The black speck in my thumbnail is an eyelash I keep calling no ones picking up and it has been days I had to catch my flight but I have been calling, but trying to catch all the money and rushing on customer nails is unacceptable

So I got a manicure and pedicure… when I got home I was cleaning my kitchen I bumped my hand against the wall (I promise it wasn’t hard) a nail broke, so I went back and got it fixed ($10) maybe 4 days later I was doing laundry (taking clothes out the dryer) I got a towel out the dryer and I attached to pop the lint off of it, another nail popped off ($10 repair) so a week after that I went grocery shopping, grabbed the bags out of the car (hands closed tight) 2 more nails break!!! At this point im over this whole set!!! I took them all off

When I called to ask how long it would take for a walk in for manicure and pedicure they told me it would take about 30 minutes. I got there and waited for probably about an hour and a half for anyone of the people that I had there to even sit down and get their nails done, there were people that worked there sitting down doing nothing and whenever I took my daughter to get her manicure and pedicure her nail polish came off the next day. I got acrylics and 2 broke off two days after I first got them.There was glue on my hand and and nail polish as well. They were not friendly and I will definitely not be going there again.

I came in on a Sunday got a fill in 3 repaired nails and a pedicure by Monday my nail had broken and polish chipped despite the fact it was gel polish on both. I came in on Tuesday the owner was very nasty and told me she wouldn’t fix it and ask who did my nails and I was charged 10 dollars. I wouldn’t not suggest them to anyone the owner is really de and nasty and also the nail techs

The man that did my nails was very unprofessional he was the only worker without a mask he talked and laughed loudly on the phone the whole time doing my nails. my left hand is very crooked and shorter than the right side, my nails hurt he kept drilling my skin I told him it hurt he kept going. he had acrylic everywhere including all over my nails its still there and my skin is stuck to the nails. the paint is messy he rushed the whole time and got upset because i didnt like the one letter i asked him to do on my nails i asked him to fix it and he just painted over and you can still see it the service is trash i give 0 stars

Very terrible service and customer service. They need to be closed. The girl at the first desk has a terrible attitude act like she dont wanna do nothing. They only take cash and they stay on they phone the whole time. I dont recommend anyone going here.

Don’t recommend this nail salon. Web states they close at 6, walked in at 4:55pm, advised of what service I needed them told we’re closing cause we want to go home. Mentioned the web stating closing at 6.

Nails was painted like a child I came back the next day and was cursed out by the man who did my nails on Easter. Service is terrible and they are very unprofessional

Went to Nail Up and Nails been DOWN ever since. Nail Wave had to repair and replace my nails.

Great quick service, great music, an amazing atmosphere,they always have a crowd unless you go during the days of the week and any special requests as far as designs they will execute it with no problem

This place is great..I repeatedly come here anytime I need my nails done. The guy, I forget his name but his mom is the owner, is amazing. He always knows the new trends, and will give you advice if you cant decide what you want! He takes his time and does a really detailed job. Every experience here has been great.. Its a small shop, but theyre slowly remodeling, and the interior is actually really cute. And the prices are really good!

Poor quality as soon as I left my nails were messed up. White polish terrible. The nail tech rushed through my nails so they were messed up. Will not return or recommend

Do not recommend this place one evening after work I was in desperate need to get nails done and went here the products they use are very old the nail polish remover I soaked my finger in burned and itched now Im fighting fingernail fungus my cuticles have been swollen since. Then for the pedicure I realize the lady didnt open a fresh sterile or new pack of utensils no bag to line the bowlI will never go back there. I would take jacked up nail polish any day versus fungus.

