This is a $70 set ! Shouldn’t have been any more than $40-50, s m h I rather go to someone’s house a t p, I can get designs & freestyle for $50 I’ve been coming here on an off for sometime an a t p I’m probably going to STOP ! Mr.Lee &thm knw me very well. Fix your prices ! Especially for loyal customers

Got there @ 12:15pm, asked if they take walk ins. They said they do. At that time there was 2 other customers in the salon that were already getting services done. I needed full set dip powder with a palm tree on my ring fingers.. They had me wash my hands, sit at the desk and a guy had me soak my nails. While soaking my nails, 2 other people come in asking for services. The guy offered his services to them, they asked for mani and pedi. I was sitting there forever, almost a whole hour soaking my nails. At this point another employees comes to start on my nails (now mind you they had already started services on more customers), she starts shaping my real nails, thats when I let her know that I told the guy I wanted extensions with dip powder. Dip powder took literally almost 2 hours. Never in my life have I had 2 hour dip powder nails. Asked for the nail design, she said someone else will do it. Now Im waiting on that lady to finish someone elses nails and eyelash extensions on 2 other customers. Let me tell you, the palm trees that I requested look like my 4 year old drew them. Asked how much it was, for the nails, she said $70. I said for what? She states to remove nails is this much, for shape is this much, for design is this much, for length is this much (mind you my nails are not even that long). I was in their salon from 12:15pm to 3:41pm. I cant make this s#!t up! I didnt even dared to do my toes, would have taken maybe another couple hours. Very very very disappointed. They are very unorganized. I would NOT recommend.

I always get my nails done here and everyone is so nice and friendly. Though there can be a wait cause it gets busy fast, its worth it to go. Everyone works hard and I love it there.

I had an appointment yesterday to get my nails done for a trip. I arrived at 4pm and signed in, the older gentleman took my temperature and the reading was 99, I stated maybe its from being outside since it was a 93 degree day. I stood in front of the fan for 10 minutes and he takes it again and says its risen to 100!!!. Mind you I work in a hospital and I am cheched everyday this day included. Now he has me terrified!!!!!! I have 2 kids and an older husband so now Im worried about me and them. I leave the nail salon and wait 15 minutes in the burning sun for my husband to pick me up. Im shaking and having a panic attack because thanks to Nail Shop Guy I think I have Covid-19. I go down the street to 2 stores looking for a thermometer. I get one no more than 25 minutes after leaving the nail salon and take my temperature a total of 12 times, under each side of my tongue and my armpit, the range was 97.3-98.8!!!!! Every time I took my temperature I got madder. I know people make mistakes and equipment may malfunction but now during this pandemic, giving correct information is extremely important. This man caused me to panic (thank God it only lasted 30 minutes), unnecessarily.AND AFTER READING ALL REVIEWS I SEE THEY ONLY RESPOND TO THE GOOD ONES!!!.

The people here are so kind! They make you feel like at home, their work is very good!

Went to get a pedicure, when it came time for the polish they moved me to a new chair and had me sit there for 25 min while they worked on two other people that came in after me instead. Ended up having to leave with no polish on

The managers are very friendly and do beautiful jobs I recommend this place

This review is better sweet as I loved to go to this place and thought I had found a place where I could be a regular! But the work here is not consistent. I went here recently and got very lumpy dip nails. I was also convinced to do a upcharge on my pedi. I was told it would be relaxing a great when in fact it was not, I was ready for it to be over. There was no pressure with the massage, it was quite pitiful. Very disappointed in the money I spent and promised myself I wont be back. Now I have to spend more money to get my nails fixed at the place I should have went to, even though I have to travel to get there. I am embarrassed, the quality of this set is worth $10 and no tip, it was rushed!... You get what you pay for? Not here!

Best costumer service and best nails. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years now. From Prom to Graduation,Wedding and Casual they do a very good job. If you want nails well done come out to foxy nails.

I always enjoy going to Foxy Nails. I especially like the work Linda does on my nails. Also cannot go wrong with Ms Mary if you need a pedicure.

The staff was polite and friendly, if only that same energy had been applied to my nails. Theyre uneven and all different shapes. The tech doing my nails rushed through the process because another customer was waiting on her. I was then passed along to someone else for my polish which surprisingly that tech managed to also mess up. I didnt bother asking someone to fix my nails because it was made apparent that nails arent a specialty for the techs working there. I can only speak for my personal experience and I wasnt pleased. As a new customer that lives in the area I was hoping to find a nail salon that was convenient. I will not be returning.

They do an amazing job. I usually have Linda or Habu do my nails and I am never disappointed. Linda is extremely talented to bringing a design in your mind to life on your nails. I highly recommend!!

I moved away for college, and I can’t explain how much I miss this nail salon. Where my college is and also in Charlotte, no nail salon compares to Foxy Nails. My nails were always very well done and could last 3 weeks or more with proper care. Everyone there could arch my eyebrows well and apply eyelash extensions exquisitely. I recommend this place if you live in Charlotte, because I only wish I could get my nails done by them right now

Ive been going to Foxy Nails since they were in Eastland mall. I always have a good experience there the owners husband or daughter are the only two that I ever allowed to do my nails and never have a problem. The prices are good and the selection of polish is great.

I only go to Yanna (spell check) for my toes and the owner or her 2 daughters for my nails. They are awesome. Cant remember their names but they sit in the first 3 chairs.

