I went in for my 4pm appointment. I was there for 3 in a half hours. I had a basic pedicure, a gel manicure and a eye brow wax. I have been getting my nails done foreverrrrr. It has never taken this long. My hands and feet look absolutely dreadful. I had polish all over my hands and feet. There are bubbles all in the nails. She never even used the drill, which makes me think she is not even a licensed manicurist. It looks like my 5 year old daughter painted my nails. For $90 it is not worth going into this place. Save your $$ and go somewhere else.

Shavon did a great job on my pedicure, even took care of an ingrown toenail. The salon was exceptionally clean, no clutter any where, like some salons, all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be going back for my next pedicure.

I got my eyebrows done as well as my nails (the gel manicure). The lady did great on my eyebrows but my nails where not done well at all. Nail paint on my skins and there’s bubbles in the nails. I tried to get her to fix some of the nails but I left not pleased with my visit. Paid the full costs and everything for them to be messed up.

Sue was great! Lost my go to manicurist well over a year ago. Have tried several places since then. Okay at best. Found Sue and have been several times. Same great results. No corners cut. Spa itself is clean and everyone seems friendly.

Visiting from out of town and made an appointment with Serenity. They were doing a great job with social distancing, requiring masks, etc. NaAsia was super attentive and courteous and listened to all my medical foot problems. Would highly recommend this clean, accommodating shop to anyone.

So happy I found my new Nail Tech Shavonne! She is so talented and my nails have never looked better! When it comes to fills she is the Best! Also she has a wonderful personality and very professional. And the prices are fantastic!

This place was already my go-to spot pre-COVID. Came today for the first time post-COVID and they were amazing. Appointment only, everyone was spread out, masks required, protective equipment for the employees and beyond friendly and welcoming. Thanks Serenity for a much needed stint out of the house, and a great pedicure!

Had a $100.00 gift card. Scheduled to have 30 min massage and anti-aging facial. Was told, while on the table they did not have the anti-aging facial, as of now and would I like the blueberry masque. Sure! Imagine my surprise when paying, it was $185.00! Receptionist said we agreed to this. I said, “why would I agree to something like that, if I have a gift card for $100.00? And how could I agree to the upgraded facial the day before, if they didn’t know it wasn’t available until the day of my appointment?

I adore this place! Shavonne does a SPECTACULAR job with my nails every single time I make an appointment, and even without one, I always get seen to in a timely manner! The staff are so polite and always ready to answer questions, and the prices cant be beat. Hands down the best salon I have been and ever Will go to.

I have tried going to this place twice and left both times. I walk in and nobody says anything for at least 5 minutes they just stare at me. The second time I left the lady who is supposed to be doing my nails is outside just talking on the phone for a decent amount of time. No concern for their customers or their service. Most definitely will not return.

Get my nail done at this place alot. Actually the only place I have my nails done. Super clean friendly and nice conversation.Yesterday for the first time in my life i had my eyebrows dyed. I have one that had been half white since i was 14. Did not know it could be dyed until i started a conversation with one of the techs there while having my nails done. I went in for a full acrylic set, I got amazing nailsfrom here. Rebecca was so easy to talk to, and I am just very picky about my nails and she took everything I said into account. Will definitely come back and will be asking for her again!

Will Not service a Black Mulimah.All I asked for was 1 finger repair for acrylic.A lady was able to get a full set with no appointment. Im disappointed but this is just the way the world is these days huh?

I went to this place a week ago to get black gel french tip nails, for what I paid I expected them to be better. Its not the worst Ive got them done but its not the best, plus the gel is chipping after a week of having them done.

This was probably one of the worst salons I have ever been too. I will say the staff was extremely friendly, but their services have been the worst I have ever had. I went in for my eyebrows and manicure, but then decided why not. Lets go for a pedicure and chin wax. My eyebrows came out TERRIBLE. The worst I have ever seen them. Extremely uneven and too much hair was taken on one side so I have to fill my eyebrows in each day. I opted for a gel manicure. This was the first time I have done a gel manicure, but I was told it would last long. I went in 4 days ago and my nail polish is already coming in. Keep in mine I work a couple hours a day behind a desk. My nail polish shouldnt be chipping just yet. My pedicure wasnt as terrible but she didnt understand what a thin white French was. The white French takes half my nail. Lastly, I have never waxed my chin till this day. The person doing my chin went ALL the way down my neck. So one side of my neck was waxed. I freaked out and told her noooo. Only the chin. All in all, be very cautious when going in for any services. Unless you have had a specific person I wouldnt expirement.

