ABSOLUTELY would NEVER recommend this place. Construction ongoing right next to building. Paint was peeling off from counters and walls. If previous reviews are as bad as they are concerning management, certainly avoid. Management very suspicious from the beginning upon explaining promotional offer as well as during unit showing. I was directed to a completely different apartment from what was requested. The experience felt as if salesman was trying to sell me a used lemon of a car.

There is nothing good about this apartment building for the price youre expected to pay. Management is terrible and unresponsive (the building management has changed hands 3 times since Ive lived there), the building is falling apart due to cheap build quality and neglect. Amenities are minimal, and constantly broken, elevators are still not up to code, the building is dirty and constantly reeks of garbage/moldy air-freshener.If you can to afford to rent in this building, you can afford better.

Love this building. Its always clean and feels like home. My roommate and I have lived here now for over 3 months. We have not had any issues with maintenance, they have been great! The neighborhood, our neighbors are really cool. Location is amazing being close to transportation and the Blue line. The only bad thing is the gym, its tiny! However no one is ever in there. Highly recommend this building, we got in with a couple months free so make sure you ask. We love it! Our unit is perfect for us!

Great building and location. Have made several friends in the building! Wish there were a few more amenities, but overall a great place to live!

Current tenant - management is terrible and unresponsive. Honestly when your realitor says don’t listen to the reviews.... they are lying. From experience save yourself the hassle.For context, when I submitted a request to have my washer/dryer fixed - they asked me what was causing the error. If I wasn’t able to provide, they could not send someone to repair. Unfortunately, I am not schooled in this matter and am still dealing with faulty equipment.

Had to edit my review. The building is fine until you have to interact with management. The issue being they are ghosts with some kind of stealth coating.Waiting for over 2 weeks to have a washing machine repaired, with no comment on time frame or anything, no idea when it will be fixed. Also, no response from management when trying to extend my lease. Whatever you do, do not live here. The location is nice but the management is horrible. The building is now on its second management company but no improvements have been made. No one picks up the phone number that is provided. The online portal for paying rent is a mess and is never accurate. I have had to call multiple times just to get late fees off my account. I am not sure why Alexis still has her job, I have never had her pick up the phone when I call. Save your money!! You can find cheaper and better managed apartments all over the city.

Bad management. Elevator has been out of service for a month and no one has come. At least 4 bikes have been stolen from the garage by people who cut through the provided bike racks

I am so disappointed by my time living in the Linkt apartment building. Awful experience with management from start to finish.

Please please dont move into this building. The worst worst management team ever. The call to get into building never works so I have to go down to front door every time to let someone in. The water heat goes out constant. Way over priced. Poorly built units. Cheaply built and way too expensive. We are moving out asap. Please dont move here!
