Beautiful work. I came here after another nail salon did a terrible job shaping my nails. They shaped my nails beautifully. They are a little pricey....UPDATE** although they did shape my nails beautifully I broke 4 nails in a matter of 10 days. I never break nails. When I came back in for a fill they told me I should get a whole new set, which they were trying to charge 65$ for. HUH? A friend of mine has been going there faithfully and gets charged 50$ for a fill and pedicure while I was initially charged 45 for a fill. Wow, they really don’t know how to do business there and try to take advantage of people. You lost a loyal customer. Take your business elsewhere. There are so many salons in the area who are honest and consistent.

Its not the best but not the worse either. I prefer they dont use the scraper on my feet so that entails a little extra with the sponge like (but harder) thing they use (my mind drawing a blank on what its called) on the bottom of your feet to get dead skin off. The lady did an okay job. It was the end of the day, maybe she was tired and didnt feel like the extra work. The staff are friendly. They dont have summer colors unless you get no chip on nails and feet. The lady didnt file my nails round like I like them. This will be my backup place when I cant make it to another place. Again, the customer service was great.

Aside from small, barely noticeable problems with my manicure, everything was wonderful.

Long long long waits. They will tell you 15 minutes but you will wait approximately 2 hours.

Color choices were very limited. Good service.

First time there and they do a pretty good job. Laura was my tech and she really takes pride in her work. Reccomend calling ahead and book an appointment because there may be/usually is a wait. Prices are pretty decent.

Over two weeks later and my no chip hasnt fallen off. The space is clean and everyone is nice

Their work is pretty great, but in no way worth the hassle. Ive had to wait insane amounts of time every time Ive been there. The last time was the final straw. I walked in at around 1-2 PM to get a full set done. I was told there would be a small wait, so I sat down and waited. Then It was 4PM, and I had a very important phone call. I told the man at the front that I would have to leave and would be back in exactly 45 minutes, and I asked if he would hold my spot. He promised he would. I left, and came back in 40 minutes. I sat down and waited for 5 minutes, and then a tech opened up. He let a lady that came in after I did go first, because Shes been waiting for a long time when I had been waiting for HOURS at that point. When I was finally sat down to get my nails done and was paying, I wasnt given an apology for the wait, nor a discount, nothing. They said see you in two weeks. Nope. I couldnt honestly recommend this place to anyone. Again, great work but definitely not worth this happening (multiple times).

Don’t go here! Avoid the frustration. if I could give them 0 stars I would. My sister was there for almost 3 hours, she asked one of the guys to fix her acrylic nails that she didn’t like what he was doing and he said he would. He didn’t fix what she didn’t like and they still over charged her for the work and she tried talking to them before she left and instead they were laughing at her and her nails as she was walking out the shop.

They do what ever they want especially the owner he just gives the people that tip the good tec I I totally hate him cause he will over charged you

Had my nails done this past Thursday, they look amazing. Today, my thumb nail paint peeled off and I tired to fix it myself, but made it worse. I went to the salon and the tech fixed it for no charge, but I felt bad cause I did not have any change to tip. I always come to this salon for the past five years and they never fail me. I always bring them photos of nail art and they do their best to mimic the art. Love them!!!!

I have never gotten a good fill-in here. I’ve had three visits with three different technicians. The first girl didn’t know what she was doing. The second, a guy, looked like a heroin addict and did an okay job. The third didn’t care and the end result showed it.When I make contact with one of the two regular guys, he rolls his eyes at me every time. No one has been really customer friendly to me. I have found a new shop on Cicero, that is closer to me and they do a fantastic job!The name of the shop i recommend is E’s Nails; it’s a friendly and spacious nail shop. All family works there and they take their time and do your nails right. I am very satisfied now that I found a new nail shop that doesn’t take my money and great tip only to mess up my nails and act like they despise waiting on me!

I love this place! I think the key is to find the right tech. Tony and Tom are the best! they are very detailed and never seem rushed. They do a really nice job and are always really friendly.

My first time here. Not bad. I just got ripped off one coat.. I got a no chip but only 3 coats instead of 4 😒 I still tipped $5.00 Ill make sure they give mw that 4th coat next time.

They overpriced my friend, called the police on her, & then had her wait in the shop until the police came instead of just telling her that they are refusing service. she was assumly denied service because she had a ankle monitor on.

I had a horrible experience. I have been here in the past and received decent service but today’s visit, I came in twice since I waited 29 minutes the first time and no one was available, when I came back I waited 15 minutes and the tech started to work on my nails and scraped my skin, it bled. I complained and they said nothing, until I walked out and they pretty much laughed at me.

Laura always does an amazing job with my nails! My coffin nails come out perfect everytime! I definitely recommend!!

Ive been visiting this nail salon for months and always keep coming back! They remember my name and take the time in making my nails look amazing. The shop is well organized and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Blown Away by their technicians here! My manicure pedicure very nice! The service here very friendly! Really recommend they have so many colors to choose from not only I was able to receive a comfortable relaxing time

I hate that it’s come to this! This used to be my favorite place, infact it was the only place I’d go too and after today I will absolutely not ever come back! We waited an HOUR for full sets that we DIDNT even get because they didn’t bother to mention until we asked they have ONE man working there now who does acrylic/gel sets while the rest of the women they’re can only pain nails or do pedicures!

Since they opened their doors I have been their customer. It will be 10 years late November early December. I love them. Charlie has always been very kind and helpful when I have needed something right away.

