Thankful for the supportive supervisor. I put in a report to get my light fixed and they immediately came and fixed my issue. Love the new direction forest cove is going in.

I have been living out here for 5 years. I have had a several maintenance issues; however, they have been here to fix every problem and/or situation. I would like to thank the team working at Forest Cove Apartments as of 2018-2019, they are definitely on there game.

The neighborhood itself is not as bad as everyone makes it seem . The inside of the apartments are very spacious and beautiful. The management is another thing . They are rude and inconsiderate of the tenants. They are definitely here for the money . The maintenance men barely fix things . There is not a lot of consistency with management as well, which causes complications with tenants. It’s a great starter home, but i don’t recommend staying longer than 2-3 years

The maintenance crew is hard workers and always do a good job fixing stuff as soon as you call them

I have been living out here for five years . Services has been good in maintenance response time . The manager have been open minded and propt responsed. Good peoples to get along with the whole staff.

The management only cares about the money they can get. They make mistakes and then blame you for it. They also, cover up their mistakes. It floods out there really bad when it rains . The people out there are cool and everyone is nice. Everyone just trying to live and thats understandable.The apartments themselves are really nice and huge. But the people living out there deserve to have a management who understands them and listens to them, not one who treats them like the outcast or the nobodys of the world. They still pay rent.
