Ann was so amazing today! I normally HATE getting my nails done because of how long it takes and I’m very picky about the cleanliness of the salon. Let me tell you… this was THE BEST experience I’ve had with an aesthetician! The salon was clean and updated. Ann was quick but meticulous with my pedicure and manicure. I am just visiting Charlotte for a wedding, but this would definitely be my favorite spot for getting my nails done. Highly recommend!

My friends and I went for a signature spa pedicures and we were disappointed with the service. They barely buffed our feet, the pedicure was supposed to be 30-35 minutes, they basically finished in 20. I would not recommend, they ripped us off. I’ll be going to another place next time, it seemed like I just paid for the prime location but nothing else.

The atmosphere and decor of the Salon is very nice. My wife loves her nails after having the tech go back and touch up the imperfections. Three stars because I set up an appointment for my wife and three of her friends. However 2 of the 3 ended up still having to wait over 20mins before being seen.

This place is nice and efficient, but they are too worried about getting you in and out than they are about actually letting your nails even dry between coats. It didnt matter how long Isnt there, it seemed like there was no was I wasnt going to smudge them. At least when the smudge did happen, they were willing to fix it on the spot. They were also very kind to my daughter. The 4/5 stars is more so about seeming to care more about customer turnover than getting it right the first time and taking their time.

Pros: The massages were amazing. Tina was very nice. She asked me if the water was comfortable. I love the gel color on my toes.Cons: 2 of my fingernail beds bled. The service felt a bit rushed. My right big toe was a bit lopsided, with the right side of the toe with a bigger incline than my other 9 toes. She charged me $38 instead of $35 for gel manicure without telling me why. I should have asked. Online its listed as $35. If prices have changed, the online prices should be updated.I hadnt been here in a long time. I thought maybe they had improved. I was wrong. 8 hours later and my right big toenail is sharp and still hurts. I should have stuck with my gut and gone to villa nail spa in Monroe thats about a year and a half old. They continuously have discounts for Manis and pedis. They care about the work they do and take their time. They are also less expensive. Their quality is much better.I dont think it would have done any good to say anything because you cant put on a nail after clipping it, nor can you heal the cuts.I will not be returning. From reading previous responses from the owners telling people who had negative experiences they are sorry they felt that way, without taking responsibility of the technicians being at fault, I dont need that type of response. It was not my fault. I hope my review can help others.I was also told that Id be the only person in the salon. After arriving, 6-10 other people followed me in. When I told the guy at the front desk I had been told it would be just me, he laughed.

Really nice and clean. Went as a group and they were in a rush to get us all done. I still rated as a 4 because they obviously have the skills and equipment and staff was very nice. Good wine and champagne were given to anyone interested. A week later and toes look good.

My daughter and her friend got pedicures at this nail salon. The pedicures were very disappointing. They took 10 minutes and rushed through the pedicure. I feel they may have been not taken seriously with no parent being there. I called and was offered a gift card for part of the service, with no apology for the bad experience. Just really disappointed in this nail salon. I would expect much better service. We will opt for one of other nail salons in the area next time.

Very nice in appearance however, as someone else mentioned the services delivered did not equal the appearance. I had the top level manicure,pedicure and facial booked. Never received a confirmation from the online booking so I called and confirmed. However, when I arrived the technician did not know what services I had scheduled. I could not recall the exact names only that they were the top levels. I did opt to change to the middle level pedicure as it took so long to get the services figured out. then after the manicure ( and I received the wrong one despite saying I had scheduled the top one ) and feet were done I asked about the facial only to be told the person who did facials was not there.I had scheduled the appointments over 2 weeks in advance, called and confirmed, told the receptionist, written it on the sign in sheet, and had been sitting in the salon for 2 hours and no one had told me that the $ 100.00 facial I had scheduled, and made the one hour drive for, could not be delivered.Overall, just mediocre .

I don’t usually do reviews at all but I had to warn people about Anthony Vince nail spa. Saw this nail salon online and it looked very clean and was open on Sunday. However, DO NOT GO HERE. The tech burned my nail and I got up and walked out in pain. I will never return here. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Aesthetically pleasing inside the nail spa and outside . The problem was the service. The minute I sat down the nail tech immediately put the acrylic nail on my nail. He didn’t file, shape or manicure my real nails at all . First flag that made me feel he was unexperienced. Then he caught an attitude because he cut the nails shorter than my liking & I told him I wanted them a little longer. I then asked to be served by someone else & he said “wait over there then” & he started speaking in another language (obviously about me ) to his co worker . Just because you are speaking another language doesn’t mean I can’t tell you are speaking about me . So I get moved on to a woman nail tech. She didn’t shave me thumbs evenly . One was much wider than the other and I tried explaining it to her and showing her multiple times but she kept filling the other nails down obviously not understanding what i was saying . I eventually said forget it and just let it be . She ended up doing a very good job . The next probables was at payment counter. They charged me $80 after I was told by the first nail tech the exactly style that I wanted to as $75. I told this to The Who I was assuming was the manager at the cash register. She started saying that it was because I got a style and I stated to her that I was told with the style I had i was informed was $75. She then speaks another language and says she will honor it. Very unprofessional . One person says one price and the other person says another price . Then after I tip I ask for my recipe and say “thank you” and her response was “ uh huh” . No “have a good day “, no “ thank you come again” just “uh huh”. Not sure what the attitude was about when she was the one who made the mistake. She should have apologized but she gave me an attitude as if I did something wrong . Very unprofessional not to wish a client a good day or give a thank you when they just spent money at your establishment . Will not be coming .back here

