I asked for tap water but the flight attendant tried to sell me bottled water instead. Not wanting to pay for water I insisted on a free tap water and she said she would bring it by later. Three hours later no flight attendant had brought one and I eventually broke down and bought water. They wouldnt outright refuse to bring it when I asked instead they just wouldnt come back to my seat. Once I offered up a credit card they were all smiles.

I cant say enough about this airline. Just flew KLM. Do that and youll realize how great British airways is. All stewards and stewardesses were very attentive. Loved this flight. Budapest and London 60 days apart. Awesome.

Inadequate work of employees. load when they want. load load somehow. the inadequate employee who loads the cars is always outraged and speaks rudely. if you arrived on time, keep in mind you won’t be downloaded earlier, but only later they will even be indignant.

My wife and I hadn’t traveled since being married a few years ago. Since we both changed our names with the marriage, we had forgotten to update our passports.We got to the gate to fly to London only to discover that the legal names under which we bought our tickets did not match our “maiden” names on our passports. It was a real pickle.Luckily, Duty Manager Jackie Morton at O’Hare spent over an hour on phone calls advocating for us and explaining the situation. She was able to get us not only through the check-in process, but on an earlier and shorter flight to London.She was such an immense help and her grace and effort allowed our trip to start off on a very positive note despite a big New York Whoopsie.

I seriously would pay to avoid this airline, and I will not travel with them again if I can avoid it. They hire customer service reps from temporary agency, and had no idea what to do today when BA flight to Heathrow was canceled. We arrived when the doors opened (25 minutes late at 05:55), and the staff spent 1 hour per small family/group, so we stood in line for 3 hours. They allowed customers to cut in line, and did not help a family who had wait 2 days to get a flight. There was yelling and irate customers. This family had a 10 yo daughter who was crying from the trauma of it all, and they offered nothing- no compensation to this family. We felt trapped in France, and I was overjoyed when we were able to board a flight ( waited 3 hours to board). The experience was awful and very disorganized, and felt very unsafe.

Really really really slow. If your in a hurry this isnt the place to come to then. Worst part is you can see the dock workers doing nothing the whole time from the waiting area. No supervision or leadership.
