I use to come here all the time! But for the last few months for some reason they dont seem to be trying anymore. I have been mostly going to other places. But I saw I had reached the end of my reward to I get $10 off my next set so I went. Big mistake! It gets extremely crowded after 11 am so I expected the wait. I sit down finally and start to get my nails prepped. The guy TOLD ME I have very healthy nice nails. Then he got out the drill and it was all downhill from there. I had to stop him several times with the drill because it was hurting me. He drilled so much off of several nails that there was no nail anymore in spots. Then the gluing of the false nails before the acrylic was very painful. It was brushed off as if I was being dramatic. No he really butchered me. I just took off the nails after two and a half weeks. Took me 3 hours of very carefully prying them off (using a cuticle pusher, soak and a whole lot of patience) because soaking them in acetone feels like acid. I also lost at least an inch of length.

TERRIBLE Experience! I have super CHUNKY nails and the design is NOT what I asked for. I knew something was wrong when it would not dry! I was told it could be fixed by the nail tech who initially did it (bald man with glasses) but they later refused to fix my nail. A female tech stood there with a emory board and filed the sides, thats it and got confrontational when I tried to show her how bad the nail was.

They definitely made my nails supeeeeer cute!

Once was very nice and quiet. Now👎, too many children noise and riff raff. Try u might like that kind of atmosphere.

I went and got a manicure and pedicure even paid extra for no chip and the next day two of my toes had been chipped and the nail polish came off in one piece. Don’t recommend very over priced paid 90$ just to have to get my goes done at a different place

It’s like everytime i come in there it’s a problem ! like they move slow, and be trying finesse you. the nails don’t even look all that good & got the nerve charge $35 for sum crunchy ole nails.. today they going try put somebody else in front of my sister when WEE was waiting there for almost a hour or 2 like today made me realize i gotta cut em off fasure 💯

Came in 2hrs before they left and waited almost 30mins.Where do I start well let’s start with the woman doing my nails how she came over with the same latex gloves after doing whatever it was she was doing previously, rinsed them under cold water and proceeded to attempt to do my nails after I just saw what she did. This pedicure I got is completely uneven jacked up nails. It wasn’t even that busy so I don’t understand why. I won’t be going back.

Oh my God, I love this place a friendly staff and they did their hardest work to make everyone satisfied and comfortable. They did a outstanding job on my nails. This a a great place to check out ❤

Horrible! My wait was longer than my actual service. I waited so long my water got cold all for some one to rush through my service but didn’t do a proper job, the bottom of my feet are still crusty and the polish looks dull . I was charged 45 dollars for a hour wait and a 2 min service with no chip nail polish . Never again. And they over charge !

This was my first time visiting diamond nails this place is magnificent. I really have my focus on my my eight year old well she got her pedicure the gentleman took his time with her he even cut my babies told that goes upward which was hard for me to cut the gentleman was patient and kind and not rushing like most of the nail places do when they are Pack. I really love the lady that was doing my nails even though she was tired she still took her time to finish my nails very well I even enjoying her Harmony on her singing ❤️💙💙💙

I use to love this place! Not anymore! My nails were rushed! I can’t deal. I waited to be seen but then left very disappointed! I wanted a long coffin shape set with no chip polish. But they were uneven and the whole nail wasn’t even polished! so I asked the guy to cut them down and just do a short set to make it easier on the both of us! I know how it is doing services and I feel like you should take pride and make sure the customer is satisfied! Don’t get me wrong there are good nail Techs there, Helen, Hank & TuTu. But most the time it’s RUSHED services! I’m taking my nails off as we speak!

One of the cleanest salons Ive ever been in, practice social distancing, nice decor. I would suggest offering bottled water due to the extreme hot weather.

Good service. Friendly. I received a fill in for my gell overlay. I was happy with results & price. Ive been there 2x. Ive been looking for a new nail salon & I think this may be the one.

I came to this nails shop June 6th it is now June 10th and all my nails are lifting up. When I first got my nails done they were nothing like I asked. Henry rushed on my nails the entire time. All my nails were different shapes they only offered a discount they did not try doing them over. This is the worse experience I ever had and I will never return here for business. My nails were polished very sloppy & tacky. I got no chip but it look like I got regular polish. They had 4 workers with a million customers. If you want good work some avoid this place.

07/13 I got a full set and my toes done. I asked for a French tip with a nude base and no tip. I got a clear base and a thick, uneven line. For my fingers I asked for an and ombre nude to blue and I figured maybe he was doing it his way but later on he realized that I wasn’t asking for blue nails but the ombre And decided not to fix them so I got solid blue nails instead. I asked for a coffin shape and half of them came out really thick, uneven and chunky and still extremely rough on the edges. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the nails and the fact that I did not get what I wanted at all. The staff were nice but that’s about the only good thing that came from the experience.

Arrived at 11, asked for a wait estimate for a fill in and was told about 30 or less. Great! I waited till 12 and was asked to sit at a station finally. Did they get started on my nails? NO!! He proceeded to start another person at which point I just left. I total waste of time. At the same time another lady complained about the same thing and left as well. Don’t bother going here, you won’t be seen unless you are a regular as all the people they took they seemed to know each other by first name.

I have been patronizing this establishment for countless years and the experience that I had in there yesterday with the owner and one of the workers was a complete disguise.... Their actions were completely unjustified and totally unacceptable.... I will never ever step foot back in there as long as I am breathing on this earth....The level of disrespect that came from the owner and the worker, is enough for me to never ever again take my hard earned money into that establishment...

Tutu ass cant do no damn eye lashes!! Woke up the next morning and they were sticking to my face. Called the shop and told them, guy that does nails said I could come after work to get them fixed. Came Up here and got the complete run around. Was told several times Id have to pay to get them fixed. Then was told I couldnt get them fixed period. Bad business. Terrible service. Terrible people!!! Never get my money again.

I use to like coming to this place but now theres a three to four hour wait just to get something done. They totally disregard the sign in sheet and have the audacity to get upset when you try to correct them about something that isnt done properly. First bad experience was a month ago when I asked for a gel overlay and the lady cut my nails and told me I couldnt get an overlay because my nails werent long enough. 😑 Second horrible experience I went in to get a polish change on my toes and they took two other people who had walked in behind me! Final bad experience was this past weekend I went in waited three hours to get another polish change signed in and I sat there for three hours PATIENTLY and a couple walks in after Ive been there doesnt sign in and they take them 5 minutes after waiting! I will not be going back to spend my money here! Its not worth the trouble Ive went through especially for a damn polish change.

Went and got my lashes and eyebrows tinted Friday after noon was told if I dont wipe tinted will last 2-3 weeks well its Tuesday and my lashes came off and tinted is gone a waste of $55 IM VERY UPSET
