I love how good they are with my nails, super fast under 30min and eyebrows as well. Only thing is they r always busy cuz everyone goes there!!

Came here to get a fill-in while my son got a tattoo at a nearby location. The man did a rush job... Left color from my last set under my new color on every nail... Didnt attempt to fix the nail that was cracked but held it sturdy when he felt it was weak while polishing it. Hands were too shaky. Glad this was a one time thing. I truly love my nail shop in Lansing. Wont ever be back.

Called nail shop, because I was up the street and needed a pedicure. The man said 10 min wait, I get there and then he says 20 minutes. A hour pass and Im still waiting for a freaking simple no chip pedicure!!!! They are unprofessional and unorganized. Instead of going off of their list and calling ppl in order the man just keep screaming out whos here for a pedicure knowing ppl will just get up even though its not their turn. 1 minutes later (after weve waited a hour) were seated.. The bowls arent clean and they have the audacity to be upset, become we asked them to clean the bowl. 1st the manager just come and spray some water and said its clean (no form or type of cleaning solution 🗣😒) so I said thats not cleaning it you just rinsed it.... He get upset and leave saying someone else will clean it... 20 mins pass and a lady comes and do the same thing!!! Run some water and wipe w/ a towel NO DISINFECTANT NO CLEANING, SOLUTION, NOTHING.... She also catches an attitude saying we already cleaned it someone else will come clean it... How hard is it to properly & safely clean the pedicure bowl!?!? Then another Lady come and asks us to move to another bowl in which well still have to wait for some someone to come clean the new bowls in which we were moved to!!! COVID is still very much alive!!! Theres no social distancing and they double dip using the wax for the eyebrows 🤢🤮🤢 I waited an hour and a half only to walk out from frustration and dissatisfaction. No service was performed! This is the 2nd time Ive had the same experience both times!!! I thought things may have changed since its been a few years, but nope....

I had one nail that needed to be fixed. The heavy set gentlemen didnt want to service me because I was only getting 1 nail fixed. Starting he had other clients to tend to. I was already sitting in his chair when he tried to send me to another person who already had a client. Then he fixed my nail by not taking off the broken nail just adding a false nail and gel. It was horrible and not worth the 5 dollars I paid. I will not be back. If one nail cant be fixed properly Ill pass on a full set.

So I went in and showed the man a picture of the nails I wanted and he said they couldn’t do that so I said okay…even tho the nails were the same as the ones on display just different colors…so I sat down and asked if I could just get multiple colors and he said no only one color so I chose a grayish blue and he pointed out a light blue and I corrected him and he still put the color on my nails then I told him that’s not the color for the second time and he still gave me a color I didn’t ask for so I just left it as it is cus I didn’t feel like repeating myself…then after washing my hands I realized he didn’t clean up the nail well like I’m peeling of the extra by myself right now and he put polish all on my cuticles it’s so messy so I ended up just going home and cleaning up the nails by myself…..it wasn’t worth the $43 tbh with how rushed it was

BEST leg and foot massage I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly will definitely be back again soon... my feet look 20 years younger - I go barefoot a lot so they tend to get calloused. And Tiffany did a great job on my toes...they look like a million bucks!Great salon! Clean, bright, extensive color selectionA note, most technicians Ive had have been toward the aggressive side for cuticle trimming. I prefer this, but if you dont, Id let them know. They always have a lot of technicians so the availability tends to be really good, and Ive never felt rushed. Overall, Ive always had a great experience here and highly recommend their services!

Jumped out of shower after getting my nails done this evening for the first time at this location and my gel nails chipped. Ive had some bad nail jobs before, but this one takes the cake.I cannot recommend this place to anyone at this moment.I am optimistic to see how they repair this issue.Went back to have the nails repaired and the guy who did my nails caught an attitude. He told me that I messed up my nails, which I informed him that I have been no chip for years and this was not any fault of my own. He fix the gel polish and I left. A few hours later, the gel began to chip again.

I have been a patron of the business for years. The nail salon in this location of Chicago is new but brings the same great quality of the original shop. I always receive a great manicure and pedicure. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location has really chic decor. They are very creative if you are looking for nail art. They are consistently adding to the collection of gel colors so you have new looks to try. The prices are admittedly above average but you get what you pay for. I always leave happy and having enjoyed a relaxing experience.

