I recently moved to Chicago and contacted Steve and Georgeanna to help with the apartment search. The service they provided was truly 5 star worthy! After listening to my search criteria and deal-breakers they provided a large selection of listings to choose from to further scope the type of home I was looking for. We agreed on a date for me to visit and that was all the work on my end! On the day of, they drove me and my partner around to see roughly 15-20 apartments. Everything was smoothly scheduled and hassle free. We saw a great range of apartments, and ended up loving a number of them. From then on they were in constant contact with us to make sure the application was moving along, and even contacted a leasing manager on our behalf when it looked like the initially quoted price was not being honored (the building reversed to the old price!). Overall I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great agent! They are very personable, thorough, and invested in finding you the right place!

I am pretty picky, but Steve was extremely patient and set up 12 places to see all in one day after me contacting him just 2 days prior. I contacted Steve and his team for help in finding a new apartment on very short notice. I didnt have super high hopes in being able to set up a large amount of showings, but Steve was extremely responsive and helped me along every step of the way.He set up about 5-6 showings for the one weekend that I was able to make it in to the city, and he did it all on less than two days notice. The units he showed were exactly within the specifications that I had provided him (i.e. rent budget, amenities, location) and he saw to it that I was well informed about each property.I cannot recommend his services enough to anyone that might be looking for a place in Chicago. He was responsive, courteous, and highly skilled/knowledgeable in finding a place to match my preferences. I will definitely be using his services again next time I move!

After living in Indiana for 5 years, I had to relocate to Chicago since I had to switch jobs.
