I remember my first time I came my co worker told me about here. They took me and they only had maybe 30 minutes before closing and stay over to satisfy my needs. Not only then but a few times. This nail shop has been the best I have been to since I moved to the Charlotte area. Wonderful customer service very friendly and positive environment. David is amazing! He did my nails and I was not able to come back for a month, but in that time my nails grew so much and my overlay did not lift at all! They do everything lashes, brows, pedicures one stop shop! I found Nail Max via reviews and pictures of current customers. My nails look okay, far more better than when I arrived here. My nails look kinda wide at the top, but they are square. A bit pricey in my opinion, but I am a college student (budgeting).I would try this place again. Jenny did my full set and she is very kind as well as her husband David.

Nail style was not what I asked for. Residue all on my cuticles and was so ruff my finger started to bleed. Tech still put curing gel over the wound.

Love this place. Mr. and Mrs David... The owners took such good care of me. I havent treated myself to a pedi in 6 years and he offered me this amazing charcoal deluxe pedi that has left my feet feeling like i walked on heavens clouds. Hes very professional and kind. Called to see price since I just moved to area, the lady said I don’t know. Still Decided to try them out, the lady who did my nails at chair 7 rushed through my nails skipping steps and my nails lifted after a week and a half. Not one to tell people how to do their job but I get my nails done twice a month for years, I appreciate and memorized the process.

I’ve been coming to this nails salon for over 4 years and I never had a problem until now. I got my nails done (07/09/21 Friday)and it’s already chipped, my nails are uneven not shaped. Whoever the new lady that is working in there is horrible. She rushes while doing your nails like it’s a competition. I called today and talked to Jenny husband and told him what happened and asked if I can come get them fixed. I told him I couldn’t come today (07/10/21 Saturday) and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. I asked if I came come Tuesday but he said yes but I have to be charge because it’s too late.. I will never come back. Horrible service.

I love this location. They are NOW BACK OPEN after being closed for 3 months due to Covid. They have put rules in place and taken measures to make us feel comfortable. They are very clean. They have placed plastic shields at each station in between the workers and customers to encourage social distancing. There is no more waiting in the salon if you aren’t being serviced, so there won’t be a lot of people in the salon at one time. Always a clean, friendly, quick, lasting service when I come here! I recommend 100%

Nail max on wendover is a wonderful place to go and get your nails done they are fast and efficient and also very friendly every time I come there I live on the other side of town but I still choose to pay my friends a visit that’s how good there work and customer service is ! They have many many manny colors to pick from including a wall full of gel colors ..very talented workers !

The young lady on the end is very rude and she rushes ... this was my second time coming back the first time she cuts and didn’t clean my nails properly I had lent in my nail polish and I even tipped first time ! I come back today and get cut down and white base coat with neon green however the gel polish wasn’t dry so it looked bulky she catches an attitude and says someone else can do it instead she should’ve corrected her work because I’m running late now I’m pushing for time ! I’m so upset
