Walked in w no appointment for a fill and spa pedi.. I’m from out of town so my nails had to be redone completely and my feet needed acrylic removed. I appreciated the communication and suggestions based on the look I wanted. Overall a great place. I went somewhere before here and was asked to come back since my services would keep them after closing, but family nails spa welcomed me and stayed till the job was done an hour after closing.. keep up the great work!!

This is my second time coming here and I love it. I was looking for a nail salon moving here from a different state and this is my new spot. This is the first place I’ve come too where I got Dip polish and all my nails lasted 2 weeks without breaking/chipping.

This nail salon is one of the best I’ve been to. I’ve never had great luck with nail salons in the past but Family Nails Spa is amazing. I went one day after work because they are close to my job and I figured what the heck let me see if they’re good and I haven’t gone to any other nail salon since. Mia and Henry are absolutely amazing and you are definitely treated like family when you are here. They have a wide variety of gel nail polish colors along with color changing gel polish as well which is one of my favorite things to get when I’m here. I did a color changing polish one day and when I left I didn’t like the color it turned into it. I went right back and Henry changed it for me at no extra cost. They do get pretty busy on the weekends and sometimes there is a wait but Mia always lets you know there is a wait and how long you will have to wait. She always makes sure you know there is a wait and believe me, it is well worth the wait.

Called last moment to get fill in and pedicure. Owner and manager are family. Both do a good job on nails.Very meticulous. Prices are good. Not over priced. Definately going to return.

My nail tech did an amzing job cleaning my cuticles and getting rid of my almost ingrown toe nails. They were friendly and took me right away without an appointment.I understand why its called Family Nails because there was a little 2 yr old hanging out when i got my pedicure done. He was adorable and i have a little toddler as well so i totally didnt mind. I only bring this up because i know some people wouldnt care for it when getting a service done. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

I dont leave reviews, but I definitely loved my experience here. They did a great job on my unicorn nails and toes and have a great selection of colors. Its a nice family atmosphere and I felt comfortable even though I didnt know exactly what I wanted and Im shy, they helped me through it without making me feel like I should know the terminology 🤩

My new favorite nail salon! I came in missing two nails that popped off even though I just got them done two days earlier at another nail salon. Henry is amazinggggg! He took the rest of my nails off from the previous salon, and did a whole new set. I am so happy with how he did my nails! Perfectly shaped and painted, he even did two smokey nails that I asked for and they came out even better than I imagined! No other salon I’ve been to could do Smokey nails at all. I can’t wait to see what else he can do. Thank you so much Henry you’re the best!!

I have visited twice now and both times they have done a spectacular job! I have been searching for a nail salon in Hampton roads that is as great as the one I left in CA and finally found it here. Henry is amazing and did my nails SUPER short just the way I like them.

Wow, just wow. I dont think my feet and hands have ever looked or felt this great before, especially my feet. Honestly, they are like new. I try to keep on top of them while at home, but what I havent been able to accomplish in quite some time, was done in one visit here. Great personnel at the salon, very nice, polite & professional and hard working. I may not be back to this area for awhile, but if I am I will most definitely be back.

3 stars bc the gentleman that did my pedicure did an awesome job. I would give him 5 stars.The lady who did my full set, however did an awful job. They’re bumpy, crooked, and overall just messy. I have two irritated cuticles now as well. I think she was in a rush bc I was one of the last clients of the day, but I came in at 5:30 and they closed at 7.

Henry was such a sweetheart! My nails came out exactly how I want it. I wanted the almond shaped and white color and the shape is so perfect! Henry is so meticulous when it comes to shaping your nails unlike other nail salons that Ive been to. I must say when he finished, he took my breath away! It was fabulous! The price was outstanding! He has me as a customer! Thank you Henry, Ill be back!

This shop is amazing! Not only is it nice, clean and updated but they also have one of the best nail techs (Henry) working there. He takes his time on your nails and make sure that they are perfect. He pays attention to details and once you give him a idea of what you want he takes it and adds to it to make it everything you wanted PLUS MORE ! I will continue to return.

Amazing service! Henry and Mia made sure I was taken care of and comfortable the entire time. I also love that each nail station has a built in vacuum that helps make the experience as healthy as possible which is amazing since I’m 6 months pregnant (also provided me a disposable mask). I found this place on a humble my first week in Virginia and I love it. The service is wonderful, the people are professional and friendly. I got dip on my hands which usually will begin to lift after a week or so but this last for three weeks no lifting. Needless to say I’m back three weeks later for the same great service.

Fantastic experience!! Professional, extremely clean and super friendly staff. The massage chairs are amazing, not only do they massage your neck and back but your thighs and butt as well.

Great salon it was my first visit. I was apprehensive to get my nails done due to COVID but this salon made the visit relaxing and I felt safe and comfortable being there. They enforce the Phase 1 guidelines, they spray and wipe everything down between clients. It is by appt only so there is not a crowd waiting. If you want you can call and let them know your in the parking lot and they will call you to come in when your technician is ready. They even installed a plastic barrier between you and the technician when getting a manicure. I would highly recommend. Also, they are all so nice.

The customer service here was horrible. The worst manicure my sister and I have ever had. Nails began to chip the very next day with OPI polish??!!! No welcoming or friendly. It felt like if youre not spending a large sum of money, then they dont feel you derserve quality service.

I have been there twice. My first time I had went in there to get a pedicure but I also wanted a color change. I had just gotten my nails done literally the previous day. Mia had looked at my nails and asked me when was my last fill in I said yesterday she said no way! They look like they are 3 weeks old! I said whaaat! Really? She said yes and she continued to examine my nails and she was honest she said I don’t feel comfortable going over the other techs work because it is so bad. Please go back to them and ask for your money back because they didn’t take care of you and rushed on your nails and it’s horrible she said o would t mins doing your nails but please get a refund from them. After Mia was done with my nails I absolutely loved them! I couldn’t stop staring at them. I walked out with a smile on my face and also I knew I had found a new nail spa and guess what it’s called family nail spa! Such a great environment! Great people! I am glad most people had a good experience. It was my first and last time I will visit. I got a manicure and pedicure. They greeted me when I entered and the person doing my nails seemed nice but I didnt feel he was very experience. The water for my pedicure was hardly warm and the water for my manicure was cold. Iwas uncomfortable the entire time and could not wait to leave .
