Wife & daughter used this nail salon last minute due to location! Thoroughly enjoyed the Deluxe Pedicures received. Great value for the price. Both nail techs were professional and did a phenomenal impressive job.Will definitely return left both techs $20 each- that’s how great they were! No rush job, careful and precise!

Awful paid 43 dollars after she stop not even mid way to do other people’s eye brows. I’m nail look terrible I ask for a simple small heart and she did great on my right hand but my left had looks like my little cousin did it and she did not even offer to fix it she was just looked at me a shrugged ask if it was good enough,

Went to get a full set done a couple of days ago. The woman was nice, but when she started shaping my nails and I told her I wanted them in a rounder almond shape she seemed to get agitated and then let a man finish my nails. He was nice as well but seemed like he was rushing. When I woke up the next morning, the polish was peeling so I went back the next day and the man fixed it for no charge. However, when he fixed it he didn’t even apply even layers and ANOTHER nail has started to peel just a few minutes before writing this review. I’ve never had this issue but I definitely won’t be returning. Nice people, poor quality.

Other than the Cheese Grater, I enjoy my frequent pedicure, fun and friendly staff, good prices.

I went to get my Moms nails done for her Birthday and the tech did a lousy job. He took forever and when he was done the nails looked awful. The same tech did my pedicure and I had to ask him to correct the polish during my pedicure.I will not be returning.

I waited 45 mins for eyebrow wax and left without service while someone who came after me got a pedicure 😳

Im visiting from out of town and I just so happened to come across this nail salon in the mall. They were professional, kind and timely.My manicure is lovely!

The mall closes at 9pm, a client walks in and there is multiple staff members sitting in the chair that own and operate the business. The client then asks for service and they state that they have taken the last customer at 7:45pm. The client states that you are open till 9pm, the rebuttal from the staff member is No we close at 8:30pm then the next rebuttal from the other staff member is we close at 8pm, none of these times are in compliance with the malls operation hours. If a business expects to be successful then it must operate under advertised hours.

Firstb time here since it was recommended by my daughter. I must say that I was impressed. Service was good. Atmosphere was not too chaotic (which salons can be) but organized for the most part. I will return again. Pedicure was soothing...and nice.

I was passing through Chesapeake square mall, saw this business, and I inquired the price for the pedicure. The owner/receptionist was very attractive and professional. I think it was $30 for the pedicure that I wanted, they had 3 different pedicures with 3 different prices. I had about a 5 or 6 minute wait. The young technician seemed as though she didnt really want to work on me. She didnt speak much English, so it seemed! She pointed to everything, never speaking! She did an alright jib though. I gave her a $15 tip, THEN SHE SPOKE ENGLISH to me! She even told me to come again, NOT! she missed out on my real tip for real good customer service!

My girl seemed to enjoy the pampering but she said they didnt last as long as her nails from her normal place but the staff seemed to take care of her every whim and want. She came out all smiles and seemed to enjoy every minute of it even though I wanted to bang my head in the wall and about an hour in realized I definitely shouldnt have agreed to tag along. I thought the price was ridiculous but she said that was on par for everything she got done

I went to get my brows and gel polish done. The lady literally didn’t listen to a word I said. My brows are naturally kind of thin and they space out just a tad bit. She thinned my brows even more and took so much out of the middle. My brows weren’t bad when I went, they needed to be cleaned up. I told her that I wanted them cleaned up and for her to keep them thick as possible. Then, my gel polish on my hands were literally coming off within about 3 days. It was a waste of my $35. I want it all back!!

Best Nails *ARE* Simply the BEST!! While Chesapeake Square may be lacking in the shopping arena, this Nail Salon -Never- ceases to deliver anything less than Stellar service, Perfect detail and Top Technicians that have years of experience knowing their clienteles needs and going the extra mile for their satisfaction!!! Cant recommend HIGH ENOUGH!!!

24hrs later and my nail polish is peeling. Also I had went back within 30mins to show the uneven french manicure lines and the tech did not do a good job the 2nd time. I will not be going back and I wish I could post a pic of my nails. And my tech had her mask down b/c I didnt get any acrylic service and as she begin to cough she didnt even put her hand over her mouth and I could feel her breath on my face as she cough!!! 😩🤦🏻‍♀️ just throw the whole nail tech away🤷🏻‍♀️

After seeing that they close 9pm. I went to nail shop and arrived at 8.19pm. They refused to give me service saying that they wasnt taking any other customers. Driving 30 mins from my initial location and being turned down was the worst thing ever. They need to change their time on google if theyre gonna refuse customers 45 mins before closing time.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Its been 3 days and my nails are already lifting she forgot to polish half of the nails and I had to tell her. My sister got a guy and he was super rude told her to hold still and that he would not pain the color she picked out on her nails! A horrible experience stay away!!!! Not to mention it was 40 dollars for a fill which is ridiculous!

I would not recommend this place. Me and my sister went there together. She was finished in half the time that I was but he skipped many steps to make this happen and the WORSE part is that they altered both of our receipts and made our $3 tips into $8 dollar tips. THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!! So how many more $5 tips are added daily. So I hope the $10 was worth that future business you just lost.

They couldnt understand why I wasnt happy with my nails. It looked like a five year old did my nails.

Grand-daughter had nails done, the didnt do a very good job so she went back and everything was corrected at no charge.
