Got my gel nails done here Friday afternoon. I had. It’s my nails and toes done in the same gel polish. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product as it is already peeling off both the toe nail and finger nails. I have never had GEL polish come off with no help after just 1 day. Not even a full 24 hours. I’m very upset. I will NOT be back. What a waste of money. Gel polish is very hard to get off even after several weeks. So that tells me that this was regular polish and they just charged me for gel!!! That BS

I love Ann.. she always gets my nails right. I’m kind of upset though because I just had my toes done on yesterday and the polish is already coming off.

My worst nail experience to date. I requested encapsulated butterflies and instead of them saying they can’t do it they instead proceeded to do whatever they wanted. My nail tech was very rude and made my nail beds bleed. Very forceful with the way he moved my hands around while doing my full set. Unprofessional as well as impersonal, I will never visit this salon again.

If you go there make sure you ask for Chad he is really good...

Pedicure was rushed and I still have significant rough spots. I paid for a massage and hot rocks. Rocks burned my feet and I missed the massage part altogether. 70.00 for eyebrow wax and basically a gel polish. I will NEVER go here again and warn anyone I see or hear of trying them.

They charged an amputee full price and gave her horrible service. I called and asked why on the price and they could not give me a valid reason except for being greedy.

Hands down the WORST gel manicure I’ve ever had!! Totally rushed - was in and out in less than 30 mins, no attention to detail, polish was uneven and peeling within one day! $30+ would have been better spent buying the supplies and doing it myself. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Wanted a new full set. They ripped off my old nails and a lot of my natural nail came off and started to bleed. I had to ask for them to use pure acetone to soak it off because I was in alot of pain and wanted them to stop. But after that things were ok. Did a good job at doing the full set (applying acrylic, filing, drilling etc.). Probably wont come back. Friend said she had same experience with them ripping off her old nails.

Im an amputee and they charged me full price. They said they would do extra but it was the worse pedicure I ever had. My foot underneath still felt rough and dry skin on my toes. Im not going back there again.

I cant tell you how disappointed I am with the service Ive recieved. I left in tears. Two weeks ago I went in and the service was bad and I had to go back to get my nails smoothed out. I went back today because I knew the regular lady was back. I was seated with a new person and she cut my nails less than half the length they were and yes the color is pretty but the workmanship needs to be professional. Not happy with paying $45 and having to wait two weeks to find another salon.

I have been coming to this wonderful nail shop three days after their first opening six years ago. I have had nothing but top professional experience each and every time I come. I have referred my family, children, husband, and friends here and all have had nothing but the best pampering experience. I adore the staff and they make you feel like you are welcomed and cared for.

My friends and I walked in to this salon for 3 gel manicures. We waited for a long time as there seemed to be little organization. When we were finally served, one at a time, none of us were satisfied with the services we received. My friends french tips were messed up and inconsistent and they made no efforts to redo them or correct their mistakes. I asked for black gel and received two thin coats of polish with no undercoat or nail protection, making the polish see through in the sunlight, although it was black. They did not cover the ends of my nails, leaving an unprotected and unpainted nail tip. The polish was inconsistent on every nail. Within two days, my polish started chipping and on the third day, my nails started breaking as they were not protected. I am willing to pay for gel in an effort to not have to worry or care for my nails for at least two weeks. After this manicure, I had to be more careful as to not mess up my nails for an upcoming trip only 1 week after I got them done. They looked awful and were completely chipped and breaking before my trip even began. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hated to give it one star!!! Honestly!!! As soon as I left my whole thumb nail came off. Went back and she tried to charge me 35 dollars after I just paid 85 for my kids and my nails. Smmfh! Then to top it off, it looks like a 2 year old painted them. Its sad that I have to go elsewhere for them to fix pro nails mistake. They need to change it to poor nails cause they do a poor job. I do not recommend this place.

Tell you one price from the start and at the end of youre service they give their customers another price each time you come for a fill-in or anything itll be a different price most likely, other than that their okay only certain ones do a good job!

I honestly wouldn’t even give them one star but that’s the lowest rating they have. I went in for a fill-in and he answered his phone while doing my nails and did a half-tail job they are not even the same length they are crooked and also have lumps on the side from where they were not filed properly

Pro Nails is a very nice place very kind hearted to there people and Ann is an awesome person takes her time to make you beautiful with your hands and great artwork, and good with eyelashes also. Lisa is great with her hands makes your face Beautiful with eyebrows.

I keep on saying that I wanted GEL Niels done, hands and feet. I come out with pedicure and manicure. $82.00. I was so mad never ever-will I go back there for nothing.

I was a regular customer for many years and even brung customers to them. I had a certificate that was purchased for me at Christmas and it expired in June and I went to use it in July and they would let me. One month old. But I guess they didnt need my money. And will never get my money again. And not even get my friends and family that I would refer to them. They cant do nails anyway. Only person in there that could do nails was the mom.

Good service, however, my nails are terrible. Very poor quality, different shapes, bumps/lumps noticeable in polish. A lot of glue left around my cuticles and underneath the nail. This is probably the worst set of nails I’ve had, ever. The pedicure and lashes were good! I would go back but never for nails!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I dont feel like I got what I paid for. I got a pedicure done and my polish looks as if it was painted by my 7 year old niece. I also got a nail repair on one nail and the woman who fixed it done it as if she did not know how. It was not shaped and I explained to her three times that I needed it shaped correctly so that it matched the rest of my nails. My experience was not what I thought it would be. I hope in the future they hire professionals who actually know what they are doing and dont complain when the customer is not happy with the work. If I am paying you to do a service I need it done correctly.

They use to do a great job but this time was terrible. I got a fill in a week ago my paint has chipped, nails lifted up as well as one cracked. Poor service and when I went back she made every excuse and tried to charge me $35 when I just paid $40. I cant believe it. If you go be prepared you might get done good you might not. I will go elsewhere to get my nails done.

Covid has done a lot and the salon experience just was not the same.

Doesnt even deserve one star.....very rude, they use language barrier as a reason why they messed up my sister and my nails. They don’t like to answer questions. The only nice one there was the younger nail tech. She was very friendly. The older woman with plastic surgery was very rude. She messed up my sisters nails. How hard is it to follow a simple request. We will never come here again. Plus they took forever. When you walk into a nail salon and there is no wait on a Saturday afternoon then you know there is a reason why.

Kinda slow but what can you expect they all are the man was hilarious and done great on my nails but didnt trim the acrylic off I had to go home and cut it off myself but that was my only complaint and only charged 20$ for French tip pointed nails I usually pay 40$ so A+ ON THAT!!!!
