WOW! I’m going to come back here again and again and again. All three of the women in today were SO KIND - a special shout-out to Kim. What an incredible woman - Kim, you made my entire DAY! Thank you for doing such a beautiful job with my nails. I asked for a different colour for each nail for a little Spring pop, and Kim didn’t mind at all - even though it takes more time to switch between all the nail polishes. Kim gave me one of the BEST manicures I’ve ever had! THANK YOU KIM!

A wonderful place to get your nails done in the loop. Trinity was very efficient but still incredibly thorough! My pedicure lasted about 40 minutes and my toes looked great! They also advertise as Walk-ins welcome, and they really do mean it! I waited only a few minutes before I was able to sit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality efficient nail services in the loop! Oh, as a bonus, they also gave their customers a complimentary lotion before the holidays.

Great service just took a long time

Had a fill in done with no chip. They started chipping in 2 days.. they fixed the 2 nails.. and then started to chip again a day later. Now the rest are chipping too. Not worth it at all. Go somewhere else.

This was my second time here. First time, I only got my eyebrows done and they were as expected. This time, I got both eyebrows and nails done. Lisa did an amazing job! They were very busy due to a beautiful Friday evening during Memorial Day weekend, but she took her time and did a very thorough job! Highly recommend this place.

Terrible for dip. Result was very clunky and lopsided. Also, nails either chipped or broke after only one week. The building also isnt clean whatsoever.

Chris did my nails and eyebrows. He was nice, patient, and very thorough. He took his time and conversated with me the entire time. Id go back and see him for sure!

The guy that did my nails did a great job and took his time to make sure my nails were what I wanted. I couldnt really pick an exact color so he recomm a couple and one of them was this color which is a mood color changing polish and I love it!! I will definitely return and refer people to this nail shop!! Thank you

I love this Nail Salon. No matter what I ask for, they do it with professionalism. And they seemed genuinely concerned with the customers opinion. Furthermore, they are very personable. Ive been to other salons that hurl you in and out like cattle and are very impersonal. I enjoy the entire experience.

Ive been going here for years. Mai and Alice do excellent work. Very consistent and my nails are always neat. Theyve since remodeled the interior and it has much more comfortable atmosphere. I definitely recommend especially if you are trying to get in and out while on a lunch break.

Good Overall ExperienceThey had new massage chairs. The salon was a little crowded, but they were able to take me and my friend immediately for walk ins without an appointment. The manicure and pedicure I received turned out nice, but I felt like the technicians were rushing to get done. I would have liked the whole experience to go a bit slower so I could have relaxed in the nice chairs longer. The price was reasonable for the services I received.

GREAT location if you work in the Loop. If you go when it is busy - lunch time - than you will receive OK service and have OK nails. Its fine if your nails look crazy and you dont have time to get them done at your normal place but I wouldnt make this a regular spot. My nails looked crazy today and I am very happy I went.

Mixed feelings about this place. Its in a very convenient location for those of us who work downtown. The prices are below average, but then again - you get what you pay for! My no-chip was uneven and my tech didnt clean up the edges. He was ungentle when removing my old no-chip; the polish didnt soak enough and he just chipped away at what was left leaving my already britle nails even more weak! There are plenty of techs, so Im sure some are better than others. Additionally, it concerned me that the salon is not very clean & I was ticked off that the techs were talking to each other in their native language and laughing the whole time! This is the place to go when youre on a budget or need your nails done ASAP - majority of the clientele walks in w/o appointment. Enter at your own risk, friends!

I went for a repair of a no-chip manicure and a no chip pedicure. I have gotten many no chip pedicures during my lifetime. This pedicure was subpar and my right big toe had to be redone because the nail polish was streaky and old. The young lady didn’t really focus on skin care of my actual feet. Then they had the nerve to charge $50 for this pedicure. I have never paid $50 for a pedicure in my life. This was extremely high and I feel this is something they should’ve let me know before they started. Please don’t go here.

