PPM wants their rent on time but refuses to maintain its buildings. Elevators are death traps.

Having moved from out of state, I am very happy that I called PPM! Brad was very nice over the phone and answered all of my questions and Spring sent me quite a few videos of the apartments to help me feel comfortable. Living at 3510 N Pine Grove has been a really enjoyable. We recently renewed our for the second time. The area is great and tons of stuff nearby. The building staff is very helpful and the maintenance requests are always handled promptly and professionally.