One of the worst experiences. My nail tech was not friendly and barely said hello. When I asked her to fix things she seemed to have an attitude. The place is very compact and not enough room for their clients. I wouldnt recommend this place if you like customer service and pretty nails.

Way overrated. The owner/boss lady has zero customer service skills. She acts like shes doing you a favor. ALSO if you dont know a specific technique dont mess up a clients nails...just say you cant do it.

Going for a manicure and pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. Employers are very loud and were communicating in their foreign language. I also felt very rushed eventhough I was there at 4:30 PM.

Nails look good fast service, but I dont like the credit card policy, they charged my credit card twice and I called and they said I would have to wait for my bank. Basically I bring cash from now on

I came here after I broke a nail and the acrylic fell off my nail. I got them done at a salon across the street and came here to get it fixed. Tony worked on my nail. Even though they didnt have a matching color I just chose a glitter polish. I shaped it perfectly (way better than the other place) and I was being picky about the thickness of my acrylic and he fixed it no problem. He was so sweet. Even though this shop looks very used theyre technicians are quality. Will return to try to get SNS done.

Absolutely lovely acrylic work, friendly staff, clean shop. I will be back soon. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, but you will not be displeased.

Worst set of acrylics I have had ever in life!! The nail technician did not listen to me after I told him that I had bubbles in the gel polish. He continued with the process and told me don’t worry. He finished my nails and guess what I still had bubbles. My polish was streaked and messy. The shape was HORRIBLE! My nails looked like chiclets.

Went to have my nails filled before there closing time 7:00 pm. It was 5:54pm an employee/family member walked over to the door and locked it as I touched the door handle. NEVER UTTER A WORD! The owners wife sitting there at her station we close, we close now! I said to them are you serious, look at the time ! THEIR TIMES ON DOOR STATE 7:00 PM. This was very unprofessional, uncalled for and just RUDE and not to say the least following the hours on the door...... I would advise to new patrons if your looking to find a salon who takes customers new or regulars NOT to go, I was a regular and shocked! regardless I would Rate them a negative Star

I so love this place n I have been to many! Great customer service, great nails n ddesign, excellent prices, but just make sure u get there cause once they r packed, their packed n u have ever to wait the next day, I love this place, by far my most favorite n they do my eyebrows excellent too.

I was here once before and it was ok enough for me to go back. The second time they told me it would be a 10 min wait. I signed in and sat down. 45 mins later and after they let four people go ahead of me I walked out. Never again!!

I used to love this nail salon but recently the technicians has become very rude and do not accommodate to customers needs. I called and to see if I can get a nail fixed that broke the next day and they stated that I could not get it fixed because it was a fill in and not a full set. I spend so much money in this nail salon and its not about the money which is only $3 to get the nail fixed but the principle of keeping and pleasing your customers especially when is not their fault. Lynn is the lady i spoke with and she laughed & giggled as i told her the situation. Sad but ill be going to another salon

I just walked out before she had the chance to glue on the nails. I could not sit there and let them give me an infection. They had old clipped acrylic nails on the station where she told me to sit. I waited to see if she would clean the station off first, nope she proceeded to start. While she used the drill on my real nail, I look over and sae the tech next to her pull out already poured purple liquid out from under the station, dip a used brush in the liquid, then into the acrylic powder and proceeded to start the girls nails sitting next to me. Thats when I stood up and told the tech no thank you and that they needed to be a lot cleaner with their practices. Lots of other things were wrong with this place, but I think Ive posted enough.

We were in there for about 25 minutes, got a pedicure and was suppose to get a full set done but was told it would be a 30 minute wait when I already waited 20 min after being seated for my pedicure. The wait is way too long

The service at this place was horrid from the moment we walked in the door. We were not greeted. We signed in and sat down to wait. Three other customers came in behind us and was served before we were even spoken to much less acknowledged. I grew upset the longer I waited. The ones tjat are already reacieving service are looking at me like Ive been mistreated. If you want a horrible mother daughter evening out come to foxy nails. They will definitely make you feel unwanted no where near foxy.

Beautiful spa, nice new equipment, excellent and very attentive staff. Clean and very organized.

Horrible service. Waited 2.5 hours and they kept putting people in front of me. Spoke up about it and manager got an attitude. I asked for the owner and she said she doesnt know. I recorded her. I will never go back. This was my 2nd attempt trying them again. I stopped before because I came in every 3 weeks for same service and the price was never the same.

They dont speak English and always they try to charge me extra! 😔 before they have better service!

I love this place they do such good nails

Ive visited this place atleast8 times and 80% of the time Ive noted huge issues with sanitation, use of same tools and filers for multiple customers, carrying used cuticle tool in pockets to be used, the dropping of items on floor and never to replace with sanitized new tools but simply picking up off floor and resume using.

They always do a good job, and have plenty of staff to care for their customers.

I got my nails done Saturday and when I left my nails still was bending so I call back up there and she told me to come back Sunday so I did and she put glue Under my nails which you can see.. Two nails are already broken.

Ive been going to this place off and on for probably 4 years. It gets worse and worse every time I go. I went last year and they were rude & didnt even do a good job with my nails. About a week ago I didnt have time to go any where else so I decided to give this salon one more chance & of course I was disappointed. My acrylics felt like they were going to pop off the next day, a week later here I am & every nail has chipped on the side and the polish has ugly bubbles all through out it. Im not pleased with this place at all & I would not recommend to anyone.
