How does this co-op have a spot on the Southside run a collective house where mostly (like 95 + %) non-Black folks live there? This is clear from the photos on their website and instagram. Black folks are often the hardest hit by the housing affordability crisis and a community-oriented co-op should have clear governance and policies to ensure that they are not recreating the same harmful systems that created this crisis.
