fair.

I love it here! Used to come here when I worked down the street but with the pandemic I have been in the area. Came in today and there are now so many color options for a dip manicure! Love the color I chose and Nick as always was great! Definitely takes his time to make sure my nails are perfect, plus he even remembered me which was nice. Will definitely continue making the trip out here to try all their new colors and receive great service! 10/10 recommend

Just stopped by for a quick polish changed and they took me right away without any appointment. The color selections are huge and I ended up getting a manicure instead. The nail tech is friendly and did a good job. Will come back

Erie Nails & Spa is the best nail salon in Chicago. The owner and staff are absolutely incredible. Their work is meticulous, and they even offer a variety of beverages. The salon itself is so clean and has so many different color options - the most I’ve ever seen at a salon. I can’t recommend them enough!

They did an amazing job with my nails, but when I was already in the car I saw that one of them had chipped although they weren’t supposed to.

I would not recommend this nail salon. Detected I had would not listen to what I wanted worked way too fast and did not do a good job with cuticle removal also when quoted a price I was told 69 via email for a pedicure and gel manicure and when I got there they asked me for $75.

Eerie nails is an amazing establishment. I went to get my Dip nails redone and they did an amazing job! Nick is professional, on time and does exactly what you ask for! He does a wonderful job! My nails are always clean and last weeks. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

Ryan is the absolute best!!! I’ve tried multiple ppl and salons and he’s the only one I let touch my nails. I’m very particular about my shape and he nails ;) it each time and he’s very patient. Even when my nail has broken or chipped (because I bit it) he has fixed it for free. He’s responsive, always available and remembers you which makes you feel special and taken care of from a customer service perspective. Highly recommend him!

I have been to many nail salons in Chicago over the past decade and Erie Nails & Spa is by far my favorite salon Ive ever been to. They are amazing at what they do, the owners and staff treat you like youre the VIP guest every time you enter their doors. The music is great, they allow BYOB, they always offer a refreshment (water, soda, tea), and the prices are great! Theyre talented, polite, and engaging. Ive had pedicures, no chip, and dip services and Ive never had a problem in the 18 months Ive been a customer. If youre looking for a great nail salon in Chicago definitely check this place out!

I cant say enough great things about Erie Nails. I go every two to three weeks depending on my schedule to get a pedicure and dip nails. Ill call ahead and they do all they can to accomodate me and are always ready for me when I arrive. I love that I can pick a scent based on my mood for the deluxe pedicure and not to mention they have SOOO many colors. Every color new or classic they have it in dip, no chip, regular and long lasting. I often come with crazy requests I find online and they bring it to reality every time. If by chance you chip your nails, no problem, they will happily fix it for you and stand behind their work. Lastly, the place is CLEAN and you can pay by VENMO! Love Ryan and Nick and everyone at Erie Nails.....this should be your new nail salon!

A manicure, a pedicure (by eve) and a full body massage by Natalie for just $85. Natalie is a talented massage therapist. she did a fantastic job. And my nail tech, she made sure the nails were done to perfection even though I just wanted a simple color and filed, she made sure it was done right. I recommend this place.

This is the only place I go to in Chicago now. Best service, clean and do a great job. My dip manicures last several weeks. Really high quality products, highly recommend!

I have been going to Erie Nails for years and they’re the most consistent, reliable salon I’ve found in Chicago. I no longer live or work in River North but still travel twice a month for Nick to do my nails. Post-COVID they’ve made big improvements by adding glass barriers in between customers and techs, temperature checks, enhanced cleaning, and all of their techs got specifically re-certified. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Claire is the best. No competition and I’m very particular. Plus she has a great attitude. I’ll never go anywhere else ever again. Btw they were very clean and I felt safe and protected 100%

I came here today for the first time in search of a go-to place to get my regular gel mani and pedi. I must say that from start to finish my experience was excellent. Chris sets the standard for what a superior salon employee is. He offered me a drink, struck up a conversation with me and was very meticulous with his work. He was focused solely on me, very client oriented. He did a flawless job on my mani and my pedicure and im very pleased. Their precautions for COVID are also up-to-par as well, plastic shields between me and Chris the entire time and masks and proper social distancing. It is definitely reassuring to know this place takes cleanliness and safety very seriously. I will be back!!

I have been going to the salon for probably over a year since I moved to River North! I get dip manicures and they last almost a month every time. Everyone here is always super professional and they even offer discounts for neighborhood residents which is such a plus!! I will continue to come back again and again.

Just moved to the area and this was the first nail salon I tried and has been the one I have stuck with. Everyone is really nice and super accommodating, and they always do a fantastic job on my nails.

COVID standard was very clear and they provided the best services. My wife and I got deluxe pedicures while we were here to visit the Windy City. The staffs were so friendly and welcomed us. The salon was clean, and they did a lot of procedures to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable during the COVID Pandemic. Would recommend!

1st time going here, they were very professional and took good care of me offered me drinks and made sure I was well taken care of, one of hands kept bleeding out the no chip color and they refuse to let me leave with nails like that so they re did the hand and left them looking perfect ♡ will definitely be back.

Got acrylics with Kevin, showed him a picture of ombré and he did it exactly how I wanted..very impressed didn’t even know you can do ombré with acrylics!

Great customer service and the deluxe pedicure was amazing. The new salon has a new manager and they update a lot from the old one. They also offer hot tea and other drinks. Kinda cool and relaxing spot.

First, let me say that the pedicure was great and my technician was very sweet. The piece was also reasonable compared to other nail spas in the area. My only complaint is that my massage chair did not work and I was not offered anything to drink, even after other around me were offered and given beverages. I wouldn’t normally notice this or mind, but I have a cold and I was coughing quite a lot during pedicure. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would go back!

They have all COVID-19 standards following the rule during the pandemic. All clients and staffs wear masks, keep the social distance, wash hand and use hand sanitizers before and after the service. That is perfect and I feel very comfortable and safe whenever I get my nails done here. They also provide free beverages during the service and keep checking how my service performed.
