Company went out of business

Paul is a straight up slum lord. He wont do any type of maintenance. They gave us bed bugs, and we were taking freezing cold showers for months. Also every time we turned our lights on we got electrocuted. After a few months the wall rotted in the bathroom from leaking pipes in the wall. Please dont rent from them.

Please dont rent from them they are slum lords the property manager never come to the building they have people moving in the vacancy apartment endangering other tenant that pays rent life. They dont fix nothing in the building they also have drug addicts fix the light illegally

This review just turned from good to bad in a matter of weeks. I’ve called so many times I’ve lost count 3 times they actually picked up the phone and i told them about some maintenance that needed to be done ASAP!!! in my apartment and still NO RESPONSE!!! I’m literally taking cold showers and my bathroom shower drain is backing up every time i run water in my sink. This is terrible.

Been staying in my apartment almost a year now and me and my girlfriend love it. Haven’t had any problems at all also management works with you on almost all situations. Also the apartment looks great.

This real estate took over the apartment on 72nd and Phillips like 3 years ago and they still cant afford a doorbell. I believe they just want to take money and let anyone live here. There are even bums and possible gang members we dont know coming in buildings buying loose cigarettes. This real estate need to do better.

Viewed an apartment at 75th and Kingston Avenue on Chicago Southside. It was literally the place from HELL with dopefiends included.The place had the stench of DEATH with the walls kicked -in and unsecured doors. I would not rent this apartment even to my boxer because it was fifthy.Please Frontier respect your renters and never let this happen again. R Brown

Great service and nice apartments.

They took our information and our application fee. The owner continued to give us the run around. He would give us times to ccontact him, or say that he would call back. He never did. He is beyond unprofessional, and his worker Anthony is the same . He was an hour and thirty minutes late showing us the apartment. Then his excuse was that he waa drinking the previous day and forgot .Do yourself a favor and work with people who will not take your information ( to do God knows what), take your money order for the application fee, and not have the decency to give you a call to let you know what is going on.

The owner of that restate like to lie and use your information in the wrong way...and pays CHA under the table for junk Apr, s ..there property, s are nasty