They were very accommodating when I took my daughter there it was 30 minutes to closing where most salons wont take you. But they took my daughter and she was happy and I was greatly appreciative. ....

Love this place because Everytime I go in for a pedicure they add a plastic inside the little tub for you to soak your feet. Afterwards it gets disposed when youre done. Very clean and people there are nice :)

Not bad I hope my nails will stay on for few weeks

I hate to give this establishment a poor rating but I feel I need to do justice for other people. This was one of my favorite spots to get my nails done. My sister and I loved this place until recently. I normally let two of the gentleman who sit in the front do my nails but this time I decided to give someone else a try since they were busy. The service of choice was false nails with a color powder. In less than a week my nails were just cracking in half and falling off. It takes me an hour to get to the establishment. so I went ahead found in about my issue and they told me no problems they will fix it and just to come in . When I arrived a young lady took off my nails and even sure you could see that they were just snapping off it was the easiest false nail take off ever. I was then seeded with the gentleman that initially did my nails. when he completed my nails he did not complete my nails as if it was when I was paying. I explained to him that I had just paid $65 for these nails less than a week ago so I would like a new set since they were all falling off and splitting and he agreed my problem was with the salon. First I asked Can I have a new person do my nails and they insisted that I go to the same person who properly do my nails. I asked and asked and I still was directed to his chair for service which I think is really unethical. Also when completing the fix of my nails he totally did the same thing over again only piling the acrylic very very thick. He did not even lie do my nails there were some nails that were extremely long and look like they belong to another set of nails. You did not take the time to file them properly. I left looking like I tried to experiment with doing my nails myself or letting my little niece or nephew play on my hands. The sad thing about that is every time Im here I tip. I never had a bad experience here but you have to ask yourselfonce you know a companys value of you as a customer it doesnt matter if you come in and tip or drive an hour just to support that business . ..... .When you have a concern you get treated second hand. This establishment made me feel as if everythings okay long as you dont disagree or have an issue. Sad thing about all of this is that even though paying $65 and having breaking nails everywhere in public and out in social events and your nails are popping off as if you went to Walgreens and bought press-ons, and never mind the hour drive to get fabulous nails and fabulous service. All of that means nothing if you have a problem with your service and you politely explain. I find it funny that no one in the whole salon wanted to do my nails because they know they werent getting a profit for him they sent me back only for me to be dissatisfied again . I believe in giving everyone to try in that first time was me giving him a try the second time was me just throwing the whole nail experience away along with my $65 in the gas. Dont mean to rant . I do not watch the consumers to not go to this place. By all means go. but be an informed consumer. I personally never had a bad experience until I let someone else do my nails but it opened the door to how I will be treated if I had any more concern. I believe you should only patronize places that takes a deep concern for things like this. I was fully prepared to tip and thank them even though I was the one being inconvenienced but instead I got half done nails. And if that doesnt take the cake with you at the end of all of this he asked me for $20 to pay for my services I wish I had taken before and after photos. So let me get this straight Im supposed to pay for me being inconvenienced. nails just cracking in half . . 4 to be exact I think not. sad thing is now I have to find a new favorite shop because when it hits the fan they dont care. Just be an informed consumer

Yesterday I was appalled I called this place at 4:01 and asked “are they booked for the rest of day” a man replied and I’m pretty sure it was the owner and said “ no, you can come in at anytime before 6” . Which is great right ! I arrived at 5:03 I get in it’s packed which is fine. The owner tells me to write my name down. Then two ladies came after me saying they have and appointment, the owner tells them they have to right their names down as well. So I’m waiting 30 plus min. I asked one of the technicians “how much longer ? “, he replies “5 min” I say “ok”. Then the lady said “how much longer” then the tech Ian tells her “I’ll take you a couple mins”. Then 5 mins later he takes her, my boyfriend and I stood up saying “no we were here first” then the owner says she called at 5:00. It was 5:45. Even if she made an appointment she should’ve Sat down a long time ago. And if she called 5:00, then it really shouldn’t matter because I called before her and have proof. I’m disgusted at the service. Rude, unfair, and complete liars.

I went to this place to get my pedi and fix 2 nails, everything was looking great until they charged me the $60 ... The thing is that they charged me like if they got done all my nails when it was only 2 nails they fixed and they also changed the color. So, I assume that price is crazy for what I got done. The lady did a good job for pedi, but I am disappointed with the price I paid, plus I also tipped her good. First and last time I go there. Then when I asked for my receipt the owner asked me what was the reason that I wanted my receipt, when I shouldnt even be asking for my receipt because they are supposed to give it to me in the first place. So I got no receipt because they said the register was closed. Seriously is ridiculous $60??? Definitely not going back.

The customer service was really good but I got a no-chip manicure and after four days it started chipping ! It was 30 dollars and I left 10 for tip. So 40 for a no-chip to start chipping After four days hmmm I rather go somewhere else.

Ok I thought it was just me....I am new to the neighborhood and wanted to find someone on this side of town instead of Bronzeville(my previous neighborhood) the lady with the very small waist and big cans was my technician! She started off ok I guess but didn’t pay that much attention to using the file to clean under my toenails. My polish was so rushed and messy I was embarrassed to leave after paying what I paid. So I asked her could she at least change the two pinky toes and the two big toes because it was sooooo crooked at the base. She in turn asked another lady to fix it for me! I guess when her regular client came in and said “I’ll come back later” she decided to put a rush on mine! I am a very good tipper and I still have her 5$ for her horrible job! I will never go back to her! I looked around at others and they did have pretty pedicures so “if” I go back I will REQUEST to NOT have her!