I got there in time to receive service. Asked for full set and pedicure. Sat in there an hour and 20 mins over to leave with nothing. The pedicure guy said he was leaving and the nail tech was very rude and loose at the mouth. Say there until 8:05pm. Wish she could have said no to service than allowing me to wait until other shops were closed and didn’t get serviced. Customer service is beyond unacceptable

Word of advice.RUN! and get your nails done right somewhere else. Went to get a pedicure with my mom.guy was gonna use dirty instruments on us till we said something then he went and put them in sterilization.soon as he got done with our feet. 2other lady’s came and sat in the same chair.He didn’t clean out the foot tub or anything! This place is NASTY! My mom nail polished rubbed off 2days later from wearing socks! I’ll never go back and will let everyone know not to either!

I had to give this hole in the wall at least 1 star just to leave a review. They’re not even worth that! I was headed out of town to be with a sick family member or I’d have gone to my normal place where they know what the words “customer service” mean. I sat down to get a quick re-polish on my toes. These 3 catty, nasty, UGLY workers sat near me and one specifically laughed and said “you need a pedicure”. They continued to laugh and try to humiliate me all because I didn’t have time to get what they wanted me to get. Not sure why they felt the need to joke because all of their toenails were so long they could climb trees. Nonetheless, their behaviors were extremely rude and disrespectful. Finally, I stated out loud “you guys sure know how to make your customers feel welcome.” The cowards were silent from that moment on. I let them know that it was the most uncomfortable experience I’d EVER had while paying for a service and they were too dumb to even apologize for their actions. Take your money to a place that is clean, updated, and has employees that know how to treat their customers. These ghetto hood rats take money from people while they sit and talk trash about them the whole time...in another language because they definitely didn’t have the nerve to repeat a word in English. They’re gargage and the place looks terrible. Do better 💁🏾‍♀️

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got acrylic nails done here before and gel polish on my toes and it was okay. The lady that did my nails that time was not there the most recent time that I went. I got my eyebrows done the next time, and the older lady really messed up my eyebrow. During my most recent visit, I got acrylic nails with gel polish and a gel pedicure... they both were horrible. Neither tech paid attention to detail. Very sloppy work. The nail lady was even in there speaking negatively about welfare and food stamps (like that matters or should even be talked about in a nail salon) and even said to me when I was looking for my debit card what? You dont have no money. She was just rude and naturally I am not a rude person, so I left her a nice tip (because thats how you treat ignorance). I will never return or recommend that establishment to anyone.

I used to love coming here now the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! I waited an hour and a half to get a pedicure and it’s barely anyone in here. I will NOT be returning. This place should be shut down!!

They do great with eyebrows but nails HELL NO! I’ve gotten my nails done twice there and each time after a couple days a nail popped off. Never again!!

I’ve been going here since 2015. I cut my own nails down because they were getting in my way with my job so when I went today for a fill I was charged for a cut down and told that I can’t cut down my own nails. How and they’re mine? How and I’m paying for them? How you charging me for a cut down and all you did was shape them and fill them; something you would have had to do anyway. They just lost a loyal customer 🤷🏽‍♀️

Lady with the messed up tattooed eyebrows was sooooo rude!!!! She walks around with a stank face or laughing and talking in her language. The chubby one on the right is rude as well. I will NEVERRRRR return! My nails where done by the guy on late Saturday evening my bill was a total of 105 dollars less than a hour after leaving one of my nails broke. I returned Sunday morning to get it repaired and AGAIN the lady with the messed up tattoo eyebrows was rude AGAIN she stated I would be charged for a repair ( Really didn’t feel like arguing) so I’m like yeah yeah whatever, the guy wasn’t in. I waited For over 40 minutes and was charged an additional 8 dollars to repair one broken nail that was done less than 24 hours ago no design no, nothing. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN PLEASE DONT!!! In Charlotte there are a few nice salons that do great work. I wish I didnt Have to give one star to leave a review

Never going back been a faithful customer for three years, they did my nails but couldnt get not one of those non- speaking English ladies. to do my brows And chin wax Something I get done every time I come plus I tip well . I found a new place NC Nails professional and they speak english.

