Went to get a pedicure. They have a good selection of colors and pedicure options. The shop was very clean and the employees were very nice. They gave a good thorough pedicure. I would go there again.

Great place! Clean and employees are uniformed! Prices are good and they work quickly. I received pedi with French tip on toes came out lovely with a flower design on big toes!My mother was also very happy with her mani-pedi and color. I will be coming back! Thank you.

Absolutely satisfied. I dont mind paying prices. As long as I am happy. I got Mike an was absolutely happy when I left I think I have a perfered tech. Worth every Penny!

It was ok i guess but it just didn’t turn out as great as i thought. kind of uneven and just looks like i could do better myself…

Best Nail Salon in Payson. Convenient hours, pleasant staff, Leah is my favorite. Appointments always on time or you can just walk in. Try them, youll like them.

This shop is really clean and the staff are polite and personable. It has a good atmosphere as well, it’s nicely decorated. They charge a little bit more than some of the other nail shops in the area, but they’re much more sanitary and they do a better manicure. With your manicure you get a hand massage and cuticle treatment, and it ends with a hot towel. Very relaxing :). Try out the cat eye nail polish, it’s really cool!

Service and ambiance was great and very soothing. The prices may seem a little high, but it is worth it. :V helped me and she was fantastic!. My toenails have some issues, but she took care of them and my feet feel great. I dont know who helped my wife but she was just as good!.

My husband and I went here for a manicure and pedicure for my anniversary. We were there visiting from the valley. The day after my nail polish began to chip, by day 2 my entire thumb nail came off in one big piece. I called them the very next morning (thursday) to see if they could refund me as I was back in the valley after our trip (we got home Wednesday night and I got my manicure Monday afternoon.They made a bunch of excuses why they couldn’t, first saying they had to physically have the card to refund, then said they needed my ID to verify me, then said it wasn’t policy to guarantee their manicures if it wasn’t gel or dip polish. He told me their “policy” was posted all over the walls and when I asked to see it he facetimed me and showed me a poster for the benefits of gel nail polish.He repeatedly told me they did not guarantee their manicures and that he refused to refund me the $20 for the manicure. He then accused me of using remover to remove the polish. I showed him over facetime the chips and he again said it was my fault. I told him i’d been in a hotel room the last 2 days and that they began chipping within 24 hours. Again he said that he would do nothing because they don’t guarantee their work.The customers and him then were talking about me, saying I was crazy and that he should hang up on me. He proceeded to say I wish I could.This is the most unprofessional, low quality, nail salon i’ve worked at. All work should be guaranteed ALWAYS!I paid for a service and now I have to repay to get it fixed because they won’t take accountability for their poor work.

They are serious about callous removal! And, the pedicure chair holds your legs up for removal so you don’t have to!!! Finally! Super clean. Very nice remodel. Great atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Love this place!

First time visit with an appointment. Greeted brusquely by male tech and then ignored. Waited 45 minutes. No apology received. Prices are premium for location. Technician rushed. Good results. No justification for high price compared to competitors. As I was paying a manager gave me a gift card and apology. I will try this salon again, but prices are $10+ over competitors.

They are so good! My nails are never crooked and they make sure they fit my nail bed since I have baby nails lol

After making an appointment for 2 pm, I arrived at sat for 50 minutes. I had to leave for another appointment so I ended up leaving. No apology. They have done an okay job on my nails in the past, but there is definitely a management problem.

Was an amazing experience getting my nails done, extremely pampered and well treated, the only thing is the nails are mediocre for their prices, and its the only good nail place in Payson.

Went to nail envy for the first time 2 days ago. NHI did my nails. I went in with an idea for ombre dip powder nails. The nails came out great! The new look and feel of the shop was awesome. Everyone was very courteous. My complaint is that I think the $50 price tag (not including tip) should have included a full manicure, cleaning up my nails and cuticles, cleaning under my nails, giving the the lotion massage of my arms and hands. But nope, it just included the nails itself. Since it was the end of their day, they ask me to pay for it before my tech was done and I gave her a good tip. Had I known I wasnt getting all the bells and whistles, I would have tipped less.

I LOVE NAIL ENVY!!Michelle is the best nail tech ever!I get the powder dip and they buy high quality nutrient rich products that have strengthened my nails.. and they dont over sand them like past experiences Ive had !My appointment was at 12 and I didnt have to wait!Great color choices too!The salon is new, clean and decorated tastefully!So glad we have such a fantastic place to get my nails done in Payson!Thank you Michelle and staff!