I got the Japanese Hair Straightening and my hair looks amazing! Minh is a genius! He answers every question with honesty and knowledge. He concentrated only on me and my hair. Ive always loved the Cleopatra haircut but never had it because of too many layers. Somehow, Minh cut my hair so that it blends and looks like one length. I couldnt believe my eyes. As I left the salon, I said, Ill be back!. And I will!

Wonderful experience !! My husband recently had surgery and cannot walk. They were wonderful with accommodating and assisting us with getting his pedicure and his hair cut. Everyone was very friendly and caring.

I walked in a little after 3pm and was told to come back in 30 min due to it being so busy. Fine .... came back in 34 minutes and was looked at as if I was crazy. I did what they asked and was turned away (Closed at 5pm on Sundays) Im sitting in the parking lot in front of the store while writing this review only to watch two women walk in, picking out colors for their pedicure. Wow!!! This is a horrible business. Very disappointing!

Just got my hair cut at Serenity over the weekend and getting rave compliments here at work this morning. Minh was very pleasant, professional, and took his time in getting the exact hair cut I wanted. While getting my hair cut, my wife and daughter got manicures. The ladies at the shop were very nice and my daughter loved here nails. She said she is ready for school now. Thanks Minh and crew at Serenity, we will definitely be back!

My first visit there I was satisfied so I called and scheduled follow up appointments. Its my daughters birthday and we scheduled some mother/ daughter time. I called on a Saturday for appointments on a Monday for myself and my daughter to go together. I work evenings and my daughter is leaving on a trip the next day so I wanted appointments not a walk in due to time constraunts. We received a call 1 hour before our appointment from a nail tech from her house not even in the shop to say the tech scheduled with my daughter wanted to know if we could come later or on a different day. Call the shop and they have no idea the tech isnt coming to work or that they are calling customers from their home. Also they cant still accommodate with someone else to do my daughters mani pedi because everyone else is booked. Couldnt let us know earlier in the day when we would have time to find somewhere else to go instead we are left scrambling at the last minute with time constraints to find somewhere else that could do services at the last minute. Customer service at its worst. I cant stand businesses that do not recognize the value of my time or money. We will never go back and I do not recommend them to anyone who expects to have consistency in your nail services as clearly the employees are unreliable. I also dont expect employees to have my phone number to call me from their personal phones when they arent even in the shop. Plenty of other salons in the area to choose from. If you want professionalism and good customer service dont go here. We certainly never will again. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Will never go here again. They were so rough with my pedicure, banged on my legs and ankles. I hurt when I left. Also, I ended up getting an ingrown toe nail because they cut the nail of my big toe down so far that it was bleeding before I left. It took weeks to wear covered toe shoes because my toe hurt so bad. Thank the Lord I like sandals. Will not be returning.

Minh is a genius when it comes to hair. I was basically a white girl with an afro the first time I came to this spa. He performed the Japanese Hair Straightening technique on my hair and my hair suddenly was the best it had ever been since I was 10. Sounds like an exaggeration but I kid you not, he is CRAZY GOOD with hair. I never went to a salon before my first visit here but now whenever I have extra money, I come back to get my hair done. Thank you, Minh!

Horrible. Worst salon experience ever. I had a reaction to the primer that was painted, not dabbed, onto my nails. The lady said ({from what I could understand) was I wasnt the only person it happens to- well change brands! The lady who did my nails spoke an extremely limited amount of English, burned and bruised my nails, saw I was in pain and switched to a nail file where she then proceeced to completely mess up my nails. I let not only being charged full price after having to wait 15 mintues becuase of the reaction, but also with uneven, scratched up and poorly done nails. I hate to talk bad about someine, but I will never go there agin.

Best place for a pedi, hands down.

I went to get my nails done today. And they did a good job at first and the guy told me they were dry and then they werent and I didnt notice anything till I got in the car that they were all messed up so I went back in there to get them fixed and he messed them up even more and cut my finger and then he told me the light is broken to come back tomorrow so Im really pissed that I just paid $30 for my messed up nails.
