Ive used him twice in the past two years to help me find an apartment, and each time he was patient, provided fruitful feedback, and helped secure me a great place to live. My first move, I was in another state and had never been to Chicago as I was moving here for grad school. Austin went to each property, sent me videos, and helped me feel comfortable signing somewhere without seeing in person.However, its this past move where I realized Austin will go to bat for me. My roommate and I began our search early in the summer. I toured close to ten properties with him on multiple days, and he was always around to show me more if I wanted to. Whenever I had a question, he provided fast feedback, and helped me develop and negotiate lease prices at different properties we saw. In the end, we decided to sign at a building where we were met with a lot of difficulty. There was an issue with our application, the property we were signing at was being unresponsive, and there was just complication after complication. However, Austin brought out his kick-boxing mentality and helped us right the ship and secure our new lease. In the end, we ended up getting a great deal in our first choice all thanks to him.Many realtors push their properties and dont care about finding their clients the right fit for the client, but rather what will make them the most money. That is not the case with Austin. His concern was for finding me my right fit, and everything else was secondary. Ive already told all of my friends thinking about moving to use him. Hes a great guy that will help you get a great place to live.