Love this place, location is very convenient from my office, the only nail salon I go to in the city! The gel manicure lasts for at least 3 weeks without chipping for me. Would definitely recommend

First time here and never going back. So inexperienced. I had to tell the lady doing my nails many times of what is wrong with it. My nails were so bulky and my no chip polish on my full set came off the next day. The lady was very nice but inexperienced.

I love Nail Pro. My nails are always beautiful. The compliments I get are numerous always. Mai is very nice and her employees are very courteous and do a good job. I recommended this place to everyone.

I am very impressed, This is my first visit to this salon and I am very happy with how my pedicure manicure and eyebrows turn out. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. My tech was not phased by my thick nails, she dove right in, never once causing me any discomfort. While working quickly, she never seemed to be in a hurry, just fast and efficient. And for once I didnt get the stupid joke about what color did I want my hands and feet, she just asked did I want clear polish or buffed. I should have gotten her name. Anyway my hands and feet look and feel great. Ill be back.

Went in for a nochip manicure and pedicure but was advised the cost was, too much, ($80). The tech did not soak off the previous coat of polish but instead used a buffer, which completely scratched up every single one of my finger nails. My nailbed and subsequent manicure were completely ruined. When I asked one of the techs - whom I assume was the owner - if this was standard procedure, she looked at my nails and replied, theyre fine. Not only would I never return, I would not recommend this shop to anyone who truly cares.

I am from out of state, and here on business. I came in for a pedicure, was immediately seen and given a good pedicure on my lunch break. The lady even helped me put my socks back on, since Im 8 months pregnant and was struggling. The pedicure looks great! Friendly staff, efficient, no complaints.

This is the closest nail salon to my work. They are quick but do a horrible job. I had a gel set chip within a week. I went back to have it filed and they charged me the same amount as the full set. Also each nail tech charges different rates for the same service. Go here only if you want fast service.

I come in here usually every three weeks to get a no chip manicure and the occasional pedicure over my lunch hour. They are fast, efficient, thorough and always manage to squeeze me in. They lose a star for overbooking their appointments. On my worst day I was in here for 2 hours. That was one time though so Im hoping an exception!

I usually go there after work around 4pm and call in advance on the same day. Kim is my go to person and has excellent customer services. I have been with her over 3 years.

My first time going in here... I showed a specific picture on how I wanted my nails. They lady told me it was okay that she can do it. Turns out the chrome is nothing alike in the picture. Before she started to file my thumb I told her to be careful because it’s delicate and she made me bleed!! I left I went back because they also messed up on my sister’s nails.. we explained to them why we don’t like our nails they didn’t listen and they still look the same. Then the main one who does the nails tried to give me attitude like if it was my fault her employees did horrible.. I don’t recommend this place. Only one guy gave good costumer service.

Ive gone to Nail Pro many times for manicures over the last few years and nearly every manicure I get is bad. I only go because it is such a central location for me but today was the last straw. My nails look like a child painted them with uneven polish from inconsistent covering coat to coat and my cuticles were not trimmed. The polish that is off the nail and currently on my cuticles will wash off eventually but it shouldnt be there leaving the salon to begin with. On multiple occasions both myself and other coworkers have left the salon bleeding from over trimmed cuticles or rough filing. The convenience is no longer an excuse for me to continue going back. I suggest not going to this salon.

I went to get a manicure however, when i picked the color, the woman doing my nails refused to paint my nails the color I wanted. She kept insisting in a different color. I told her that I would go to another place that felt comfortable painting my nails the color I wanted. The woman started yelling and charged me for taking my polish off and painfully, quickly and sloppily cleaning the cuticles. It was a terrible experience. I do not recommend.

