I have never had anything but great interactions with every member of the staff here. From Tom, my building super to the people in the office, everyone is kind and personable. Not sure who the cat was that said they were downright rude but that has not been my experience.I like living in my building and expect that Ill be there for at least one more renewal.(and no, I do not work for them nor does anyone I personally know. I just tell it like I see it and I see this as a good management company and a good place to live)

The worst management company ever! Do not do any business with them. They are highly unresponsive, and I had a nightmare of a year with them. My back porch was under construction the entire year I was in one of their buildings. So we had to go to another building to use the laundry room which closed at 10pm and was always busy. They had construction in our buildings hallway and did not tape our door, so our apartment was full of dust. After which the maintenance man Gus did not send anyone over to clean while also ignoring my calls. I had a centipede infestation and they did not send an exterminator over. They did not notify me when they lost a rent check, and five months later they sent me a five day eviction notice. Please stay away from this horrid company.

Peak Properties & Parliament Enterprises: a perfect partnership of thieves & liars. My wife & I rented from Parliament at 1125 Davis St for over 6 years. We were model tenants - a middle-aged professional couple, we got along with the neighbors, were quiet and took good care of our home (we had it professionally cleaned every 2 weeks). Parliament was often rude and difficult to deal with, but we knew what to expect with the. Once Peak Properties merged with Parliament, they started playing shenanigans by raising the rent without notice, charging more for parking than was agreed, and charging whatever they pleased with mysterious late fees. We left the apartment in beautiful condition, only to have Peak & Parliament withhold 1/3 of the security deposit illegally. Dont bother to clean or take care of your apartment: Peak & Parliament will keep your security deposit!

Nice apartment, good building manager, HORRIBLE office staff. They are either uninformed, unhelpful, or completely and totally rude to you. I will never be renting from this company again.

The people in the office were pretty unpleasant when they spoke to me. The best part of living here was the building engineer, Ray. He was always available and fixed everything as soon as possible, much easier to talk to.

The employees in the Chicago office were incredibly rude to me and my roommate when we went in to sign our lease. The few times I had to call the same office, whoever picked up the phone was either unhelpful or downright rude. My roommate and I are moving out ASAP.

This is the most disorganized, unhelpful, unprofessional rental company. Take your business elsewhere.
