The Residences at 8 East Huron are a step above most luxury buildings and go above and beyond in all areas. The building staff is readily available for assistance, building happy hours are common, and the community spaces are impecable. I have lived in the building since their opening and am still here nearly 3 years later. Living in a botique building gives a sense of community and privacy while still enjoying all the perks of a high rise.

Manager is very unprofessional and unethical. Would not recommend considering this rental property - many alternatives in the Chicago marketplace whom have respectful leadership

Had a great experience living here. The management team is wonderful & they truly care about their residents happiness & comfort. Boutique apartment so its private and quite. Beautiful amenities and always hosting fun events with special offers for residents. Perfect location on the cusp of Gold Coast and River North. A block from whole foods which is super convenient. Highly recommend.

I lived in the building for a year and, unfortunately, I am just about to move as I am leaving Chicago. The quality of the building, the infrastructure, the amenities, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the location ... all top notch, hard to beat. I lived all over the world, in major cities and for an extended period of time. 8 East Huron ranks in my top 1%. I will miss everything. And thank you again to the team for being so good!

We spent our first 2 months in Chicago at 8 East Huron in temporary corporate housing. We had our choice of multiple properties and are so glad we chose this one! Excellent location, beautiful amenities and a truly great staff who were helpful & welcoming.

Having not lived in an apartment setting for a very long time, weve been very pleased with 8 E Huron. Its quiet, the amenities are great and the size of the building is perfect - not too big, more boutique. The staff is wonderful and have been very responsive on many fronts. Cant beat the location too!

I had a wonderful experience living at 8 E Huron for 18 mos. The building was beautiful, apartments lovely and the maintenance was very efficient. The amenities on the 24th floor were amazing from the pool and lighting, to the landscape, the outdoor furniture to the fully stocked refrigerator...it was great. But by far the best -- the staff is makes E Huron so special! Jerrell, Destiny, Andre and many others - youre the best and took such good care of me and my family. I miss you all! (But not the Chicago winters...)

8 E Huron has made, what could have been a stressful situation of finding a place quickly, a very pleasant experience. The building is immaculate with beautiful amenities. If that weren’t enough, the staff are so warm and welcoming that you really feel like you are part of a community within a boutique building. Couldn’t be happier living here.

We love this building. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The amenities are great and the boutique feel and size is just perfect for us. And of course the location can’t be beat.

8 East is a great building, super intimate and unlike many of the other much larger buildings in the City. Management team is also super helpful and responsive!

Dear 8 E Huron Team,My Name is Alexandra Silber and I was a resident at 8 East Huron from the beginning of November to just last week. I was fortunate enough to be performing in ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, moving to Chicago for over three months away from my home base in New York City.Those three months included “the holidays” as well as the polar vortex, not to mention a generally long winter in an unfamiliar city, and I can’t tell you how much the team at 8 E Huron never failed to make me feel welcome, safe, and provided for. Walking in was always a warm welcome, my every need met as well as an interest in my day, how the show was progressing, and even how my mom was doing! You treated me with a friendliness and respect I’ve never received anywhere—even at the fanciest of hotels.I will miss the fizzy water on the 24th floor, and the perfect view of Chicago from the gym, and I’ll miss the huge bathtub with instantly hot water, but I’ll also miss all of you and how you made me feel on a daily basis.I wanted to write and share because we so rarely take a moment to speak up when things are spectacular, and your team deserves to know what a wonderful job they are doing and how special they all are.With infinite gratitude,Alexandra Silber
