I went in for a pedicure with my mom the work was sloppy and the lady was rushing on our feet’s just trying to hurry up and get our money. We won’t be coming back there !

Horrible customer service after about 10 days of a full set acrylic I had about 4 nails total left on both hands 1 of the employees offered a redo at a discounted rate, said my body chemistry was oily & thats why the nails were popping off🤨

So I went two weeks ago to get my nails done as a treat to myself. I didn’t receive what I asked for. I wasn’t sure of what the name of the design was that I wanted but mentioned the ombré French Tip and the nail tech said I wanted the American manicure. So that ended up looking like I smoked 3 packs a day for 20 years. They were yellow tips and no shine with the top coat they used. I had to go buy a solid color paint and redo them myself. The acrylic isn’t flush with my cutical on any of my nails. Now I have to go spend money that I don’t necessarily have to fix a problem that shouldn’t have been a problem.

Looking for a new nail shop closer to home, I decided to try out Nails World. I went in in for a shellac manicure/pedicure, which after the tip came to $80. I was the only person in the nail shop, which I found a little weird given that it was a Saturday afternoon, but who could complain about not having to wait in line right? Well I soon learned why they have no business. Two days after getting my nails done, SIX of my nails completely peeled off. I have been getting shellac manicures for almost five years now and never have I had almost all my nails peel off just days after. I went back to the nail shop to ask for a refund, the owner was very rude stating that this was against their policy to give a refund. He said that my nail beds were too oily which is why it peeled off and I let him know how I have been getting shellac for years and never had this issue, which he accused me of lying about. I asked the owner where in the shop his policy was posted for his customers and he gave me some excuse that they just repainted the shop and the policy was somewhere in the back for now and refused to show me said policy. Pretty much I paid $80 my manicure to last 36 hours. STAY AWAY if you want quality and professional service.

The lady who did my nails did a sloppy job at my liquid gel... I had to correct her on each nail she did because it was crooked... then she tried to charge me 45 for a liquid gel fill when it should have only been 35 and 40 the most... the only thing I was satisfied with was the thickness of the nails

Stopped here since its close to home and Im new to area .Its a smaller shop but clean and friendly. The pedicure I received was perfect and cost was nice$22.

I do not recommend. While the price is cheap the quality of the pedicure was really bad.
