What can I say about Aaron that hasn’t already been said in Aaron’s Google and Zillow reviews?I used Aaron a few years ago when I decided to move downtown. I originally intended to find a place by myself because I grew up in the northern suburbs and figured I knew the city will enough. Boy was I wrong. About six weeks later—and after having already wasted a lot of time—I stumbled upon Aaron’s name. I called him figuring it couldn’t hurt. Aaron responded IMMEDIATELY (I mean this literally—I don’t know if the man eats or sleeps like the rest of us humans). Aaron took the time to understand what was a “must,” what was a “want,” what I could do without, and my budget. He then found me 3-5 properties that I didn’t even know were available! In less than two weeks, I had found my dream condo.Aaron came to my rescue again six months later when my work situation changed and I had to move out. Aaron found me a sub-tenant to take over my lease and quarter-backed a smooth assignment of the lease from me to the new tenant, all while assuaging the property manager’s concerns.To summarize: Aaron is the Michael Jordan of leasing agents!
