Every part of the Madison at Racine experience is terrific! The building is beautiful and the staff makes sure it stays that way. It is meticulously maintained and always has lovely seasonal decorations. The office and front desk staff are just wonderful - helpful, friendly and very responsive. The activities and programs are a bonus that make the Madison really feel like home. The neighborhood is fun and very walkable. It is a great place to live.

We could not be happier that we chose to move to the Madison! From the time we walked in and asked for a tour, Kate went above and beyond to make us feel like this was our new home. She worked closely with us to make sure our move-in was seamlessly coordinated with the closing of our home sale in the suburbs. She was always available by phone and email to answer questions, help troubleshoot, and make the rental experience easy for us. She is the best! Since we have moved in, we have also been incredibly impressed with the front desk concierge staff - they are all so friendly and welcoming, and are a great first impression for this community. Special shout-out to Kyndall and Dee for always being so helpful with mail, packages and guest parking passes with big smiles on their faces! And the maintenance staff is incredible - quickly responding to any issue we have had with the utmost in professionalism. Each one of them is fantastic. Thank you, Madison team, for making us feel so at home!

My experience with The Madison on Racine has been exceptional; every interaction I’ve had has solidified that I made the right decision to join this community. Every person on the management and building team has gone above and beyond to assist me with whatever I need, and they are genuinely happy to do so. I worked directly with Kate over the course of a month before confirming my lease, and she really dedicated herself to make sure that I knew I was making the best decision. During times like these, it’s ever so important to make sure that you are a part of a community that prioritizes you for who you are, and creates a safe space for you to be. Through my experience thus far, I can happily say that I am home.

I recently moved into The Madison after wanting to live there for quite some time. First off, the building is beautiful, always looks and smells very clean and home-y. The location is true West Loop and so many great local places located on the same street. Secondly, the management and staff are second to none. I worked directly with Brittany prior to moving in and even after moving in. Every detail was executed with such professionalism and she made us feel welcome from the start. Brittany has been extremely responsive to any questions we have had along the way! Kyndall and Dee on the concierge team made our move-in effortless.. between reserving elevators, showing the movers where to park, etc. it definitely relieved the moving in jitters. Overall, I would recommend The Madison to anyone who wants to live in the heart of West Loop. I cant wait to experience every season in this wonderful building!

I picked the Madison because of convenience as well the location! Didn’t know that these would come along with great concierge experience as well people willing to make your experience here unique! I don’t want to call names here, just want to say that this is a great place to live and call home!

It’s been a pleasure living at the Madison!! Units are so thoughtfully designed and who can complain when the closets are outfitted with Container Store storage?! The staff is super attentive and keeps our building looking amazing. Being in the middle of the West Loop, you still have a small neighborhood feel and within walking distance from the best restaurants.

The best. Ive lived in a few mid-rises, and this one is the best. The building is amazing, great floor plans + great amenities. The maintenance guys, the receptionists & the office staff were A+. Truthfully the best. Kate & Kallie were very responsive and very helpful, even after move out :) I will miss this building and the community with all my heart, and I cant wait to come back.

The customer service here is unmatched. Great customer service makes the living experience that much more enjoyable. Management goes above and beyond to make their residents happy. I enjoy all the gorgeous amenities. I love the rooftop and pool that they have to offer. It’s located in the heart of the west loop which makes everything walkable. I have no complaints I’m enjoying my stay here and certainly feel at home. Special shoutout to Kate who is usually my point of contact .

The Madison at Racine is truly a one of a kind community. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, the staff is like family, and the building amenities are kept clean and enjoyable. We moved here after a couple of years of apt hoping as we knew a few people who had lived here for a few years already and loved it. We felt comfortable and confident wed love it too... & We sure have!The front desk is super amazing and the amenities are excellent as well. Cant really beat the view from the rooftop. Especially early morning having some coffee!

We moved in three weeks ago and we couldnt be happier. The building is so well kept and the other residents are a real charm to be around. We love all the amenities and private dog park has been so amazing for our pup, Marty. The neighborhood is top notch and the parks nearby are an added bonus. Heres to a long stay at the Madison!

Great Staff, very friendly community (& pet friendly). Pool, gym, heated garage, and no shortage of Weber gas grills. Breath taking view on the rooftop with plenty of lounge space. Complex hosts several mixers which are planned well and always a good time & great way to meet folks.Complex is in a great location close to bars/shops and a quick bus ride to the loop. Actual apartments are nice and what you would want to expect out of a newer building. Definitely worth checking out on your search especially if you want to be in the West Loop.

The Madison is an amazing place to call home. The staff is attentive and responsive. The community spaces are taken care of and clean. The resident events are great for meeting neighbors and building a sense of community. The location is prime for night-life, great restaurants and events. I wish I moved here sooner.

Best apartments in the hottest part of town

Building managements cares about two things 1) Getting every penny they can out of you and 2) doing the bare minimum. With all of the other buildings new going up in the West Loop, I would look elsewhere.
