I’m so disgusted with the way my nails are done. They are so bulky and not shaped well at all. I asked someone else to fix them and she said, she doesn’t provide the service I’m asking for (ombré)…with an attitude. I was charged $58 for a fill and one broken nail. I’ll never come here again!

This is one of the most elegant and friendly salons I’ve visited in years. All the services that I’ve received at this nail salon were beyond exceptional. I will definitely return again and again.

I found one of the best places for pedicures & manicures ! My hands & feet were very rough & I walked out of there feeling like I have new & clean hands & feet! I am extremely satisfied & definitely will return continuously .

Linh can take her time and not rush. She could be more attentive and thorough with nail services. My pedicure and acrylic nail fil was not good at all...my toes and skin were not smooth and she didnt polish the corners and side edges of my nails and toenails and didnt shape and buff them enough for smoothness. She charged me $5 to apply acrylic on one nail that was natural then charged $25 for the rest of the nails. She said by her applying acrylic on that one nail was considered nail repair but nothing was wrong with my nail, it was just bare...she did not clean under my toenails and i was not pleased with her service. She moves too fast too with that drill...$60 was way over charged and i didnt get gel nails. Is she state licensed?

Clean shop and good services. Good experience until everyone was asked to go to the Food Lion and get cash to pay for services. Should have been told in advance they only took cash.

If I can give this place 10 stars I would . This place is great . Clean, friendly staff, & good work ! They are one of the best !!

I cannot believe this service was so bad. The nail tech rushed through my spa pedicure and gel manicure. First the spa pedicure wasn’t remotely close to a spa experience. My feet are scratchy and all he did was basically rubbed product and rinsed. The polish is terribly uneven. That goes the same for my gel manicure. To add insult to injury they charged a whopping $75 and then had the nerve to ask for a tip to be added. That was a big fat NO and I will not return. I’m usually gracious about my nail salon experience but I was the only one there and there was no need to perform such subpar service.

This place is my favorite go to place for everything ! They are so nice & do good work !

I wish I could give them no stars. Dont go here. They are terrible. Went in for a mani pedi. The manicure was peeling off within the 3rd day. I go back to get them redone and they still attempted to charge me full price. I argued it and still had to pay $15. Ridiculous. They also only take cash but dont tell you that until the very end. Where they ask you to walk across the street to food lion to get cash for them. So weird. Will not be going back. Honestly just go to another salon there are plenty within another 5 minute drive.

All 3 workers are ALWAYS pleasant. My husband and I just left.. It was his 1st time having a pedi ever and he is still talking about his experience. Not worth the $30 youll spend on lashes. Lash tech rushed, I tried to have my lashes fixed but she told me they were fine. Individual lashes are cheap,not lasting for $30

When I first started going here the shop was clean and the owners Lynn and Kevin were very nice but now it seems like they rush and the quality isn’t even good for the price I paid. My gel nail polish came off in one day when they guaranteed me two weeks. I am very frustrated with this salon. It seems like they get worse every time I go in there. I’m only putting one star because I have to.

Do not use this salon. Do not let Lynn service you. This woman not only berated and humiliated but violently attacked a minor employee, all in front customers. God as my witness I will never use this place again, Ive never in my life been so appalled, shocked, and disgusted at the behavior of a middle aged woman. She should know better and she should definitely be ashamed of herself, but I think she was proud! I cant believe I have to give them 1 ☆!

Salon is exceptionally clean. Staff are nice and personable. I particularly liked nail tech Arisas work.

I wanted a full set with acrylic and gel polish but the man who did my nails kept insisting on me getting two color dip powder even after me saying no because “it’s better” so finally I said whatever and did it because i was tired of arguing. And then when I was done they’re 65$? Like what. And they don’t even look good. Very thin and splotchy in places. I definitely will not be going back and don’t recommend this salon.

I have been coming to this salon for the past year and half and I love it! Service is amazing! Kevin and Lyn are the best nail techs in the area! Go visit them, you will not regret it!

Lyn is my absolute favorite! She is so personable, always helps me with my colors when I can’t decide, comes up with the cutest designs and I am NEVER disappointed! As the owner, she has created an inclusive, comfortable, spirited atmosphere and I look forward to my Super Nails experience every time I visit.

Man decided ripping my nails off and giving me dip powder when i told him i wanted gel he took off my set that wasnt even old and charged me for a whole new set i just wanted gel and when i called on the phone and asked for price i was told $35 but got charged $80 definetely was furious. The nails are very thin and after telling him thin nails dont work since im a caretaker he still insisted doing thin nails.. Definetely will not be going back

Wow. There was a fight between two of the employees today, how unprofessional! Apparently they overcharge... dont get ripped out of your money!

They are way overpriced just to be another chop shop. The one lady is rude and the guy seems to be in his own world.

I used to love going there but I had an horrible experience these last couple times, their colors are not the same color as it’s displayed... Watch out for the mustard yellow and sliver... plus the lady got really defensive and called me a lair!!!

It was very clean. They used all new fresh out of the bag utensils. I got a pedi and they did not massages my legs and feet. They did put on a scrub and worked that a little. So pedi and gel polish was 45. Pretty good!

Eventide I go in here I love talking to these ladies. They take their time and take care of you. Im OK paying an extra few dollars. Always clean and always leave happy.

The staff is very nice they take their time the prices are decent. Its so pretty in the shop very spa like with relaxing music. the Pedicure chairs has these really fluffy pillows. I will definitely return!!!!!!!

First and last time coming to this place. First they were late as hell opening the shop and then I was rushed thru my pedicure. The lady, Lynn, I think her name is, she’s extremely rude and has an attitude problem. I plan to post my experience on my Facebook blog to my 100k followers.

My eyebrows were uneven when the man finished and my acrylics were uneven. Never going back!

I enjoyed my experience here when I came to get gel manicure done which costs $30. She took time cleaning my cuticles and the place wasnt crowded at all on a friday.

I love Lynn and Leah. I have been getting my nails done for the last 20 years and of all the places I have used or tried this is one of the best!

Not satisfied, not happy and definitely not coming back. The guy who did my nails was rushing in everything. He didn’t do what I want, he insisted something that more expensive and I have no idea to that. He didn’t clean my nails at all. And he charged me $60 and it’s really not worth it.

Super attentive staff. Always able to carry and hold a conversation. Unlike some other salons where staff speak with each other during your treatment in thier native tongue. Alway have been pleased with my nails as I am quitelling picky.

Very aggressive and violent to employees.

I went there to get a fill-in and they didnt take off all the nail polish so you can still see it. They charge you for ever little thing like outline of your French tip. Also my nail came off today that they put on and I just got them done two days ago. They just not worth the money. I dont think no one should go there because they dont take pride in their work.

Horrible. Rude staff. Way to costly. Did not do a good job. I will never go back.
