Lele is the best! I am never disappointed when I come here. They have very nice about fixing a nail if something ended up happening to it too. They are very detail oriented and very nice to their clients. I have been coming here since they opened the new location off of W.T Harris. I can’t say anything bad about my experience here so far. Would highly recommend.

Literally do not go here. The French tips I asked for looked really chunky and some uneven thickness. I asked for coffin which was $10 extra and got some rounded square shape. I went because they had a big new management 20% off sign and that shouldve been the first red flag. They didnt even give me 20% off but only gave me a gift certificate for my next visit. The seating has faux leather which most of the chairs are peeling. The only decent girl is Emily and everyone wants her so it’s hard to get an appt with her. I went in for a soak off and the lady legit popped them off which caused intense pain. She also tried to e- file my nails and made them even more tender. Dont waste your time here at this chop shop

I just want to say thank you to Emily for doing my nails. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with nail services and she put me at ease and knew exactly what to do! I came in to get my nails done, first of all they have a huge sign out saying “summer sale 20% off” which is false advertising. Because they only give u a gift certificate for next time. They also are super rough on the nails, they cut cuticles off and make them bleed. Then file your skin endlessly. Also she kept asking me to add things on, hey do you want your eyebrows done? Do you want your toes done? I don’t. Otherwise I would have said I did. I didn’t have a good experience!

I was so hurt today Oct 2, 2021 in front of my child they made me leave after I calmly asked why the 20% coupon wasnt valid today as online advertised. She said Ill have to get my new nails cut off, despite me saying I have plenty of money. I own income properties. Im dressed urban and she treated me as such despite my professionalism. She kicked me out for me saying its false advertisement. I felt belittled embarrassed and hurt my child had to see me treated like this. Ill be reporting them to NC state monday

I got SNS nails and a gel pedicure. I love the new managers who took over. This pic of my nails is after a week of getting them done. The staff are very nice and they offer drinks. Definitely will be returning. ☺️

My nails were nothing like I asked for. I had a new set that was ruined taken off just for them to put on a new set and ruin them again. All of my nails were different lengths and a lot shorter than requested because she couldn’t get the lengths to match. Definitely a waste.Place is nice and clean, that’s why I gave it 2 stars

I love Avalon! I’m never disappointed and they get me in and out quickly. They also get it right the first time, I don’t have to go back for repairs which is a testament to the high quality products. The owner is always so sweet and professional. It’s a great atmosphere and is clean. You won’t be disappointed.

This is my first and last time stepping foot into this establishment. Firstly I paid for 3 pedicures 2 full sets and a gel manicure. The gel manicure was poorly done and peeled the next day. One of the full sets were poorly done which caused the pinky nail to break 2hours after I got them done🤦🏾‍♀️. The next day my thumbnail came completely off and it bled so much there’s nothing but skin there like bare skin my nail is completely removed from my finger. One of the pedicures were rushed and sloppy. Although the service was nice. ALSO THE 20%OFF IS ON YOUR NEXT VISIT THATS HOW THEY TRICK YOU!!! If you want to damage your nails this is the place!

Walked in on Saturday and I tell you Emily was worth the wait. Very knowledgeable and creative and professional. It was extremely busy and I waited patiently and she delivered. Absolutely loved my experience here! All the technicians were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I watched how all the technicians treat other customers, and they all were so professional. Help me with the signing in on the tablet. They offer complimentary refreshments. The salon itself was nice, clean and in order. I had no wait time each time I came, which is always a plus. I followed my nail tech Lee Lee here to this location because she had always did a great job on my manicures/pedicures for years now. Always attentive to details. Quality is always a must for me, and so far Its been great. Plenty of colors/options to choose from. I always get SNS! I have had so many compliments on my last nail color. Prices are reasonable as well! Thank you for a great experience.

I got a pedicure done by Hannah and it felt like princess treatment, she had very good energy and great conversation. I loved The atmosphere and music !!! This has been my second time at this Nail shop and I must say I am very satisfied with their work. They are very talented and were soo professional. I have been to a Many nail shops in Charlotte and never been as satisfied with the work as I have been with Avalon. The METICULOUS way they took care of my pedicure win me over. I hate to leave reviews but I paid for a deluxe pedicure. I still tipped because I know they work to feed their family. However, this polishing job is not it. it didn’t even cover my toes. I’am so disappointed. I didn’t want to say anything because he was already working on another customer. $40 for my skin to still look dry and my toes to not be fully painted.

I am not one to complain, but this is the worst pedicure and gel manicure I have ever had. I was in there with my daughters and they were happy with their pedicure.Even though I have a 20% off my next visit I will not go back if this is not corrected.

I’m giving three stars because the pedicure ended up being $70 (including gel and gel take off) although i didn’t get all the services included like the hot towel and paraffin wax. I advised the woman that rung me up i did not receive all services included (per my choice due to time restraint). She said it was a combo and could not be changed to the regular pedi, so i paid to avoid the drama 🙃.

I love my nails but if I pay a 100 for a set they shouldnt be peeling the very same say. I went back again to fix it and it peeled once more which is upsetting. But the nails are very cute.

This place has good atmosphere but they falsely advertise 20% off. They gave me a coupon for 20% off and did not take off that amount only $10. They use the 20% off to lure people in but they don’t actually take it off. Horrible experience.