I am very picky about my nails and a friend recommended this place to me. Diane was quick, professional, clean, and did an amazing job! I wanted a pastel yellow SNS but the one they had was to sheer. I picked a different color and this is the best SNS I ever had. While my nails were drying Diane found a way to make the pastel yellow not sheer, so I’ll definitely be coming back, thank you Diane!

Not sure if I caught her(Kayla) on a bad day or what but my nails are awful. I was just ready to get out of there. She didn’t speak or say anything besides when I asked her something. And when it was time to get my money . My nails are crooked and uneven. I got a full set and you would’ve thought I asked for something extraordinary but I didn’t. I wanted short and blue. That’s all. They charge to pretty much add any shape to the nails so they are square and that was $35 when most people charge $25-$27 for a full set. So I would expect to not have any issues whatsoever. She didn’t offer me a drink or nothing. Most people go to the front to dry their nails, but she just left me there sitting with my nails in front of those fans. I think I may not be coming back here again. I did mess my middle nail getting Wallet out my purse but that was the least of my worries.

The best service I’ve received at a nail salon in the 4 years I’ve lived in Charlotte. My nail technician, Chloe, was not only skilled but very friendly and great company. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had such a great time here and incredible service this was one of the unplanned things that we decided to do at the last moment and were highly impressed. We were very fortunate that they left us in the massage chairs for our manicure as both of us were quite pregnant.

Today (Feb. 27, 2019) I came in for my second visit at 12:30. I was supposed to have an appointment with Pamela. On my first visit I got SNS with ombre and marble. She did an amazing job and after she finished, she said that she set up her own appointments through text and gave me her number. I set up an appointment with her on Saturday (Feb. 23, 2019) via text and she said that she would write me down, but I found out today that she did not! She called in sick and I drove 32 minutes today for an appointment that I thought I had, but I was not even in the system. This is not even the worst part.Since Pamela was not able to do my nails today they found someone else who was going to do my nails. I had a specific design that I wanted but I was willing to be flexible depending on the nail tech. They found a nail tech, named Linda, who said she could do the design, but she was not capable of doing the design. I found this out after sitting with her for over 30 minutes while she tried talk me out of getting the design that I originally wanted. She was also trying to up-sell me. I told her I could do one SNS color with rhinestones. I decided this after she showed me an ombre (her own work) that looked horrible, she also showed me a picture from google as if it were her own work.After we finally came to conclusion on the design, I asked her to file my nails instead of cut them, before putting the tips on. Linda, proceeded to tell me no after filing only 3 of my nails. I proceeded to tell Linda that I would just get a soak off and come another time. When she realized I was leaving, she tried to beg me to stay and said now she can file the nails. I left with my nails looking a mess and I even called back after I left to let me know about my experience, as I did not want to cause a scene while I was there. They have yet to get back to me about my refund, after they said they would be calling me today. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Very disappointed. Its been a year since Ive visited this spot and the first experience was nice sorry to say I dont feel the same. Came to get basic pedicures for my son and I which is listed as $30. The two ladies literally spent 10-15 minutes on our feet got to the register the total was $64 I asked why the guy told me its $2 extra because of covid and supply increase which is on a sign he has laying on the desk in front of him so of course no one can see it nor was anyone told to be sure and read the sign before they agreed to services. I definitely could have went somewhere else and paid 25$ for a pedicure for 30 mins and some!! Even my 11 year old son can see past this non sense

I had a wonderful pedicure experience with Anh! Everything was hot, she gave a wonderful massage and was attentive to making sure I felt relaxed and enjoyed every part of my experience. Everything was clean and I didn’t have to ask for anything. I left feeling no question that I will be back again! I really enjoyed the lemon grass herbal option but the options are endless! I have been here twice now and I only wish I found Anh sooner!!! A true gem!