I come to Nail Masters every 2-3 weeks, she is AMAZING! My nails always look amazing and last at least 2 weeks with no chip. I recommend her to everyone, but to be honest youre in good hands with anyone you go with. I have used other technicians and they have all been great. The customer service and large range of colors is what keeps me going back and finally be loyal to a nail salon!! ***

They dont go by the sign in sheet. They have you sitting and waiting for service. This shop is based on who you know not professional at all. I been waiting for a soak off and they have not brought the bowl of solution I would not be returning.

I was waiting on my car next store and i decided to go waste some time and get a pedicure. BEST. DECISION. EVER. they took me right away even though i was a walk in. and offered me water soda or wine. FOR FREE how amazing?! the woman who did my feet, was so nice! and the massage chair was absolutely incredible! i honestly wish i could spend every week there in that chair.I was crazy sensitive skin and she steered away from suing certain products on me but still gave me a very good pedicure. definitely want to go back!reasonably priced too!🌺

He paid great attention to detail and had great communication skills! I asked him what color he thinks I should have and he was spot on! My nails have never looked better! They do a hand massage, oil and heated towel care afterwards and it was amazing! Obviously Ill definitely be back here!

The lady do not know how to do eyebrows. She made them uneven and cut the front of my brows which we all know u are not supposed to cut there because it won’t grow back right. Erik had to fix my brows which I’m still not happy with. On top of that I did not like my nails. I asked for a clear white glitter and I got green glow nails. I hate them. Plus my nails are coming up fast they feel ruff around the edges. They did not do a good job. I had no time to come back because I live Far East and I work and go to school everyday. I’m upset because I spent $50 . That’s not petty money

Went in Today around 12. Wasnt much traffic so I was immediately seated. she was really gentle, I always dread that part!I received a full set of gel nails with just a single color . Everytime Im in Chicago I go here . They are definitely Masters at what they do!!! As women you know weve tried several places here and there. Wherever we are, wherever they have a deal, wherever theyre cheaper, wherever someone has suggested, because their nails look good so we try it. This place is definitely top-of-the-line state-of-the-art and so reasonable its not even funny. I now live in California but whenever I visit Chicago I have to come here. I just wish they were in California where I am because truthfully the places in California do not have a clue they could take a lesson from this place. And youre never waiting to be seen. They attend to you the minute you walk through the door.and they listen to what you asked them to do you never have to repeat it twice they know exactly what youre saying and they always deliver. And they are not rude, they dont start speaking in their own language right in front of you. Yes these nail shops in California could take a lesson from them definitely!!!

Myself, my son and his girlfriend had pedicures here. We all had a very good experience. It was very clean and no harsh chemical smell. I had Eric and he gave a excellent foot massage and did a very good job overall. I felt like everyone there was very friendly and made great effort to make sure everyone was happy. The price was average for Chicago. We will definitely be returning for a manicure next time in addition to another pedicure.

This is my go to spot for a good and affordable regular pedicure. The service is good and they have friendly staff. I never have to wait more than a few minutes or make an appointment which is important to me. I would enjoy a bit more time spent on the massage but for the price and the final result Im ok with that. I was so surprised with how wonderful getting my nails done here was! Ena was absolutely amazing. I called in asking to be seen today, and they had me in the chair an hour later. I had a full set done with a shellac matte coating. Ena took her time to make sure each nail was exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was friendly and it didnt feel awkward like how it is at other nail salons in Chicago. I cant wait to go back again in a few weeks to get my fill done by her. Nail Masters is my new go-to for my acrylic nails. Thank you so much!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I stopped in here on a late Friday afternoon. I called 5 minutes before coming in and they were able to accommodate me immediately, which was great. Its a no frills nail salon but the ladies, (both workers and customers) were all very sweet and welcoming. did my no chip and did a perfect job. She was thorough, quick, gave a relaxing hand massage along with a fabulous manicure. I will definitely be coming back here when Im in the area.The rates are SUPER affordable. I only paid cash for a manicure. Im from rates start at in my neighborhood. This was such a deal for such amazing work. Remember ladies, its a CASH ONLY establishment.

