The service is absolutely terrible. They don’t take my comfort seriously or respect me.Resident service laughed at me and hung up on me many times as I tried to get my second AC unit that is owed to me. I was called “uncooperative and unreasonable” because I want to have my only living area I have at $1785 a month plus electric at a comfortable temperature all year round.After finally having the employee responsible for floor plans agree that my one bedroom gets a second AC unit due to its size and layout, I wouldn’t be able to get one until spring. So the alternative was to open my windows and expose myself to uncontrollable temperatures and extra noise.They haven’t taken my comfort seriously. The service is terrible and the employees are terrible. I’ve wasted enough time and lost more than enough sleep.The place itself is great, the room is awesome, and front desk staff is excellent. One star is being generous.Mac properties: I’m willing to work with you again and give you the review I feel like you can earn. Asking for an apology might be a stretch. Let’s get that AC unit in my apartment before this review becomes permanent. This isn’t the first unpleasant experience I’ve had with Mac.

Windermere is a good and safe environment.There is always help when you need it and any problem is resolved quickly.The Staff And Maintenance staff has been excellent so far.I feel safe and at home here.

Lived there many years ago, while it was still being rehabilitated. The staff and facilities were absolutely first-rate, and the value for money was amazing.

I NEED AN ONE BEDROOM ASAP!!!!
