Walked in on Sunday no appointment took me right in. Very friendly live the results. Drove here from North Carolina wasnt disappointed.

I came to the shop today, Nov 2 2019 and my experience was WONDERFUL! The staff is friendly and the salon is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The waxing room is immaculate ! Lucy and her staff pay attention to detail and make sure the customers are happy! I HIGHLY recommend !!

Absolutely loved this place! Went because my friend recommended it. She and her mom have been going there for the last twenty years! I gave it a chance and was extremely happy about my nails. Lucy really took her time and did exactly what I wanted! My nails look amazing and I will not be going anywhere else.

People are nice but it took 2 hours to do a fill in, and the lady messed them up still. I also still had to pay full price. Wow I never had that experience before here. I actually liked going here but now I dont even like the way my nails look. I will not be going back.

Waxed off half my eyebrows. My eyebrows were thick and nice now they are messed up thanks to them. Hair hasnt grown in places I might have to shave them off and this was a few months ago when they got waxed off. I went to them thinking theyd just wax off some but they thought because im a girl they need to be thin when they were beautiful now im insecure about them so when my sister does them they better be looking like they used to or ima shave them tf off. They didnt even ask me if i wanted them thin or not they just did them. THANKS A LOT IM SOOOOOOOO HAPPY HAHAHAHAHA NO. NO IM NOT ONE BIT!!! Dont go to them go somewhere else!!! I dont recommend them at all for waxing!!!

The women that did my nails has been doing nails for 30 years and she is amazinggg! She made sure nothing was out of place and the outcome was just how I wanted. I’m definitely coming back👏🏽

This place is amazing! Had a spa pedicure amd it was by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. I will only be going there from now on.. Girls this place is a must!

My mother & I went here today. I got a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure and she got a pedicure. My gel polish is all around my finger nails, not on the ends, and the man doing my mothers nails wasnt even looking at her nails half the time she was in the chair. I was also charged $13 for the polish change because they had to trim... which to me is included in a change... a little clean up, done. $10. No, they charged an extra $3 for trimming my nails.I only live a couple blocks away, but Im willing to drive to get my nails done elsewhere.

I do not trust anyone else with my nails! I’ve been going to this place for a couple years now, no one else does my nails how I like them.

I went for my first pedicure a few weeks ago and was totally disappointed. I’ve never been given a pedicure that had absolutely no leg exfoliating or massage. It felt like old polish off and new polish on. Staff not very friendly. Will not use this place again.

So I usually go every year for my birthday. I was to young to realize that they do a terrible job. They dont do the sides correctly, miss areas for nail polish and charge extra for trimming. The guy argued with me over the shape I wanted. I wanted a coffin shape but he argued and said it wouldnt look nice. I said it doesnt matter and thats what I wanted and he continued to argue with me.

Quality! My shellac nails easily last 3 weeks with no chipping/peeling. They are perfectionists and always do an amazing job.

This place is SO unsanitary!!! I normally come here for my eyebrows and they do a great job by i never payed attention until today they told me to go wait in the waxing room. i walked in and sat down and there was two USED sticks just sitting on the sides of the wax pot, that’s not even the worst part the woman which i’m pretty sure is one of the owners was about to re use those sticks once again on my face and right before she could i said i want a clean one used on me that’s gross and she very rudely waved the clean stick in my face, not to mention that entire wax pot has been contaminated because they continuesly use the same stick and dip it in more than once. Everytime i go in there it’s always an attitude portrayed towards me because i speak up about what they do wrong. so if you decide to go here please check your surrounds because who else knows what other unsanitary things they have going on in there.

Got quoted prices for my services and never asked if I wanted other items that would raise my price. The bill was double!!! Thats a rip-off for you!!! I can buy all the products and do it myself cheaper!!!!!!