Amazing! Although I was a walk-in, I was seen right away. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Atmosphere was really relaxing and everyone there was so friendly. They take the time to make conversation with you if you want to talk, but if you want to nap.. you can do that too. They also offer a variety of beverages. It is a little more on the pricier side, but that comes from using good quality products to further take care of you. I loved the mini massage that came with my mani-pedi, it was much needed. On the plus side, my nails came out looking super nice and cute! Definitely worth the visit, so treat yourself. :)

This has to be the best nail salon in the heights! I made my appointment at 6:30pm. Arrived a bit early, and was greeted right away and given all the gel colors to start my process.All their staff was very sweet and the manager constantly checked up on me to see if everything was ok.

Moved here and Ive been searching for a salon to start going to for SNS and pedicures. Tried today and loved my pedicure experience! My technician didnt like my polish choice for my toes and suggested nicer options that I went with- she was funny and great with checking in with me. This was my first time there, and they did a wonderful job on my shellac manicure. They took their time to make sure it looked good. They also have a wonderful sense of humor and had me laughing the majority of my time there. Its very clean there. Im looking forward to going back for a pedicure soon.

This is a gel acrylic with tips. I tried telling the man who was doing my nails that they’re too thick. He ended up breaking a nail, raising his voice at me, and continued to goop acrylic on my nails. I told the manager that I was unhappy and this was his attempt at fixing my nails. This is very unacceptable. I would not recommend. There are way better places in Chicago to get your nails done.

Went in for the first time after seeing a recommendation on Google. I got a dip mani and it was great! Lots of colors to choose from. Service was very professional and everyone was very friendly. The location was clean and the sofa chairs are so comfortable. They offer a large range of services for mania and pedis. Will definitely be coming back here.

This was a quality pedicure from beginning to end! Even though the place was slammed they did not skip one step. We went with their sassy pedicure and it took a full 90 minutes with everything.

Been coming here for months now. I really enjoy my nail tech, she really takes her time and makes sure your nails are A1! The prices are some of the lowest in the area, but please know that just because they are low, their quality is not. Their place could use a little updating, but their friendly faces and smiles make up for it.

I remembered during my initial visits, it was a guideline that the technicians only spoke English. While that doesnt seem to be the case anymore, it was nice while it lasted.I actually thought the colors were little limited as opposed to my usual spot, but is adequate to meet your needs.Overall, this is my new spot for nails!

Recently I have been interested in getting designs on my nails and havent been able to find any place in the city that will do it at all nor well. Nency and Helen at Nail Master on Chicago is wonderful. She is patient and works with me on what I bring in to match my desires. She were very careful taking off the gel I already had on and made sure I was happy with the way they trimmed my nails and cuticles.The warm lotion and warm towels used for the massage after were nice too.The staff is very friendly and I enjoy my experience everytime!

Service use to be REALLY great but most of the best nail techs have left and the service really has fallen. The most of the techs that are still there are very rude and impatient... they dont want to give you what you ask for even when the cost is not a issue to you. You just want what you want.... They rush through your service whether it is a manicure, pedicure, full set or eyebrows wax.... I know its time for me to go elsewhere. Its been a good run( 9 1/2 yrs ) but I got to move on!!!!

Today my husband and I went in for refresh manicures and spa pedicures. They were absolutely amazing. Not only were Tiffany and Ena professional and personable they were also extremely good at their jobs. Ive been getting pedicures for the last 15 years and I have always complained about how Ive never received a good massage. To me the massage is the most important part and Tiffany nailed it (pun intended). It was fantastic. My husband who received his first mani/pedi ever today is still talking by about how relaxed it has made him feel. Thank you both so much for making our anniversary trip memorable.

I’ve beeen going to nail masters for years. They’re kind of unorganized. So you literally have to get in where you fit in. Never put your name on the list because they don’t go by it. Eric does the best eyebrows. Nancy is good for pedicures and Tim and Tina for nails.

They do the best nails on the southeast side of Chicago! Eric does the best eyebrow wax too. However, the shop isnt cleaned well so it gets messy and sometimes so do the clientele !