Anh gave me a fantastic pedicure. Wonderful massage and a lot of attention to detail. I will definitely ask for Anh again. I am giving 4 stars because my manicure with someone else was 15 minutes long and she did not take the time needed. Another customer else walked in and she hurried to finish mine. So I don’t want the so so mani to take away from Anh’s excellent pedicure but I could have done a better mani at home.

I’m SO disappointed. I scheduled a mani pedi for me and my friends in advance. When I got there, I felt extremely rushed. When I sat down for my pedicure, the water was boiling hot and I couldn’t even soak! Linda went straight into removing my polish. After that, I got a gel mani and asked for oval shape. My nails were so pointy, they looked like rounded cones. Really disappointed in my service.

I don’t do reviews but I felt this time I had to do I came into get a pedicure and gel sculpture nails and the first lady who was doing my pedicure was really sweet and did a great job until it was time to do my nails I got passed to another lady, I told her I wanted gel nails and she pulls out acrylic powder after I told her repeatedly I wanted gel sculpture also she kept complaining that sculpture nails weren’t easy and that I need to get them shorter. all of her coworkers came to watch her do my nails which made me uncomfortable and I think one of them was the manager or boss I don’t know but he was watching her and told me I should have gotten tips instead since it was difficult for her. That comment was unprofessional. The place was overall really clean, when I first walked in everyone was really nice. I wanted to like it but My nails came out very bad and they charged me $90 for nails that are already starting to lift when I had just got them done TWO days ago

Today was not a good experience, Lisa was rushed and rough, had a manicure and pedicure. Did not clean under my nails and every nail a different size and shape. I complained but my concerns were ignored. Last time I went it was a different person and my gel was a mess. Some nails bubbly and some not enough gel.I’ve also gone before and it was perfect.Do not consistently good or bad. I’m not going back. More bad than good.

Nice looking salon. My tech did not seem very confident in her skill and my thumbs are thick, Maybe she was tired. Unfortunately I paid $48 for a fill with gel polish before a tip. Im pretty sure the cost was more because of the zip code. I will not be going back.

My daughter and I had an appointment today. We both had a pedicure and dip manicure. Both are complete and under an hour we were done. Service was terrible caliber of technicians was terrible I took the nail file from my technician And filed my own nails. She did not clean her tools I had to ask her to clean them. Overall the worst experience we have had in Charlotte since being here 2 1/2 years. The only reason I came here we recently moved to South Park.I will drive to Ballantyne to Daily Details any day over this overpriced poor quality dirty salon

I am a nail tech. I was in Charlotte for my birthday and wanted some pampering so I went to the shop to get my nails done. I showed a picture of an ombre style i wanted. What I gott was AWFUL. I even had to take the file and show them how to shape myself. They were very nice but for what they charge, the work needs to be MUCH better. Perhaps this is because i have a great mentor and could have done this better in my sleep. The salon is very pretty and the people were nice but I would have rathered them tell me they didnt know how to do what I wanted than make me a guinea pig and my nails are BAD.

This place is AMAZING!!! I have been coming here for about 3 months now and will not go anywhere else. The service is great as well as the personalities of the staff. I see Mindy, who is absolutely fabulous!! I feel like I have not only found someone who does a great job on my nails but I have also found a friend. I totally recommend this nail salon.

I was visiting this beautiful city and I needed my nails done as well as a pedicure. I am so happy that I found this amazing salon. Kenny was the phenomenal nail tech that provided my services and he did an absolutely beautiful job!!! My nails are gorgeous!! My feet look and feel amazing!! Definitely disappointed in today’s visit. I started going to this salon 3 months ago and it was great. I went in today to get gel instead of SNS because the dip powder is awful for my nails. It breaks after a week. So I decided to do Gel. The first nail tech did not know how to do gel with a tip & so another tech came and finished the job. My nails look awful. I spent 2 hours to get this done and I was frustrated. I did not have any more time to let the nail tech know the job was done horrible. After this experience, I will not be going back.

I went there with my co-worker a few days ago to get pedicures for my birthday. I want to just start off saying I really enjoyed this place so much and I will definitely be going back! The ambience amazing, almost like a Romanesque theme with romantic undertones. The service was FANTASTIC! The front desk was nice and the woman, Mindy, who did my signature spa pedicure was so sweet and did a great job on my feet. I even got glasses of complimentary wine, loved it!! I felt for my pedicure, prices were reasonable especially with the service and attention I got. $37 and it was not rushed. If you do go there just know its new and its location is located isnt in plain view.

