Received an email saying flights have changed and you must call a service center, with no other information listed...all service center lines have been busy or off the hook all day!! Do not use this airline!!

A great airline to the Caribbean! The stewardesss could be more pleasant. Overall, a great experience.

On time, great service. Staff helpful and polite. . Even give you food on short flights.

They changed our flight and didnt inform us so we missed our connecting flight. They have our phone number and email. When we questioned them about it, they said they had tried to contact us 5 times. When we showed proof via phone records they didnt, they said well we didnt have your email. When we showed proof they did, it was Well the counter agent told you 3 months ago. But no were not going to tell you who or provide any proof. They kept changing the story. Extremely frustrating! After all that they would not offer any compensation for hotel, flight, nothing. Horrible lack of communication and responsibility by multiple people. Every person or business makes mistakes but own up to it when you do.

They have a great costumer service and they have this goal of leave on time every flight without mishandling safety.

BEST INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE. PERIOD. Not only did Copa Airlines offer the cheapest flight from Chicago to Costa Rica (with one stop in Panama), but their policies, staff, and the overall experience FAR exceeded my expectations. You expect poor customer service and crummy fees creeping out of the woodwork when you book a cheap flight, but not with this airline! I got a personal phone call from a very pleasant representative 2 weeks before our travel date, who called just to inform me that our flight time changed by less than 10 minutes! Our baggage was included in the price, we got a delicious meal and a cocktail for free on our 5 hr flight to Panama, and another gourmet meat and cheese plate (and another cocktail or beverage) included on our 1.5 hr flight to Costa Rica. We had a really quick layover in Panama, and unfortunately, I saw our bags on the tarmack as we were pulling away. That was a sucky feeling. I filed a lost baggage report at the airport and crossed my fingers that it would find us soon, but had little hope, as we were immediately departing for a 3.5 hour car ride through the mountains to our first destination. We arrived at our remote location at 11pm, and my faith was renewed in Copa Airlines when our bags were waiting at our door by 8am the very next morning! They drove them all the way out to us overnight. So awesome!

Comfortable flights. Our flight attendant spoke in 4 different languages which was outstandingly cool.

Seems to be an economical choice. Neither of the planes I took had seat back entertainment or wifi available - which I find unacceptable for an international flight.

Do Not Fly!! First time flying w/Copa to Bogotá. They lost my bag on way there. Not very helpful in trying to locate it. I didnt receive bag until 3 days later. I was in Bogotá for a 5 day trip. They wanted to charge me $700 vs change fee $150-200 when I tried to change return flight itinerary the day of because I wasnt feeling well and had 2 layovers. I was trying to change to 1 layover w/same connection to Chicago.Flight at my 2nd layover was delayed 40 mins w/no explanation. They lost my bag again! Upset because I waited in baggage claim for over an hour. Attendant didnt want to help when I first approached her after 30 mins and then she disappeared for 40 mins. When I told her bag was not there she asked for claim ticket and said oh yes, I was informed your bag didnt make it. She could have saved me over an hour of waiting (it was 1:42 am when I left airport arrived @12:15am) if she helped initially. She could not provide details of what city/connection my bag was left at.

Nothing to complain about.
