Got my nails and toes done here. And less than a week later they were messed up.

I love this place always nice and clean, excellent customer service!!! This is the only place were I will get max waxing needs. And their nail salon is super great, I have try many other places but I always go back to Organikos because there is no compare to the quality and service they give.

Went here today. My nails look lovely! This is the best salon I’ve been to and I’ve been to 4 others in Charlotte. They even included a sugar scrub and I work at a coffee shop and bake things so I am constantly burning my hands and washing dishes in dish soap and they were as dry as a Popeyes biscuit but I left with soft hands and a fresh set exactly how i pictured in my head!

I have been going to this establishment for over 4 years and staff has been very consistent. Very clean and professional and staff are always friendly. I am really picky about my pedicures and manicures but they certainly exceed my expectations. Eyebrows, it is as if they have magical hands. I go in with this thought “surely they cannot fix these eyebrows” and then they make them look new. I love, love, love this place. Thanks guys!

Love this place! My only complaint this time around is the little bubbles under one of my nails. Pedicure was phenomenal and the everyone was kind.

Not upscale but, nail technicians are all meticulous with their skills. The environment is clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend going.

I visited the salon today for the 1st time since COVID changed our world. As always the quality of service was 1st rate. Additionally the salon took all the necessary precautions to keep themselves and their customers safe with social distancing and limiting of customers in the salon at one time. thank you!

This place is a hidden gem yen is absolutely the best this was my first time going and as a male I was nervous about the whole thing but she calmed me down and it turned out to be the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time deff a for life customer now!

This place is amazing. Best pedicure I’ve ever experienced. Tina helped me out today and did an outstanding job. She took her time and gave me great recommendations. Definitely found my new nail spot.

Not even finish with my pedicure and had to start this review. This young lady doing my feet is absolutely wonderful! She is taking her time and clipping the skin from around each toe nail. Now this is important because this is the part most places rush through. Im from out of town and been to many spas and nail salons...this place is the best by far!

I started going to Organikos to a few months ago, and can attest to how friendly the people are, the attention to detail, and the competitive prices. They do take a little longer than other places, but if you have the time it is definitely worth it. I always leave satisfied with the results!!!

I had a similar experience that most people who wrote a review say they have had. I was not aware that they closed at 7 PM, I walked in at 6:30, and didnt leave the building until 8 PM. None of the staff complained at all about staying late to help me and when I walked in, they didnt tell me that they were about to close and to come back another day. The women at the salon were 100% professional, kind, and willing to help. I will be returning as soon as I hit 2 weeks. On top of the great customer service, my nails look better than they have in years. 👌🏽

This place is not clean. I didnt see them open any new tools or wash the ones they were using in between people. When I was getting my manicure the guy kept laying my hands down on the bare tabletop on top of someone elses nail clippings! During my pedicure one of the ladies was trying to get out my ingrown toenail (without asking) and 2 days later I woke up with an infection there. Had to go to the dr and then the foot specialist to have the nail removed and treated. My nails looked great, but not worth the infection and multiple doctors bills. Photo is less than 2 days after my pedicure.Edit: They contacted me to see how they can make things right. They asked for me to come in to have a look at it. I then explained that I already had a surgery to remove the nail and infection and that I would not come in there again, especially with an open wound. They refused a refund.

The mom and daughters who work there own the place and they are attentive and courteous. They do the best pedicures in town hands down and I also get SNS here which a lot of places dont offer. Waxing services are okay. It can get busy in there and sometimes the wait is long, prices are fair

I had a great experience tonight at Organikos. The staff was very kind and professional. They stayed 45 minutes after close to take care of me. They didnt rush through and took time as if I arrived at opening. I enjoyed my experience and will go back again!

SNS service was great. I went on a busy Friday evening and staff was still very attentive and my nails came out lovely! Very clean too.

Came here from out of state for work and desperately needed SNS fill in and gel pedicure. GREAT customer service! Took a little longer than usual but the end result was worth the wait!

Walked in and was seated quickly. I got an acrylic fill and the attention to detail was impeccable. Ill definitely be coming back!

They just redecorated. Its amazing. Always my go to for my nails.

They get a 2 starts because ladies were nice but my pedicure was not done right. She barely scrubed anything. Massage on my feet was good but the girl who did my hands rushed trough it even though I was the only one there and barely touched my hands. Nail polish is on my cuticles and I could have done this myself. My nails were not shaped the same. They are cheap and that is what you get. Cheap service. Wont be back. I gave them 2 visits and I m done.

I had a really good experience. Their phone wasnt working when I called around 10:30am and 11am and they were open, so I was confused. Anyway, I went to get an SNS and my nail tech did an amazing job. She was very thorough. She asked if I was in a hurry, I said no, but Im glad she had the opportunity to take her time and do my nails right. I didnt have a good experience with Zen Nails doing my SNS. Good customer service, nice bar setting, and I will be going back.

The owners daughter works there and she is very rude to customers!!! Consistently rolling her eyes and doesnt speak very nice to customers. And there is one young chick that works there and she minds everybodys business. Not worth going back, although the owner did a nice job on my nails.

THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AS I KEEP COMING BACK AND I LIVE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN.

I had experience at few salons but Organikos is the best at pedicure and SNS. Other salons just have normal scrub and mask when they do pedi, but here I was serviced the organic stuff like Green Tea, Ginger, Olive, Coconut oil, Lavender oil etc. I have an old callus at my heel and big toe but she take time to remove it all. And they do SNS look really natural and professional. Good customer service, nice bar setting, and I will be going back.

I decided to give them a try because I needed a new salon ... the salon is clean but the staff are slow !!!!!! I was the first person to enter the salon and didnt leave till almost 1 !! I got a full set and a pedi !! Two different males did my services and they both were slow!!! I had a wedding to attend and they continued to move slow ! I will not come back because the services are high and the workers seem like beginners!! If Im paying for luxury I should receive luxury service... I waisted my time and money on crap nails and a poor pedi !!

Tran and her Mom are the best. Very detailed work. I love to unwind with a glass of wine, free wifi, and perfect chairs. Great product selection too with SNS, OPI with uv gel, Perfect Match, Cuccio, Kara Sky, etc

Clean place but every time I go they make up something to add to my bill which makes it over $75, thats too expensive for a nail salon which has happened 2 times. The woman that did my pedicure scrubbed my foot so hard that my heel hurt.

Terrible no sign of washing utensils in between clients.

Very disappointed..I have been a regular for 5+ years and I literally sat there for well over an hour while two women who came in after was serviced....I ended up leaving and going few blocks away
