And your “team lead” will ignore you as well if you have any questions. They claim your first two leases you’ll only get paid $250 because they help you so much during your first two leases which is a lie.

Just like everyone else has said. STAY AWAY! They will bamboozle you! The listing said once price, saw the unit, fell in love, got the lease, a whole different story. Of course Id already paid the $50 application fee, but would I have if the correct price for the unit was listed? Of course not! Because I know what I want to spend. Tried to look at other properties, no answer, tried to get my money back because it was no fault of mine that they listed the property wrong, I was met with attitude, displeasure, and snarky remarks that quite frankly should have this place out of business. Even have text messages from the agent saying it was their fault! They dont help, they want your money. Theres so many other places to help find your home, dont start off with bad vibes working with them.

So now five days later I haven’t received a call back saying yes or no . I was told my background is clear my landlord verification is good . But yet and still no apartment or a answer . I would never have put $50 down on the smaller unit which didn’t have what they call a living rm, more so large enough only for a kitchen table set. had I’d seen it first. They know what they’re doing. SMDH

Misleading apartment ads. Paid 80 dollars to be cleared for a place we were interested in renting that doesnt allow 4 month olds. Realtor called owner in front of us, told her who all would be in the apartment but did not tell us this information until after paying then being given the run around. Realtors at dream spots should find out what their building owners are looking for in tenants before taking their money for credit checks. After I see if we were discriminated against or not, I will not be satisfied.The place was a dream lol