In Charlotte visiting from Columbia, SC. Decided to get my nails done while Im here. HUGE mistake! For starters I got here a little before 2:30 pm. I am just now leaving at 6:00 pm. I tend to get my nails the same way so I picked my nail color & the glitter accent that I wanted. When it was FINALLY my turn they told me they didnt have the glitter accent color that I wanted. Very disappointing considering that none of the other colors matched my color scheme. I tried two other colors, both of which were ugly as hell. They redid them but I basically had to walk my nail tech through a freestyle design. Smh. I got my daughters nails & toes done with gel polish & they charged me $36 for her. Shes 9. Back home I pay $25 for the same service. I basically just paid $100 to waste over 3 hours of my life, only to be disappointed overall. Moral of the story: stick to the nail techs youre familiar with!

The worse service I have ever gotten! I told the girl my nails are sensitive but she continue to drill hard till my fingers felt like they were on fire. Their customer service sucks and the girl was rude to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dont go here please. The nail techs are very unprofessional. The fat Asain girl on the right soon as you walk in is very rude. She talk to me like I wasnt nothing cause I told her I wanted medium nails and she cutted them short. Not to mention she claim she is the owner. They open at 930AM it was 1130AM and it wasnt no customers.

Absolute worse experience at a nail salon in my ENTIRE LIFE!! And no, Im not exaggerating and yes, my ENTIRE LIFE! STAY AWAY! They are NOT good and their customer service sucks worse than their work!!

I have to say this is my least favourite manicure ever and I get them on the road often and am generally happy and impressed. Once I saw them in the sunlight, poor quality French line - uneven and rough edges. Not a high quality experience or service.

I took my little cousin who 14 years old to get her eyebrows wax the moment we ask to get them done and took her towards the back one the work said “we should call Donald Trump“my little cousin felt so uncomfortable and decide that we leave instead of getting them done smh never would I step foot In here

I came here 3 times 1st & 2nd time i was pleased it was OK... 3rd not so much at all I had gel polish on my natural nails 2 days later my polish chipped away and caused 2 nails to crack they looked a mess also half polished getto and thin looking polish & they charge way to much for your nails to chip and crack I will never go back

Hmgh..True story! Was leavin the Tisun and decided to stop here for services. Upon enterin this shop, there were no greetings; jus empty stares and frowns from almost every being inside. The salon was not bright or relaxing at all; u wouldve thought it was cloudy wit a chance o rain. Asked the one lady tech with the tatted eyebrows the length of the wait she said, Two minutes! Shoulda added a 0 cuz it was longer than twenty...but I tried my patience. Asked where the restroom was and proceeded to the dingy cramped little room. Had to tinkle bad BUT.....! As fast as I was tryin to pull my undies down, I couldnt pull em back up fast enough! After I seen roaches run into the POM tissue box, I shot out the restroom. Told the tech c u later n split. So needless to say, less u go to that Family Dollar a few doors down n get some RAID before u visit this shop, bypass this salon by all means. Nails Down↓!

Goof service and prices.

UNSANITARY! Toe nail clippers were rusty, nail file looked like it was just used on the pedicure before me, they used no type of cuticle oil or anything, did my entire pedicure without any products. Never in my life coming back. EVER.

I waa very dissapointed i just wanted to remove my acrylic nails and get a regular manicure and let my nails breathe the technician was very rude and did a terrible job i would never go back there

Ladies do not waste your time nor money, first off they used rusted clippers to trim down my nails,second my daughter could had painted my nails better my nails had to be fixed several times before leaving, my nails look horrid im severely disapointed I will not recommend nor will not be going back also my cuticle still hurts from being cut during the trim

Went to get my nails done two weeks ago and the nails came off, today 01-25-20 I decided to take the rest of myself and come to find out I have nail fungus I’m going up there today to request my money back and show them my nail or threaten to call health department!

It’s 9:50am Monday morning, still no sign of anyone. I’ve been here way before 930 and still nothing...
