The location is perfect and the department is nice, clean and doesnt noise...but not found parking is difficult

Just renewed a lease with them. Its clean and the lobby has a nice ambiance (love the new flowers they put in). They didnt raise my rent too much either - its in line with a cost of living increase. Im super excited about the tiling of the front patio as well. Elevators are kind of slow and have been out of order on and off recently. Love that the front desk woman wishes me a good morning and that the doors to the building are secure. Overall a good place to live and theyre jazzing it up with some nice exterior modifications.

*Update as of April 2015. MAC has now hired someone to sit at the downstairs desk and we can again get packages delivered. This has made all the difference in my rating as its still a bright spacious apartment with a great maintenance team. Hopefully they wont take mail away again and I can live here for a good long time!If you are going to move in here know that there is no longer a building manager on site, you can no longer get packages delivered to the building. Your packages are delivered to the MAC office 2 blocks away you have to pick them up and figure out how to get your new TV, Baby Crib, Prime Pantry box back to the building. (theres no available parking at the office, so pay for parking or walk your things back.)The apartments are bright and well maintained. If the packages and no front desk folks dont bother you, youll enjoy it.

Building is quite good. Apartments are well maintained. They always send people when help is requested.

Mac Management failed to fix a rat infestation in this building and unit for the past 9 months. Management ignored me throughout and refused to fix the problem. They retaliated with threatening eviction because I requested they fix the problem. Renter beware: this is the worst management company in Chicago, and this is one of the worst buildings. If youre willing to live with mice poop in literally every room of your apartment for your entire lease duration, then go ahead and take a risk with this lazy, incompetent, greedy management company.

So gorgeous love the study hall area...super clean a little expensive for short term leasing

Apartmen is ok,but on front deck dont doo they job,they shuld work from 9am-2am and they are just at weekend at that time usually they left at 4 or 5 it depend,i was get message i got packet and i ckme down and nobody wasnt there that happen at 4pm!
