This building is full of cockroaches. I got my apartment sprayed weekly and I still would find them. The elevators are very old, unsafe, and unreliable. I have been trapped in the elevator twice. This building needs work. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing staff! I really enjoy it here. The area and building is amazing, its clean. i never have any issues wit the building. Great experience so far. My apartment is completely renovated and I love the building and facilities.

I am so happy to call 350 W. Oakdale my home! Such a clean and comfortable building and it even has a fitness center. PPM has been a great company to be involved with and I highly recommend working with Tess, she was fantastic! Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to move here.

I really like it here! My short experience so far has been amazing! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and all fellow residents are great! The building is well laid out and the amenities are class. Definitely recommend.

Love my apartment! Been living here for 2 years and management has always helped with anything I need.Management- Always pretty responsive with anything that needs to be done.Location- Really good. Right in Lakeview and close to the Lakefront as well.Overall its a great place to live, Thanks!

Ive been living here for the past few years and all i can say is that i really enjoyed this place so far. So close to everything, groceries, Parks, lake. I just love it and the staff is also one of the best, always so very helpful. I wont be moving soon from this place for sure.

Oakdale is just great, i remember how warm and great it was in the building during winter, wish i could move back to Chicago! Living at 350 W Oakdale has been a great experience. PPM was always quick with any maintenance requests and it was really convenient having the gym in the building. I would be renewing my lease, but Im leaving Chicago for work. Really gonna miss my gorgeous view of the lake!

I have been living at 350 Oakdale for the past year and just resigned my lease for a 2nd. Great location and awesome management! Tess was super helpful during my initial search. Highly recommend to anyone in the city!

I started seeing cockroaches 3 months into my lease and continued to see them until I terminated my lease early. The exterminator hired by PPM came weekly not only to treat my unit, but several others. He classified them as American Cockroaches. I was also told “you live by the lake, you should expect to see roaches” - would you want to live in a building where you’re told you should “expect” to see roaches?I was so grateful that they allowed me to terminate my lease early. That was definitely a positive point for PPM.

Rats and Cockroaches!!!!!!!!Ppm Management is currently engaging in what I believe is utility fraud and illegal eviction processes. Please watch your utility charges!!!!!!! They charge you whatever they want. They took my rent money to pay utility bills, which the utilities were billed by a third party, leaving me with a rental balance for the month. Ppm never responds to emails, and are not communicative. When they do respond it’s a rude man name Mr. Bury who is rude and angry all the time. I use to live at 3510 n pine Grove, which is currently filled with huge cockroaches and has a dead rat smell in the lobby. Ozzie needs to retire he is very inattentive to the building needs, and makes tenants fix their own repairs. Avoid PPM at all cost, you will thank me later.

Just about to renew my lease at 350 W Oakdale and figured I would write a review on here because I have had such a positive experience. The maintenance here is very attentive. I had a problem with my sink just the other day and they were here in minutes! Plus I just love all the natural light I get and being able to walk to the water. Thank you PPM! Looking forward to another great year!

Ive lived at 350 W Oakdale for about 2 months now and I have to say Im loving it! Me and my roommate love the layout of our apartment and its so great being steps to the park and the lake! In addition, the building has 24 hour maintenance and that is a god send! My experience at my last couple apartments would have been way better if that had been the case. So happy I moved to Lakeview and rented with PPM!

Management of the building - great.Building - not so great.Apartment - decent.Floor in the apartment above - terrible.Windows - terrible.

How would you feel about living in a 14 story apartment where the elevators malfunction and are closed off at least once a month but as often as once a week sometimes. Its completely unacceptable and management at the building couldnt care less.
