They are normally great. New aircrafts. Good trained people. Youll get in trouble with them as you would get with any other carrier.Recommended.

Terrible experience!

I had to deal with Star Alliance staff member Gemma D., the most rediculous person I have ever seen. I was waitng an hour for her to finish another customer. She was not able to do so. She should have called for assistance instead of letting other people wait that long. You should fire a person like that immediately.

First time flying on this airline. It was the best flight Ive ever taken to Europe. Its definitely worth it.

I have flown LH for the past 50 years, but never had such a pleasant flight, not, that all the flights were good, but this one -LH 0432 on 5/22/2019 from Ffm to Chicago, was especially great, and that was due to your flight attendant SUSANNE, she was einmalig that my flight neighbors will take LH always from now on......Please, inform her of our gratitude and thank her again for her effortless service during that long flight.Thank you, Marie-Luise Miesing

An airline with good service and the staff is attentive.Flights to Frankfurt and from there to all of Europe.It has a very small area, but the service is first class.