This place is fantastic! It’s absolutely beautiful and the entire place was extremely clean (you could even see into the room where they sterilize everything). They immediately offer you a drink and have you pick out your color from their extensive inventory. Michelle did an incredible job on my feet (signature pedicure) and my manicure (gel). Their attention to detail is fantastic. Next time I’ll probably try their SNS manicure (1000 colors). Ask for Michelle or Kendall and you will not be disappointed! Anna did my nails for my birthday and she was fantastic!! I’ve been coming here since November 2017. I’ve always been happy but Anna made things great. I switched my nail shape to the coffin style. She also did a sparkle finger for me as an accent. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

This has been one of my best nail salon experiences ever!! I had a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The pedi was given by Andy and he was great!! It felt like heaven. Ann did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I would like to note that my pedicure isn’t even finished yet, but I have been treated so well here that I can’t wait to post a good review. This is my first time here, and I spoke with Kendall over the phone, who told me they had time for me. I walked in to see her waiting for me, signed in, picked out my color, and was sat in my pedicure chair with a refreshment of my choice immediately. Everyone is so nice, the atmosphere is perfect. Great lighting, good music choice and volume, interior design is perfect for South Park. Andy is currently doing my nails and he is so sweet and unbelievably gentle. The weekend prior to my surgery I just wanted to relax and clear my mind. I choose this place because of the reviews. This was my first time visiting in which I mentioned to the lady at the desk so of course I didnt know the process but just like any nail salon after I checked in I picked out my color. I found a seat and waited to be called. I watched as others came in and serviced before me (they didnt have appointments). Again because Im trying to have a relaxing weekend I say nothing. Once I was call my technician name was CINDY she was so DETACHED and RUDE. I got the basic pedi because Id just gotten a deluxe 2 weeks prior. This lady clearly didnt want to service me. However during my S&S I told her that I would be writing this review oh she then became soooooo nice and caring. I paid for my services and gave the tip to the young technician who was giving awesome service to her customer. I was very disappointed in this establishment.

I just moved here from Los Angeles and this has to be the best nail salon I have ever been to. Super clean, professional and the people speak fluent English! I had Kayla and although she took a long time it was worth it (got a fill-in gel manicure and it took almost an hour and a half). Im definitely going back.On another note, the prices are a bit high but theyll give you complementary water, soda or wine! Plus the facility is brand new and absolutely stunning. Give it a shot...so glad I did.

This nail salon is the nicest salon I have ever been to. Its very clean and up scale. I do the SNS nails with either Mindy or Kayla. They both do a great job. The pedicures are awesome. Give this salon a try you will not be disappointed.

I think the other nail technicians are probably great, but unfortunately mine was not. She didnt understand what I meant by my fake nail needs to be removed and taken off. She also used a tool that was used on my nails on her own nails. Unprofessional

I just found my new Nail Salon!. I needed to get a Gel Manicure and Pedicure for an upcoming wedding. Read the reviews and decided to give Anthony Vince a try. I am so glad I did!! The interior is beautiful and welcoming, the atmosphere, relaxing. All the employees were wonderful and attentive. I was welcomed as soon as I got in the door, seated within minutes and offered a beverage. Kendall, my technician was sweet, personable and listened to my comments and concerns. I was debating whether to go with Gel or SNS and she patiently explained the difference between the two. Even after almost completing my manicure, she offered to let Mindy complete the SNS portion as she stated she was not experienced enough yet and she wanted it right and for me to be happy. I loved her honesty (I stayed with her and did the Gel). She did a fabulous job on both my toes and nails. Not one time did I ever feel rushed or uncomfortable. This is the best salon experience I have ever had. Give Anthony Vince a try - you wont be disappointed. Thanks Kendall!

My nails were done beautifully.......and then they started breaking!!! Within 1 week of paying $72 (and a $12 tip) for my coffin shaped pink and white ombré nails—2 nails break. I’m a stay at home mom. I don’t do anything strenuous, my nails have never broken sooner than 2 weeks out! One broke in 5 days, another in 7 days, another in 8 days, and another in 10 days. I don’t know if the products they are using are new and therefore the nails weren’t strong enough, but I’m new to Charlotte, I seek out the best nail bars wherever I go. This has NEVER happened to me before. I get acrylics because my nails are fragile and break easily. Why would I pay so much for top notch nail service, just to have my nail enhancements break just as easily as my real nails!I scheduled for a 2 week fill in before leaving my appointment for this set. Please believe I will be cancelling and trying another nail bar. I Would hate to have to ride back to raleigh (Paris nail bar) every 2 weeks just to get my nails done.

I’ll definitely be coming back ! The salon is the nicest I’ve ever seen! The prices are great and the people there are very sweet!

Had a birthday girls day here and it was amazing. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back !!!!

LeLe was my nail tech! She was amazing! I brought my boyfriend in for his birthday for a little relaxation and pampering! He had a wonderful nail tech as well! They do such a great job! I always get the AV Pedicure. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Ask for LeLe she gives a wonderful massage!
