PPM is a great management company. Our leasing agent Bianca was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the apartment. She explained everything very clearly, helped us throughout the entire process and has the clients best interest. Highly recommend!

This is easily the best management company I have every dealt with! They are always very quick to answer and maintenance is out of this world! The most I have waited for someone to come fix something was 30ish minutes and that was on a Sunday! I figured it wouldn’t even be done till Monday. I highly recommend this management company and this building!

I love this building, the management, and the engineering staff. Super clean Bldg, professionally managed, and well taken care of. There are some terrible management companies out there, so be careful if you choose another one. PPM is the best!

Great location for people who drive to work downtown. The building is slightly old but recently renovated. They have a garage, business center, gym, and laundry room. The units on the south side of the building get a good view of some lake and the city. Price is ok.

This is my second year at PPM Apartments and my experience has been great! The staff is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. From the easy signing of the lease, making sure our arrival was smooth, followed up on any questions or suggestions, and organizing fun events that allowed us to interact with our neighbors more. From pet parties, to bbqs, to Christmas parties, I feel very comfortable and happy with this company as my landlord.I love how pet friendly this location is, the easy access to Lake Shore drive, the wonderful view, and the nice neighbors. The store keepers at the front are very nice and if they dont have something in stock, if you let them know theyll order it right away. Its also nice to have a gym and a huge laundry room. I can go on and on, but you get the point!

Pipes expose smell in the bathroom no matter how clean yours is. Pretty disgusting. No dishwasher microwave. Cheapest quality apartment you’ll find for the price you pay.

Wonderful location and apartments

Apartment is way smaller when all your belongs are in it so take that into account; the gym equipment is broken, no dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, trash chute, washer and dryer; the lobby always smells like trash, the staff is unfriendly; verdict - I can not wait to move