Mediocre services. Over priced for the services. They had one awesome nail tech Alice-but she’s gone now. Made an appointment (mani/pedi) for Friday with Kevin and he started and had another nail tech Michael finish my no chip manicure. Michael was the worse had to explain what coffin shape nails were to him. Michael then proceeds to tell me that’s not the shape I want bc they ‘break easy’. I advised that was what I wanted 4 times-still he gave me square shape nails. I left frustrated and dissatisfied. I called and booked another appointment with Kevin- ex. the situation over the phone on Monday and was told to come and he would fix. Once again I started with Kevin and he had yet another nail tech finish polishing my nails. I left frustrated AGAIN. Bc this time I got correct shape yet they left bristles in my nails-they cured them like this. I figured I’d come back to have them fix them. I was frustrated af by now bc this was my THIRD ATTEMPT to have them do it right. I got attitude and they all spoke in Vietnamese. I asked Kevin to please fix and not pass me along to someone else. He did-he wasn’t thrilled about it either. At the end he apologized and said that it was bc on Friday’s they are busy (what type of sorry excuse is that lol). He then told me that he hoped I would understand and if I didn’t they wouldn’t be able to take me in the future. F that I’m NOT COMING in the future 😂. No thank you ✌️👋

I would not recommend this place. Not only was the lady rude she also made me bleed! I kept asking her to chill out with the emory board but she just kept speaking in her native language. Loudly to her cow-roker next to her. when I showed her that I was bleeding from her carelessness she said sorry like I owed her money. I just wanted to leave. against my better judgment I gave her a $5.00 tip even thought she was rude and ignorant. I hate not tipping. she looked at the $5.00 like I insulted her first born! NEVER AGAIN!

Great service and value

I work around the corner from this place and Ive been going here for years. I have a little trouble communicating with them but overall they have been great. Their customer service is very good, Ive never gotten any attitude from the people there. There have been times when I didnt like a color (AFTER THEY COMPLETELY FINISHED MY NAILS) and they changed it for me NO CHARGE. They give lovely lotion gifts around the holidays and often have specials going. Ive actually made trips downtown just to go to this nail salon because of their customer service. Now I will say that I keep my nails pretty simple so I cant speak on their nail art but overall they are good.

They are fast and professional. In and out, no fuss. The best.

This nail salon is completely gross, with poor service. I came in to get a no chip manicure before a wedding today, and I was charged $35 for a 20 minutes of service during which the man doing mine never spoke to me once, put a boiling hot rag on my hands, used watered down polishes, answered the phone several times, and then proceeded to file my nails after finishing them because he had gotten so much nail polish on my fingers. The salon itself is extremely dirty, with holes in the walls, and nail polish all over the seats and basically every other thing the eye could see. Poor service, gross environment, and high prices for the terrible service provided.

THEY BROKE MOST OF MY NAILS SO I HAD TO CUT MY OWN NAILS AND GET A TIP PUT ON THEM. I HAD A GEL SET DONE AND THE VERY NEXT DAY ONE OF MY NAILS BROKE, (THE PURPOSE OF GEL IS TO STOP EASY BREAKAGE!). I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP TO GET IT FIXED AND WAITED MORE THEN 10 MINS TO GET MY NAIL FIXED. THEN FINALLY WHEN I GET SOMEONE TO FIX IT, THE LADY (AND I USE THIS TERM LOOSELY) HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE ABOUT FIXING MY NAIL THAT HER COWORKER OBVIOUSLY DIDNT DO CORRECTLY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Went here hoping my sisters review was a lie. But instead stepped out disappointed. I asked the lady can you do marble style she said yes. Instead it it just looked like a whole bunch of rash wiggled lines. I had to go back and try to get it fixed five minutes later I go back to try and get it fixed but instead got out once again looking like dots with gray around them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! My sister got chrome nails and for some reason I get charged more. DO NOT GO HERE. oh and may I say they were also giving me attitude for going back and trying to get my nails fixed.

Your manicure will be quick but that’s because the do the bare minimum. Walked out feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for.

I was at this nail studio last week. The employees didnt speak English while we were there but Vietnamese. I didnt like the atmosphere either and my nails didnt turn out very nice. They did a rather sloppy job and didnt seem motivated at all. I wouldnt recommend this place if you want to get your nails done.

This is by far the worst manicure I have ever had. My nails are uneven, the polish is uneven, the polish is all over my cuticles, and the top coat is visible uneven as well. Never going back. I recommend Jasmine Nails on Washington for a better manicure at the same price.

I got a no chip on Thursday and by Saturday i had 3 chipped nails. Not to mention I walked out of there and one nail had cracks as soon as I stepped outside.Horrible job
